Not the place you want to go if youre over 30. I booked an appointment for a haircut & beard trim. The guy that was too bothered to greet me upon arrival asked what I want, despite letting him know I was there for a haircut & beard trim booked 3 days in advance and he wasnt even the one that cut my hair. The guy that did cut my hair felt a conversation on his air pods was more important than the one with his customer. Then tried to rush me off the chair without my beard trim so he could get other people on his chair without appointments to eat up my designated time I booked. Totally unprofessional. I expected more from a barber shop style establishment. Ill go back to the great treatment I get at Great Clips in Live Oak.

Attempted to call to schedule an appt. No answer and voicemail full. Dropped in as a walk-in. Waited for approx. 2 hours. Kept being skipped for other walk-ins/appts. Staff did not greet nor speak to me throughout the duration of my wait. Walked out. Facility is nice and has ps5 with several TVs and movies playing however, customer service is poor.. went elsewhere in town during my stay in TX.

Not a fan, fade wasnt done correctly and beard trim/line up was uneven...had to redo it at home. Then used an electric razor so hard got razor burn.The other person that did my sons haircut was a lot better.

Took my 3 year old grandson while he was in town for the holidays. For a walk-in, I didnt wait long at all (maybe 5 minutes). The barber did an excellent job dealing with a sleeping child. The atmosphere was clean and professional. Loved the haircut. I have suggested this place to several new people to the area.

Best haircuts in town

Well thought I found a great place for my son but turns out not so much. While yes the barber that cuts his hair is nice the wait is not! I can understand a wait time of 20 maybe even 30 mins pass the time of your set appointment but 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous!!!! This is not the first time either I just wanted to give the place a second chance. We will not be back and not recommend it either.

Hans is a great barber who can cut all hair types and textures. He cares about his customers, his work and his community. The other barbers in the shop can cut too! I highly recommend Hans and his shop!

Hans is an amazing person. Does so great with Shaun and Shaun loves coming back. The bond that hans have with Shaun has Shaun feeling comfortable.

I just moved over here from Chicago area and thought it was gonna be difficult to find a new barbershop, but I think found it. Rian did a hell of a job, got me looking clean. They even had movies playing like black panther and Toy story which made waiting not feel long.

Was looking up higher rated barber shops in Schertz/Cibolo since I was visiting and in town and ended up going here after reading reviews.Relaxed and chill atmosphere and waiting area: movies playing and a PS4 hooked up on the side with lots of seating in the center of the shop.Appointment process was simple through their website which allows which style you want, add comments, choose stylist/barber, and choose a date and time.I chose the express cut and not only did Rian do a phenomenal job, it only took about 20 minutes like the website says! Probably the best cuts you can get for the money in town and I strongly recommend it to everyone!Bring cash if you can or swing by the grocery store next to it and pull out cash, first.

Mr. Rian does a great job on my sons hair. He always shakes our hand and asks how we are doing. Thats good customer service!

Just left the barbershop and it was great. Hans, i believe is the owner and cut my hair really good for an even better price. I was expecting $20 but it was $12. I will be coming back.

Waited an hour plus, left without a haircut. First time here and had no clue what to do. Sat on a couch for an hour. Won’t be returning. They do have good cuts but the service was horrendous.

This Spot Is Trashhh. Got a Cut 3 Different Times here. Once from The Owner Hans, And twice By A Guy Named Tony. Hans Faded me so Bad, Lines were all In my Head like I had a Bowl cut. Then Tony...Wow, Pushed my Edge up Back about a Inch TWICE. Couldnt Cut a Straight line to save his life. Never again.

Took my son here to got a kids mohawk cut. It was a terrible mistake. Barber Rian Thompson didnt disinfect clippers before using them on my son and he know has ringworm in his hair. He is own meds for a month since it is in his hair follicles and they have to draw blood to get a baseline on his liver function while on medication. This simple haircut has been a costly and painful experience for us. Im sure it was not on purpose and he is a good barber. However, I will never go back and I will never let another barber cut my kids hair without me visually seeing hair clippers are disinfected before using!!!
