I am a 37-year-old woman who has had incredibly bad experiences with dentists my entire life, which in turn causes extreme dental phobia. Ive been needing serious dental work done for years and one never found a practice I felt comfortable with and two never made it a firm priority. However, last year my baby tooth (yes, still had one well into my thirties) cracked while I had COVID. I had been in contact prior with another dental practice in town, which was offering a lifetime whitening promotion. I didnt get the right vibes from the staff, so I did research and came across Savannah Dental Solutions. This practice really goes above and beyond for their patients care. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist, to the dental assistance up to the doctors, they provide exceptional care. Not once did any of the staff judge me or make me feel uncomfortable at any time and Ive been seeing them for over nine months. Dr. Chad was my dentist and they always made sure Kelsey (omg, hope I am spelling that right) was there to help calm my nerves and reassure me. It was because of their outstanding service that I was able to have a dental implant surgery done and have veneers put over my front teeth. They made it a mission (more than you know) to ensure I had a beautiful smile that I am proud to show. I honestly cant say enough about how amazing they are, you just need to call and find out for yourself! They wont disappoint you!

She made sure that I was comfortable with everything she did and was really concerned about how I was feeling. I feel very fortunate that I started going to Dr Schnabel. Going to the dentist is not a fun thing for sure but I have to say from day one I have never felt any pain. I had extractions and implants that needed to be done and he took extremely good care of my needs. So I am really thankful that we connected and I can say he is my dentist. Plus he can handle most all procedures and you aren’t going from one dentist to another dentist to another. His prices are reasonable and very competitive to most dentists in the area. He will also give you options that will allow you to make the best choice for your own personal care. They will not push to sell you something you don’t need. His staff is courteous and very kind.My only complaint is I didn’t go to him five years ago when I moved to Savannah. I chose another dentist largely because of the advertisements and I didn’t know any better. If you are looking for a great dentist, save your time and save your money and give him a call. You won’t be sorry.

Billing lady is rude! I will not be going back to this dental office. First visit was yesterday and went to another place and the dentist fixed it for free. This place wanted to charge me 570 for putting a little bit of core on my tooth. Charged my insurance for an exam which I didnt get. No ty, found a wonderful office in Pooler.

I had a tremendous amount of dental work done as a child and had a pretty intense dental-phobia. Dr. Chad and staff have always been patient and kind and never once shamed me about my dental care or phobia. We got my teeth and gums to a much happier place.The receptionist has worked with me about getting appointments in before my insurance runs out. My hygienist is cheerful and down to earth.Before my ex-husband and I had insurance he needed some major work done and the prices, even without insurance were reasonable and neither he nor I ever felt like we were receiving inferior care (as sometimes happens when you don’t have insurance.) Some of the more dire care he needed was handled very quickly, and excellently.I have never felt over-charged or scammed in any way. I have never felt spoken down to or like any aspect of my care was neglected.I feel like Dr. Chad actually cares about my well being and feels like my homie that works on my teeth. He remembers details about my life and we exchange citrus fruits from our garden. My hygienist and the technicians and staff seem genuinely sweet and good at their jobs.Recently there was (potentially) an issue with a filling I got and the way it was handled was absolutely excellent, with corrections made immediately at no charge to me. IMHO everyone makes mistakes but how it is handled is what really counts.I am so grateful to have a dentist I trust. Every experience I have had here is positive, and I literally recommend Dr. Chad to anyone willing to listen. A coworker and I both go and literally sometimes sit around and chat about what great service and experience we have here... she used to work for a dentist and is more familiar with their inner workings. We love this place.

I feel so blessed to have found Savannah Dental Solutions. I needed extensive dental work. Dr. Schnabel was able to save several teeth that I had been told could not be saved. He pulled several that were broken to the gum line. Made a set of bridges and the bottom bridge wouldn’t stay in place, so he and this team worked tirelessly getting the problem with the bridge corrected, and now I can finally eat like a normal person.
