My 7 year old son was worn out from the day when he sat down in Nicks chair. Nick could tell he wasnt in a good mood and asked if he wanted to choose the channel on the TV. That helped my son relax a bit and 8 minutes later he was all set! One of the best cuts my son has ever had and it was super fast! This was our first visit at the Promenade location and we will definitely be back!

Quinton is a great barber. Not only is he professional and good at his craft, he also made the experience for me what I had hoped. Ive been a regular at Vs for around 20 years. Enjoyed the Kierland location but their move to the Promenade is closer to me so even better. Believe it or not, Nick has been my personal barber throughout. How many places can say they keep their staff 20 years? It is great going in and just asking for the usual and Nick knows EXACTLY what I mean. Vs is a great place, and the people are even greater. Really, if you need a haircut then give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

I’ve been a couple of times in the past year or so. My first experience was as a walk in. I was greeted and seated in a very timely manner. I showed Vitaliy a few pictures from a previous haircut of mine. He completely exceeded all expectations! My wife commented that it was one of the best haircuts she has seen me get since we have been together. She is a harsh critic. However, not as harsh as I am. And I loved the haircut! That’s truly saying something!The next time I went in, Vitaliy was off and not expected to be back until the next week. I couldn’t wait, so I had another gentleman cut my hair. The haircut was great…and he was friendly… but it was nowhere near as good of an overall experience as I had with Vitaliy.I have since been back twice to see Vitaliy and have had the same tremendous experience and result as my first visit.Vitaliy is friendly and quick at what he does. However, his quickness does not take anything away from the quality of the cut. I always go way too long in between cuts, especially with the Covid Pandemic… I work in a hospital and can never be too safe. Despite this, he is still able to completely transform my mop of a head into a smooth and fresh look every time in a mere matter of minutes. He is as efficient as it gets. Which, as somebody who values the time I do have, is something I very much appreciate.You can tell he is an authentic man who enjoys his craft as a barber. I highly recommend this V’s location… especially Vitaliy!I intend to stay a customer for a long time.

Love this barbershop, things run on schedule when you have an appointment, when you walk in the wait is never crazy long and the guys let you know when you arrive about how long it will be. Vitaly did an awesome job getting me cut, beard trimmed and lined out. Thanks Guys

I get my two boys their haircuts here, the cost is reasonable, they do a quick efficient job and we are in and out within 30 minutes for both boys. It works out for us. We have been going for about a year now regularly to get their cuts. Switched over from Cool Cuts.

It’s a double edged sword telling you how much I like Vitaliy at Promenade in Scottsdale AZ, because now he’s going to be even busier. But, truthfully, he’s one-of-a-kind! I used to do hair so I’ve always been very picky. I have been to sooo many barbers, throughout Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, and never been remotely satisfied. I tipped him 90% if that solidifies your decision. I better get VIP appointment scheduling for this lol.

I have been going to Nick since 2006. I have never had a bad hair cut from Nick. There has been a couple times over the past 15 years my hair got a little out of control while Nick was out on vacation, but he quickly cleans it up when he is back. I treat myself to a mask and shave twice a year and Nick has always done a super job. He is awesome.

Good haircut with great old fashioned service!

I had an issue with a previous visit, and they told me to come in and fix it. When I did, the main guy in the last chair was yelling at the others and then proceeded to get up in my face. I politely left after feeling uncomfortable. He would confront me when I walked in, while talking to the others in a different language and then would say it loudly as if he had said his comments before to me. I didn’t understand a word he said so I said, what? A few times. He spoke in another language and yelled the entire time when asking about my previous shaving incident. Confused by these guys, they are two faced. don’t tell me you’ll fix it, that’s bs. Avoid the place fellas...

Clearly not a barber shop anymore, this is a cool spot to grab doughnuts with a little extra. The doughnuts are themed and come in a variety of forms and sizes. Priced a little higher than your average doughnut, theyre still worth the visit and you can easily impress with these over your standard offerings. The GT3 RS outside is the right car for doughnut delivery!

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. One of the worst fades I’ve ever had and zero style on top. Short and long in different areas and I ended up wearing a hat to work. I have to go to another barber today to fix it. Just horrible.

I have been a patron of this specific location for well over 10 yrs. My sons 1st cut was at Vs. This place is by far the BEST place to go! Sure you can go to the supercuts and others, but if you want to have the high quality cut but you walk in and the environment first screams old school barbershop, how can you beat that to start? Then all of the barbers are very professional and make you look great with the BEST cut you will ever have, and will take longer not to rush you off! Not only are the barbers still there from 10 yrs ago and have developed good relations with, the new blood are great to start with, they are learning from the BEST!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, just dont go to my place and make these guys too busy for me!

Ive been to this V’s barbershop 3 times now. All three times I’ve been very disappointed, all three times my son sat in a different chair. Uneven hair cut, had a bald spot on the side of his head. Very dissatisfied. I wanted to like this place so badly because I used to go to the V’s shop on Shea and they were wonderful. Unfortunately I’ve had three bad experiences here and will never use their services again.

Poor quality service, they offered to re-do over the phone and when I came in they argued with me and I ended up walking out. All for a shave. Not sure how they do business, they are very rude. I’d rather go to a legit barber than these guys.

It was really nice he offered to wash my hair and it was included in the hair cut price. This has never been offered to me at any other Vs location and is vital to part of the haircut at that price.

I have been going to Vs for a long time. I like the friendlinessof the staff and have always been treated great. Normally I get a shave and a haircut but with Covid I only get a haircut but the professionalism stays absolutely the same

Ive reviewed Vs before, but got to thinking after my visit today that Nick has been cutting my hair for at least ten years now. At about one haircut per month, thats at least 240 haircuts, and Ive never had to wear a hat for a week after a visit. Nick, thanks for all the great cuts and hopefully you dont retire for another 30 or so years.

The Wonderful Lady who cuts my hair is always there for me. Always a great conversation with her personality and attention to detail is exemplary. Though I travel both near and far, I always wait til i return to scottsdale to get my best beard and haircut from her... Quality People!

Mikhail Aminov has been my barber for a number of years, very friendly and courteous and gives a consistently good haircut!

I needed to get a cut before work and my regular barbershop is closed on Mondays. Was in and out in 20 minutes and it really shows, especially in the back where I now have a bald spot. Only reason I didn’t give it one star is because of the atmosphere and the lady up front was nice enough. Will never return, I could get a better cut at sport clips for half the price.

Had a very bad experience here. It was rushed, he cut the back of my ears (was bleeding) and he used a razor when I asked him to use a scissors. My hair was totally uneven and I had to go to get a new cut. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place.
