I went in to buy a c300 and Sam made the process so easy, he made me feel comfortable and didn’t put any pressure on me such as if you were to go to another dealer, he wasn’t like that he’s a pretty chill guy. I noticed something was a little off about the car, and Sam did not hesitate to fix the issue within a matter of a few days, he even went above and beyond and replaced the battery and some other things to make sure the car was just as new even though the car ran beautifully before. Sam was great to work with and i would recommend him to others as well 10/10 service!Update: 2 weeks later the engine light came on and I’m already having a bunch of issues.

After a dozen dealerships pressured me into cars I couldn’t afford with features I didn’t want, this place was a breath of fresh air. What a pleasant experience. Went looking for a luxury vehicle and found exactly what we were looking for. Singh and Harry and were not pushy to sell by any means. They were easy to work with especially. Drove the BMW home and it over heated on us. Called. Singh first thing the next morning and they had their tow truck driver drive over 60 miles one way to pick me up. Dropped it off at their mechanic shop, gave us a loaner vehicle and took care of the issue no problem. They were prompt on getting us our vehicle back and in perfect condition. They list cars on the website to attract business and they just say its all sold every car we attempted to show interest in the owner said it had a problem. The owner made no effort at all for us to buy anything after asking about multiple cars and having to go in and look at them ourselves.

Nice and reasonable people to deal with but they dont follow up with customers at all. I was interested in a vehicle and never received a van back. I did end up going to drive the car and actually bought it and then it took forever to get the title so I could get plates for it not to mention they have not reached out once to see if I was satisfied with any part of the process.

We looked for a salesperson. We walked they the building abs looked at the cars in the yard. We didnt see the one that we came for. We went back inside the garage. We still didnt see the vehicle and no one came to greet us. We left.

I bought a 2012 Mercedes E-350 it was a great experience from the moment i walked into the dealership. it was a great environment and i am extremely satisfied with the staffs knowledge, the deal, the sales experience.

I found the car I wanted through Autotrader. It was outside business hours on a Saturday night, and I called the dealership with the intent of leaving a voicemail but to my surprise Harry picked up. Very accommodating from the start. Told him I was coming from out of state to look at the car and he agreed to hold it over the weekend. Also he agreed to accept credit card payment for the whole transaction which was probably odd to him but it was what I needed to do while waiting for a check to clear. I was happy to see that they provided the Carfax on their website. We touched base a couple times via phone/text over the weekend which instilled further confidence in the deal especially considering I was going to fly in from Kansas City. Communication goes a long way in this business. Monday came, I made it to their storefront and test drove the vehicle. I identified 1 or 2 maintenance items I would have to address upon buying it, but the price reflected that. The interior definitely had been detailed; looked and felt like a brand new car inside. I was sold on it. Harry was not in when I did the paperwork but the other guy who I believe was the owner wrapped it all up for me quickly and easily. No hoops to jump through whatsoever. The only negative part of the visit was that it took 3 extra hours waiting for their parts delivery driver. Part of the deal was that I was going to get a new battery at no additional cost which ultimately I knew was worth the wait even if it meant getting home late. I maintain my 5 star rating though since it was not Harrys fault that his parts guy was late. He even showed me the timestamp on his invoice to show he wasnt giving me the runaround. I did get a little impatient waiting since I knew I had a long drive ahead of me, but luckily their lobby was very clean, well decorated, had comfortable furniture and a fridge full of cold drinks. Had a pleasant conversation with the receptionist. The ultimate test of the vehicles integrity was my 8+ hour drive back to Kansas City and it drove beautifully. I wouldnt have found this place if I wasnt looking for such a specific vehicle, but I would honestly consider doing business with them again because of how well they communicated, how transparent they were, and how easy they made it. Thank you Harry and team, I am loving that Volvo V8!!!

I’ve had my car for a little over a month. There has been multiple issues. The main issue was my horn honking randomly as I drive. I called the main dealer on my vehicle and they said it could possibly be a clock spring which will cost around $500-$600 for the part and installing. Today I actually had my car diagnosed and found out there is a faulty OCS sensor which the dealer quoted me around $6,000 for a repair!!!! I am so upset. Buyers BEWARE before you do business here. You may end up getting a car that looks nice, but really has issues!

Due to the vendor not replying to my email, they have left me with no choice other than posting the contents of my email here. This regards the potential odometer fraud that I have faced when purchasing my vehicle from here.We have purchased the 06 Highlander Hybrid from you guys last Saturday (11/9/19). We drove it to Florida and the vehicle was fine. However, I ran through a car report check and I saw something that was NOT reported on the Carfax in your posting: according to the report, you guys bought the car with 151,958 miles on the odometer, yet you guys sold it to us with under 149k miles??? Id appreciate your input on this matter. Attached below is the screenshot of the car report. I may have to bring this matter in the hands of law enforcement.Update: after having fixed the automatic climate control module, sure enough the AC compressor isnt even turning on, even though you guys assured me that the compressor was functional. What a waste of money! Time to put another 2 grand in this car.Update: after installing the new compressor, the car is not even turning on. I understand that at this point yall arent liable for anything but what the hell... You guys knew that the compressor was inoperable. Now my car wont even start and my mechanic is trying to figure the situation out. Fraudulent dealership! Buyer beware and stay the hell away from these crooks.

I would have rated them negative if I could. We bought a 2015 vehicle from them at the end of September. First off me and my girlfriend talked to them before we would even consider wasting time driving 2 hrs away to get a vehicle, they said everything was 100 percent good with the SUV. As soon as we got there, they started explaining the engine light was on. They thought our brain capacity was as low as theirs, thinking we would purchase a 20000 dollar vehicle with an engine light. We liked the car, so we let them diagnose and put a new timing chain on which put us a couple of weeks behind schedule. So everything was right the car was running great, the manager said if any lights ever came in contact them and they would take care of it. A few months down the road, Im taking my vehicle to a dealership, and they say it had internal engine damage possibly and most likely caused by them not doing something right when installing the timing. So my girlfriend calls these goofies, and they didnt care whatsoever werent even remotely interested in putting up a dime. Now my girlfriend and I are spending all most 6000 to have a new motor put in no thanks to these clowns. I will never shop with them again, and once the engine gets taken apart and I can prove it was something they did, I will be taking them to court.

Update: I am changing my review to be lower, was sold a car where the trans broke down not even 2 months after buying the car. We called A-1 and they were of no help. We had spend nearly 3/4 of what we purchased it for to have the transmission rebuilt so then my husband had a car to drive.I want to say this was probably one of the best used car lots we have been to and we had been searching for a car for nearly 6 months. A lot of the other dealerships concealed cosmetic damage on the online pictures, but not this place, no rust, no visible cosmetic damage, nothing on the car when seeing it in person. This was quite honestly the best car/dealership we saw for being a 2003 Acura with the car life being all in IL. So the owner here really knows how to pick the best used cars.The sales man was great too, not pushy, friendly and was great with my kid as we finished paperwork. The fees werent obnoxious either, like a previous dealership where we looked tried to add $2000 on a $4k car in fees. So all in all this place is honestly one of the best places to look for a GOOD USED car, every car they had looked pristine for being used and come with a Carfax guarantee. Thank you again for everything, my husband loves his new car and I am glad we found this tiny dealership.

Must be too cheap to be able to sell a reliable car to anyone. Floods surrounding areas craigslist sites with ads in the by owner section. It costs a quarter to post in by dealer where it belongs. If they cant afford to put it in the correct spot they obviously cannot afford to go over a used car and properly see to it that it is in good working order for whoever buys it. Id avoid this place like the plauge for just this reason.CHEAP IS AS CHEAP DOES.

Drove from Green Bay ready to purchase a vehicle. The particular vehicle didnt impress in person, but the owner was able to make the deal work on another (newer) car. The customer service we ultimately recieved blew us away and more than made up for the initial disappointment. They did right by us and would definitely purchase from A1 Motor Sales again.

A month and half ago I bought a used car for my son. Amazing customer friendly interaction enticed me to trust them and buy the car. Santhok (owner) and Kumar (salesman) went above and beyond to accommodate us with all silly questions we had and explained everything truly about the car before we bought. As we found some cosmetic things to be fixed, they also accepted and fixed it for us. 1 week after buying, I did find check engine light turn on. As promised by their 30 day warranty, they entertained me and got it fixed with no cost to me. I wish these guys a big success and wish them to remain customer friendly ever no matter how big they grow. Next time I look for a used car, this is the #1 place for me to scout the inventory.
