I would not buy a vehicle from this place and not deal with a salesman name Mike. Since when did lexus dealership started to hire unprofessional people. He quoted me a msrp price indicating that is the best price and no one will be able to do better. This tells a lot about woodfield lexus and their way of dealing with potential buyers. Yes, I will go somewhere else.
Woodfield Lexus provided excellent service after something flew off an 18 wheeler and dented hood and cracked windshield. Everything is restored to new. Woodfield Lexus made this as easy as possible and was very mindful of Covid precautions. So very happy!

Vehicle is fine, just had to replace key fob battery, oh your technician told me it couldnt be that. Wanted me to get towed in. 1. After one of your oil changes I noticed my oil shroud missing. 2 $300 dollar inspection, rack and pinion replacement and full car alignments you guys failed to notice front struts coming loss. 15 year customer, Im done with Woodfied Lexus.
Mandeep provides superior customer care, and works so well with the entire service department. Everything runs so smoothly, it is a pleasure to deal with him. We have NEVER had to bring the car back because something was not done correctly or missed. We own a fleet of service vehicles for our company, and know how differently that can go. I took my RX350 to CarMax where I purchased the vehicle. They told me that part of the exhaust needed repair and there is a bulletin from Lexus about the issue. They took the car on Tuesday to Lexus and Lexus completed the repairs on Wednesday. When my car came back I noticed part of the trim in front of the vehicle below the front bumper hanging a bit. So apparently when Lexus took the cover below the front part of the vehicle to make the repairs, they broke a clip and left it like that. Carmax went ahead and fixed it themselves, but is very disappointing that Lexus didnt take responsibility for what they did. I dont think I will personally go to this service center for repairs when they cant take responsibility on a simple thing.. This was not an allegitation from Carmax, they did not do the work. I noticed the broken piece and one can easilly tell that it was done by the person who worked on it.
Non responsibility for service workers - first world. We came for already scheduled maintenance, I change all my Saturday plans to visit service. - Guess what, i came and three yang “professionals” happily introduce me that they don’t have electricity, omg - and you have to reschedule. Lexus, please inform people about this changes!!!!!!!!!
