I have been seeing Adam the owner over the years and I was so sad to hear of his retiring. With that being said, he let me know at my last cut and recommended Caleb as my new stylist. I knew Adam would absolutely recommend the right stylist. Fast forward, just had my hair cut by Caleb for the first time and he was AMAZING. He like Adam, really listened to what I was thinking and gave awesome feedback and professional opinion regarding length and layering. The cut was one of the best I have ever received. I then got amazing balayage by Cassandra. She too really listened that I didnt want anything extreme. Just enough to highlight the cut Caleb did. I will never go to another Salon. You cannot get better service, value, care or have more fun in any other salon. This is the best.

Tessa is the absolute best. I have been going to her for almost 2 years now. I will never let anyone else touch my hair. I started out with box dyed blue-black hair and she was very realistic about what was possible with the state of my hair. She set my expectations, and let me know how many sessions I would need to achieve the color I was wanting. She also had great recommendations for at home products. I now have the most beautiful balayage, I am in love with my hair each time she does it- Tessa is extremely talented.I highly recommend Society Salon to everyone. This was my first adventure with highlights. Raul Mendoza did an amazing job customizing my color-he’s a master! Colton cut my hair in a modern up to date style. Today, I went and had a cut and deep condition done by Anthony, it was perfection! My hair is curly and I was worried about finding a stylist that would be able to cut my hair but he’s so knowledgeable, my hair looks and feels incredible! Everyone in the salon reception area were so welcoming, I love the energy in the salon. I also found the cutest hair scrunchies in the front that have little pockets! (I bought 2 🥴 will be back for more.) I definitely recommend trying this salon, I’m sure everyone is really good but I love Anthony for your cut!

Society Salon is amazing! Having had my hair cut by the same stylist in my hometown for 10 years, I was nervous to try another stylist since I moved to Arizona. I was not disappointed! Anthony did a fantastic job, giving me exactly what I wanted. He even thinned out my super thick hair a bit so it’s easier to style and manage, and his layering technique looks flawless. We had a great conversation the entire time, and he even curled my hair at the end. My boyfriend’s jaw dropped when he saw me walk through the door with my new ‘do! The atmosphere is swanky, all black and white with bumping music. The front wall is completely open, everyone wears masks, socially distant with dividers between stations. I felt very comfortable there, and the price is well worth it. If I didn’t move every three months, I would absolutely come back again and again!

Tina was great!!!! She put so much time and effort into my hair, as well as really listening to what I wanted to do with my hair! She was mindful about how much I wanted to spend on my coloring. Overall wonderful! Will definitely be back!

Tina Rogers is a master colorist. She matched my base color perfectly and gave me gorgeous dimensional highlights. Excellence takes time, and Tina didnt rush—Im so pleased with her work. Ill be returning to her, for sure.

I was so happy with everything that happened today. After my experience with these new extensions, Adam (one of the owners) inspected my hair and I realized may possibly have been a bad batch of hair (which does happen unfortunately). My extensions were horrible at the ends but Adam is replacing them free of charge. I let him know that I wish I had a longer length and which he is replacing them free of charge (due to the hair I had bought which were ruined at the ends). Adam was very sympathetic and completely understanding. He made an appointment for me to come back with someone new who would be replacing my hair with the new strands. Thank you Adam for going above and beyond for me today. I was so discouraged but I am now confident that I will love this new hair and can’t wait to come back for the touch ups. Thank you SO much for restoring my faith in you guys.

I visited Society Salon on 9/25/2020. Everything went great! I am enjoying my new highlights and cut. Angela worked really well with me to achieve the look I wanted. I was also impressed with how well the employees adhered to COVID19 precautions. ALL employees wore their masks properly the entire time I was there, and I saw stations being regularly sanitized. I really appreciated their efforts to keep everyone safe.

It needs to look natural. She nailed it! She did a bayalage, covered all of my grays & some other ninja stuff that made my hair look exactly how it looked when I was a little girl: natural, golden blonde/brown. I also thoroughly enjoy sitting in her chair. We have great convos & she’s just a solid person who really cares. I highly recommend you book with her!

Society Salon was a very clean and extremely pleasant salon to spend time having your hair done. My technician Angela did a great job of coloring, cutting and getting my very damaged hair back to feeling soft and manageable. She was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.

Waited for an hour and left. Dont arrive early as they ask you to, dont trust scheduling via text, and dont trust stylist wait times (another person up front also had their appointment pushed back)

We are new to Scottsdale and came across Society Salon, I couldn’t say enough good things about this salon, Caleb cut both my daughters hair and mine and he did an amazing job on both of us he’s a perfectionist! My daughter also added a little sas to her look and added a teal streak, Tina helped us out with that she is an awesome colorist! I came here after work looking for a nail salon, but came across this place open and still taking walk ins. My first haircut was with Melissa and she was incredible. As soon as I walked in, I met one of the owners; part of a family of three brothers and their father. I was greeted with kindness, a beverage, and a seat on their LOVELY outdoor patio. A month or so later, I was scheduled with Raul, who was phenomenal. I wanted my hair colored for the first time ever in my life and he was kind and informative about the process that would occur. Everyone in the salon had a wonderful atmosphere and I once again met a few of the owners as their place of business opened that morning. Due to the pandemic, they have ensured varying tasks done throughout the day to sanitize and clean in order to make their clients feel safe along with the employees. I am posting before and after photos of the color. I was also able to do a treatment on my hair to smooth out and defrizz, ad I have naturally curly hair, and I am so far liking the procedure. My hair this time not only turned out to be a big dream of mine, but I felt so taken care of and so confident in the business that I will definitely be back with recommendations!

I have been coming to Shelly for my haircut for years! She is consistent, punctual, and always willing to listen to my needs. She gives an amazing scalp massage! I recommend her to everyone. I got a bad haircut last week at a neighboring salon and just couldn’t deal with it. A person in my building suggested Society Salon so I took his advice, my wife looked on the web sight and picked Caleb to do my hair, well fix my hair. I made an appointment and got in the next day (today). I have to say I got the best haircut I have ever had. Caleb was so easy to talk to, he listened to all of my concerns. I went to a salon a few weeks ago to get a cut and color, unfortunately It turned out so horrible far from what I had asked for. After looking up many salons and their reviews I came across Society Salon, I checked out their website and reviews, prices looked very affordable compared to other places, and reviews were great! I decided to book an appointment. From the moment I walk in to Society Salon, I was greeted by many stylist, the environment is just amazing!!! Very friendly/relaxing atmosphere. I was introduced to Amy who I scheduled a color/highlight correction. Amy actually listened and understood what style I was going for and took the time to make sure we both had the same idea. Through out the process she kept me informed of what she was doing and what would be the next step. I wasn’t booked for a cut, in which most other salons means no appointment no service, however Amy was able to get me in with Raul ( who is AMAZING with pixie cuts!!!) he also took the time to listen how I wanted my cut. I LOVE the results I got I definitely will be returning and recommend this place!!! Prices are good and service is outstanding!!!! Society Salon exceeded with my needs and appts are available by next day!

We recently moved to the Phoenix area from Atlanta. I was terrified at the thought of finding a salon for me and my daughter. We have curly, mixed hair and have had our same stylist for almost 10 years. After reading the reviews I took a chance with Society, and after only one service, we are LOVING IT!!! My daughter got a cut and style with Angela for her birthday. She did and OUTSTANDING job at listening to exactly what we wanted and helping my daughters hair look and feel healthy, shiny and beautiful!!!! She took her time to deliver precision and care. The salon is absolutely beautiful. Everything in there is chic and high quality. The stylists seem up with the latest styles and trends and look the part. I was even able to meet the owners. They were very friendly and down to earth. The location is in the heart of all things AWESOME, which helped make our visit an overall first class experience. I can only assume this team of stylists can accommodate any style, age, gender, or hair type. Though the prices are a bit steep, it is comparable to any top salon of this class. Awesome experience overall. We will be back!

My hairstylist was Logan. She was amazing, she checked in with me when cutting my hair several times to make sure that I liked what she doing. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The salon is very clean and professional, highly recommend!

I got my haircut with Burgundy. She did a great job- not only asking me what I wanted to do with my style, but also checking with me at several points during the cut to get my feedback and to make sure we were on the same page. She also gave a very nice scalp massage with the shampoo and has great energy ! Salons atmosphere is very professional and calming, and you can see that cleanliness is a top priority. I will definitely be back!

If y’all keep up with my reviews, you know I seldom leave 5 stars for anything. That being said, this is definitely a 5 star experience. Making an appointment was fast and they were flexible with my last minute schedule. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. The service was efficient and I got exactly what I wanted. It’s hard finding a good place to get my hair done. I have curly hair, and I am used to Dominican salons on the east coast. I traveled from north Phoenix for a quality salon experience and that is exactly what I paid for! I will be back for many years to come. My ONLY advice would for the shampoo girl to be more personable. She asked about the temperature of my water, and I usually like my water on the warmer side. She stated I should rinse with cooler water ( although to me the water was freezing ). I get educating the guest, but don’t ask about preference if you’re going to dismiss the request. Also, the smell of the shampoos aren’t the best, maybe because I’m used to more mint fragrances and not bubble gum? That would be my only criticism. Still, 5 stars in my book though!

I love this hair salon!! I moved into the area before COVID and I was scared of trying a new hair salon let alone new stylist to touch my hair. I am glad I decided to go to Society Salon. The hairstylist are very talented and smart in their trade. I went in and requested a certain service but they told me with the product I had in my hair it would be hard to succesfully reach my expetations, they recommended something else and it was great. Their safety protocols with COVID on point, their hair products on point, the vibe on point. I love getting my hair cut with Raul, my hair feels fab-u-lous. I would say Society Salon is my hair salon now; I have gone 3 times for color and cut and have not be disappointed.

I asked for my hair to be dyed blonde full blonde. She dyed my hair light brown with blonde highlights. It was not what I wanted at all. I never asked for highlights at all. My hair looked better before I went in.

Tessa is an absolute life changer!! She did an amazing job on my hair. She takes her time and makes sure shes paying attention to every detail. You tell her what you want and she can match it perfectly!! She is up front and honest. I told her I wanted blond hair and she made sure to go through the pros and cons. She went over the care and why it was important to go in sessions so I dont go bald. I will not allow another person to touch my hair.

Ive been to 6 stylists to do my hair, and each time it just wasn’t as good as my home stylist. Logan knocked my hair color out of the park!!! She listened to me and did such an amazing job. Trust Logan with your blonde hair 💛

Hospitality and cuts confident as a client, scheduling and follow up by phone needs to be a focus for this salon. Call before leaving for appt, technical confirmation mistakes can be wasted time in arriving and there is no appt. And need to reschedule. Time management is a struggle here, clear your calendar.

Overpriced for the experience (compared to other salons Ive been to), but I was satisfied with the cut overall, and the stylist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of staff and customers. They can successfully do African-American and other expert-level hair, as well. My stylist (Adam) really took the time to explain things and offer advice. He even taught me how to take care of my curls. I feel like he genuinely listened to everything I had to say and really did his best to accommodate all of my needs.

They do amazing cutting and styling here. Logan is awesome with young wiggly kids. She has a steady hand and is very patient with my 4 year old. I came here as part of a fundraiser for Foster360 and Ill be returning everytime my daugther or I need a trim.
