I attempted to close out my account and move out of my storage unit before the beginning of September but the office was closed. I came In to the office today (9/3) and spoke with the Steve about me wanting to move out today but I wasn’t able to cancel earlier bc it was closed. I already had a public storage unit at another location and explained my situation to Steve. This employee was a ROCK STAR! He was able to help me out so I could move out today and not get charged for the month of September. He saved me a headache and financial burden. Public Storage has gained a permanent loyal customer going forward! Steve is a life saver and really showed great customer service!

Steve was very nice and helpful! I also got the $1 first month special! The facility was clean and the grounds were clean!

We met with Steven at the Scottsdale Public Storage on Hayden Road. He was very courteous, thorough, and helpful. We needed to change locations because the first location we reserved on line couldn’t be accessed by our moving companies tractor trailer. He found us the storage we needed and guided us through updating our account at the least possible cost.

Fast and friendly service. Clean storage spaces and grounds. Several sizes, some in temperature controlled buildings. Safe code-locked gates. May use your own lock. A bit pricey due to location.

I rented a large storage unit at this location of PS back in June of 2013 and am still with them. Never any problems and always great service. There have been several Agents that worked there, that were not only helpful, but very friendly, including the Manager at the time who rented me the unit. I recently had an occasion to call in and address a few issues, including not being able to log into my account, which were handled immediately. This afternoon, I worked with Stephanie on a couple of issues and again, felt she went above and beyond the call, to which Im sincerely appreciative. If this is your local PS, and you need a secure, temperature controlled and air conditioned unit for whatever period of time, this would be your go-to. A thanks to all those whove been so helpful over the past almost eight years. A well run location and highly recommended.

Stephanie was amazing and Really easy to work with she help me out in a bind and got me in right away. Very nice clean and friendly environment must rent from these guys.

Upon setting up a spot they said we could access our unit at any time, We were only able to access our unit during business hours bc the gate has been broken. No one ever notified us of the broken gate /changed hours so we wasted our time trying to access before office hours. Our unit was broken into around 12/28/20. Police report was filed. Numerous units filed break in reports as well. No one was ever in the office when we were there to answer any questions. Would not recommend.

Well kept facility. The Manager is a homerun! Not to many managers will actually help you physically push and twist a 15 foot tandem trailer into its new home. The prices in my case were averaging $30. more by the competition; I checked. Place is a keeper.

Dave did an excellent job of showing me around, and setting up my contract. I initially made my reservation online, and Dave called to follow up, making sure I didnt have any questions. When I arrived in-store (a couple of days later) he even remembered my name, and pulled the reservation up quickly.The staff is really what earns this place 5 stars, which makes the excellent facilities icing on the cake. I have a 5x5 unit on the second floor of the main building. It is clean, and well maintained. Entry and exit is easy.I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage - you should have absolutely no hesitation about renting a storage unit here.

These people are thieves. Now three months later and I still dont have any of my belongings or items back. They type fake reviews. I hope theyre happy they stole my belongings and personal items. Biggest lesson of my life. Never ever store super personal paperwork or pictures/photo albums. Because when Public Storage decides to auction off your things, you will NEVER get them back again. And who knows what these thieves are doing with your stuff. They make up so many lies at this location. Karma is real. Have fun with my personal items that mean so much to you guys, you cant simply return them as a normal human being with a normal mind would.

Ive utilized Public Storage on Hayden Rd for almost two years and am thoroughly impressed. Pat, the manager, is amazing and always personable. She goes over and beyond the call of duty to assist renters. The facility is extremely well maintained and always clean. This is by far the nicest storage facility Ive ever used and would highly recommend.

A clean, convenient place to store my stuff. The Staff in the office are always very friendly and helpful. Its because of them I give it 5 stars. As far as everything else, well, its a storage facility, Im not going to say its fabulous or amazing, but it is well lit, always a reasonable temperature inside, and smells like pine sol. (They must clean the floor every single day) It exactly what you need.

I reserved a unit online because of the $1 for the first month promotion. When I got to the facility, not only were we told that they had to move some things around in order to fit us in (meaning the reservation didnt actually secure a unit), but we were also told that the promotion didnt apply. This whole process took a half hour - time which we could have been using to unload our rental truck that was on the clock, and we didnt get a ground floor unit as requested.I should have just rented a unit from UHaul. They had a ground unit available, it would have been cheaper and more efficient.Im very frustrated with how this turned out.

Pat is the most helpful and friendly customer service driven person we have encountered in many, many months. She not only was able to get us the unit size we needed, but spent time showing us around the property, made sure we understood the benefits that the property had and made us feel like she truly appreciated our business. We are going to be long term renters and we feel like Pat will become a part of the family. Thank you Pat for taking the stress out of our move!!

We were able to reserve our storage unit on line so by the time we got to Arizona our unit at Public Storage was already taken care of. We wanted a climate controlled unit but realized once we got there the unit we selected was not temperature controlled. Pat from Public Storage on Hayden Rd. helped us immediately with changing the units to better meet our needs. Pat was very friendly and professional, she walked us out to storage units, showed us around, and explained how everything worked. The units were clean, easy access, and appeared very secure. I would highly recommend Public Storages to anyone in need of those services.

Great experience. Online account management, they would proactively call me if there was any problem or issue. Upon checkout, Sierra in the front office was kind enough to let me use their dumpster to dispose of some papers and other items. We are confident about our choice to rent with your facility in terms of secure and clean premises. Pat was extremely helpful and we would recommend her to anyone we know.

Ken was extremely helpful. I needed a unit immediately. He showed me two different units, showed me where the lavatories were, the dolly carts, walked me thru the gate procedure. Two days later I came back to bring another load. I could not find either cart. I called him from the storage building because I knew there was no one else there unloading or loading. He said Ill be right out and find you one. And he did! I do feel each location should have maybe 4 carts instead of 2. But nice clean place and great service.

Our family recently moved from New Jersey to Scottsdale, AZ. We had our belongings sent out by PODS. Once settled in AZ, we chose Public Storage to store our belongings and Pat at Public Storage was very helpful with discussing and showing us options to fit our needs. Pat was also accommodating with our needs to have our POD dropped off at the facility and picked up. We were satisfied with our unit as well as the monthly price.

Pat has been extremely helpful in getting my wife and I set up with a 5x10 storage unit. She made the check-in experience painless and was extremely helpful and positive throughout the process. In the 110 degree heat, Pat walked the distance to the individual storage space with me to make sure it was what I wanted. Along the way, she was picking up trash and scraps left by some other customers to make sure her business was as clean as possible. I can tell how much she cares about this business and how much she wants her customers to feel welcome. I know there are a lot of storage units out there, but I highly recommend Public Storage at 14401 N Hayden Rd because of Pats customer service and how clean the facility is. 5 starts without hesitation!!
