I moved out here to North Scottsdale from Arrowhead in Glendale back in April of this year, and I was searching for a local barber. I didn’t want to drive west on the 101 for 30-40 minutes to see my old barber. I was reading reviews and one evening I was surfing on Facebook and I came across an ad from Gary’s Barbershop. The reviews were consistent and I really liked the setup there. I went out there yesterday afternoon and Gary gave me the best haircut I have ever had. He surpassed my old barber and what impressed me the most was his attention to detail. Gary is the best barber in the entire state of Arizona. If you are in North Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, Paradise Valley and North Phoenix, come out here and get a haircut. Thank you

Gary’s is hands down the best haircut/fade I’ve gotten. It’s consistent and I’m impressed every time I leave. I’ve had haircuts in Finland, several cities in Texas, Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Illinois, while traveling for work and Gary’s is fantastic. Highly recommend. Walk-ins as well so super simple to walk in and get cleaned up.

Ive been coming here for a couple years and always have a great experience. All of the barbers do an excellent job. The wait is never long either. They also have a couple TVs for you to watch while they cut your hair and finish with a shoulder massage too! Super happy my father-in-law recommended them to me a couple years ago.

Its my favorite barbershop around! If you are on frank lloyd and via linda, jamal will give you a great haircut! They are clean professional and always polite!

Rus did awesome! First time going to this little shop. They had entertainment in front of you during the haircut. Clean little shop. One of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Clean fade and trimmed my beard perfectly. 100% will be going here from now on.

Old school barber shop, awesome place Ive gotten good haircuts every time of been here and used a different barber each time. I have gone to more expensive places and gotten much worse results then here. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming here for a while and one thing I have learned is that the balding barber with the comb back can not cut hair.I have had good experiences with the other two barbers but every time I get a haircut from the balding one it is absolutely horrible. He does not know how to do a simple fade or even trim your hair. He also doesn’t ask how you want your sideburns and seems to give me a bull cut every time. I do not understand why they keep him around. Everyone who comes here knows this as well as no one chooses him and most opt to wait for the other two. If you come here avoid this barber at all costs.

I want to say that I NEVER write reviews. The other day Rus gave me hands down, the best taper I have ever had. Random people have walked up to me all week asking how I get my hair cut. I am seriously picky about my hair and Gary and Rus kill it every single time. Best barbershop around hands down.
