This place is great! Storage drive through to load and in load which is inside. Cynthia the store manager was excellent allowing us to leave our truck with trailer on it in their parking lot for the day which helped a lot! Would recommend highly!

This was the first time I have ever used a storage unit. Life storage was a great experience. The facility was always clean and convenient with the hand carts available. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. The staff was always kind and very helpful.

So glad I chose to store with LifeStorage on 116th in Scottsdale! I had to move out of town abruptly and have had my things in storage for over a year now. I am moving my stuff from a different company. The customer service here is amazing they are knowledgeable and friendly and have the customers best interests in mind. The facility is super clean, and very secure with cameras and each unit has an individual code to access the storage area. I highly recommend this facility!

Very clean and secure facility. Helpful and friendly staff (Keegan in particular was great). Even bathrooms are clean. Drive through loading area keeps you comfortable while moving your stuff.

This is the best storage I have ever stored at my dad rented the unit for me ahead of time since I was out of town and when I walked into the office with my dad the manager already knew who I was amazed with the service and also with how clean this place is they definitely deserve a shout out from me. I had a need for shredding services and stopped by this location #786 because I drove by their service advertisement every day. It was a Sunday afternoon and Keegan R. greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He showed me the secure containers, locked in a secure location with camera coverage and explained the process for securing and destroying documents through a certified/licensed shredding servicer. Keegan made me feel comfortable with the security of the process. I will definitely use them again for my shredding and storage needs. Keep up the good work!

I have rented here for several years and I have been dealing with Gabby and she has been just great always happy and ready to listen to me all the time I feel like we have built great friendship. I know my things are well taken care of and the place is always so clean.
