My husband and I were referred to go here from a family friend. We had a haircut from Melissa and it was the worst haircut we have ever gotten. She was very unprofessional and kept cussing with every story she told us. She acted like she’s been doing haircuts for a long time but trust me, her work says other wise. My husband hair is choppy and there’s long strands here and there, it’s not an even cut whatsoever. I asked her I wanted to trim my split ends... she barely cut them, and she over thinned out my hair.Please save your money and don’t let her cut your hair. She’ll ruin it! We never coming back!

Its best to make an appointment. They do walk-ins, but youll have to make time to wait.I loved my experience with my hair stylist, Stacey. She had listened and saw what I wanted, and kept my hair the longer side to make room if I wanted my hair shorter. I will definitely come back again, and recommend. They do all hair (coloring, styling, etc) and eyebrows. They do NOT do facials or nails.*edit: I tried to show a good before and after with my pics, but currently having a difficult time posting it properly. Picture is not accurate, as it may be showing the before.

Tonya is the best. Id been here a few times with terrible service until I got Tonya. She does an amazing job and really cares. She had a great personality. I will continue to go here but call ahead first because she books out quickly

Sarah was the sweetest everrrrrr! She blocked out time for me in her day and was so patient and kind and listened to all of the details I shared about exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I am so pleased! She spent just add much time as it took to get the exact look I wanted. So pleased! I am going back for sure!

Tanya is awesome. Love my new hair. While there I witnessed a customer, that was rude from the moment he entered the door. The staff handled him with an amazing amount of composure and grace. Very professional.

If I could post a picture it would speak for itself... hair totally got butchered.I have edited this post because I spoke with the manager and she brought me in and fixed it 100%. Ig best advice I can give is straighten hair and have a dry cut or have it dried and straightened after and know what it looks like before you walk out or just ask Tonya to cut your hair.

Been there three times. First time, my stylist did an ok fade. Second time she did a not-so-great fade but i thought maybe she was just having one of those days. The last time, oh the last time, she completely ignored my request of where Not to cut! Yes, i get it, youre the youngest stylist in the salon (22?) but are you also blind?

I wouldnt even give it one star. Ive been going there for a couple of years had no problem until I took my daughter there to get her hair cut and she got head lice. I also noticed that a lot of the other stylists were not there anymore. A lot has changed thats for sure. I will never go back again.

I called to ask a few a questions and asked me too hold on but instead they hung up on me what a great way to handle a business never again!!! I would suggest no ever go to this store place very rude!!

One of my top hair experiences. The prices are pretty standard$60 and she seems to be about the same price as a mom-and-pop. But theyre very clean professional and seem to have way more skill than any of the other chain haircut places.

I used to enjoy going to this place, however they never have anyone working there. Past 3 times Ive gone there now-my son and have been turned away because there is only one stylist and they stated it would 45 minutes to 1 hour for a haircut with only one customer in the place. Worst customer service ever.

Loved the Professionalism they have, they explain everything that theyre going to help you with your hair,they also give you the price before they start working on you, very polite, very easy going place, great music to listen while waiting and they all know their job This place was highly recommended to me love, love, loved it !!

Ruben cut my hair for over 20 years and finally retired, Ill miss coming to see him. I just went before Thanksgiving and called ahead and was recommended to schedule an appointment because they were booked for the day so was given a 7pm appointment. I thought that was late but it was all they had. I arrived around 6:45 and only one person was working and told me she was behind because she had taken in another customer without an appointment that she thought she could finish in time but it turned out to be two people wanting more services than she had expected that took longer. I came back at 7:30 and she was just finishing. She told me they are scheduled by a forecast generated by a computer and she anticipated that they would need additional workers but there was no way to override it to schedule more workers. She forgot her allergy medication and was constantly coughing on me and seemed really rushed. When I got home I realized she hadnt touched my bangs or trimmed over the ears at all.

I have had 4 great cuts in a row with different stylists each time. They have improved quantity of staff which was a problem before. Do call ahead as they can get crowded at times. Better cut than the clip places.

I just saw tanya for some across bangs and i had the most amazing experience. She made me feel so comfortable, talked to me the entire time, im so happt i found my own stylist

I made an appointment a day in advance and they ended up canceling it the next day 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment! Very aggravating.
