Ive had nothing but spectacular haircuts when I come here. I just settled for over a decade between this area and San Antonio, constantly looking for someone to make my hair look awesome with little maintenance. Miz Weaver is the only person to have accomplished that for me. She has amazing talent for cutting and styling. I highly recommend this salon!

KS beauty shop, is the best of its kind. Their motto is customer satisfaction, 100 percent every day and every time. The facility is very clean, they exercise C-19 protocols and there is not match for the cost of service. Without any hesitation I recommend KS Beauty Shop to all, A+!! I walked into the salon today seeking to get a deep conditioning treatment. There was only one lady working. She told me the other employee is on vacation, and she’s booked up for the day. I understood and just continued to look at the prices for the “full services” they provide. The lady told me I could take a card, then proceeded to tell me if I was seeking to have my hair styled, “I don’t do your kind of hair.” I am an African American woman, which I understand not everyone can do “my kind of hair”...however, I found this offensive as 1. I already stated I wanted a deep conditioning, nothing more nothing less...and 2. perhaps a more professional was of stating this is, “unfortunately, I don’t specialize in styling coarser hair types” or something of that nature...just a suggestion. “I don’t do your kind of hair” was inappropriate.

LOVE MY HAIR! I have been going ONLY to this salon for years, and people compliment my hair daily. This is not a salon where you get the same haircut everyone else gets, you get PERSONALIZED service here. Its amazing and other salons should sit up and take notice!

I have been getting my hair cut by Kum, there at Hair by KS, for a very long time. She always does an excellent job, is very friendly, and is easy to talk to, as are all the ladies there. I find it convenient to contact them ahead of time to make sure there is an opening. They usually are able to fit me in or suggest a good alternate time.

Maria is amazing! She does an awesome job with hair cuts(Edward Scissor Hand). She is the only person that I will allow layer my hair. She has a great personality to go along with her craft. GREAT JOB!
