They call dude Handz for a reason. Guys got some serious skill with those scissors. Came in like Cousin It looking for a trim because of a bad experience with my last haircut, and didnt get five minutes in before any concern I had was gone. Guys got a light enough hand that it doesnt feel like somebody is going over your head with a gardening trowel, so thats a definite bonus. He knew exactly what I was looking for with almost no description on my part, and even offered to trim up the caterpillars above my eyes (I always forget to ask) to make sure I was as clean as possible before I got out the door. Homies like a samurai with that straight razor, too. Ive got a real angular face and the Adams apple of a Strongman Competition finalist, so I always have to shave again after I get it done at a barber, but he got the symmetry on point and didnt miss a spot.Top it all off with the fact that hes an intelligent and classy guy, and you dont have to bother with the small talk. Have some deep conversations with the guy, and you wont be disappointed. Anybody thats got a Bruce Lee documentary on while you get your ears lowered is all right in my book.tl;dr: Stop reading this review and just go book the appointment already. You wont regret it, and youll get some spiritual enlightenment with your order.

Handz has been blessing my hair for years, 3 at least. After a long time of quality cuts & conversation I wanted to share my opinion about his skill online as well to anybody in need of a barber & happens to come across Handz. Been going to Handz for awhile since I moved to Phoenix and he’s one of the best barbers out here if not THE best. I went through a lot of people before I found him, but I’m never disappointed with my cut. He takes direction really well so if you want your haircut a certain way he will definitely do that. He’s professional and really cool also. If you’re looking for a new barber I’d definitely recommend you go to him and if I meet anyone that needs a barber I’ll have to let them know.

A best friend of mine referred me to Handz when Handz first moved to Arizona and at first I was worried about switching barbers but now I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!! I never realized how much attention to detail and focus barbers SHOULD have until I started going to Handz! Not only does he do a phenomenal job with my hair and beard, he has me laughing the entire time! To me, Handz is a true friend first and a barber second and I recommend Handz to anyone needing a barber and a good laugh!!

I can’t remember the last time I’ve done a review because I rarely do. This man has provided me thee best service I’ve encountered in a loooong time. I’ve been in Phx for close to 6 years and I’ve finally found a talented, humble and incredibly amazing barber. His work ethic is unmatched and his level of skill is phenomenal. Sitting in his chair makes you feel like royalty and when you leave, everyone will treat you as such considering the level up in your cut! I recommend!

Just moved the area and luckily I found out about Handz. He was able to get me and my son looking fresh. Very professional and punctual with appointments.

He was very friendly and nice and very talented. The best barber I have been to, also it is inside the Salon Studios NOT between the tide dry cleaners and bakery.

Hands came through last Sunday when I was in desperate need of a cut and hooked me up. Plus he’s a real cool person and I’d recommend checking him out if you’re in the Scottsdale area.

Man when I tell y’all this guy right here has the ICEY-est blades and handz in all of Arizona I mean it!!! Absolute gentleman, courteous, and above all always shows professionalism each and every time I link up with him to catch a fade (2 times a week), and very punctual as well, which tends to be a pet peeve of mine. Easy booking thru the Booksy App and overall superb experience each and every time I get a cut. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the whole area.
