It was my first visit and so far Im satisfied . The staff was very nice and the office is clean! Also the service went well and I left very informed.

Well this dental office is great and they really care about their patients. It is so good that my father has me driving him from Atlanta to Savannah to take him for his appointments. He does not want to try any dentist in the Atlanta area. OMG what else can a daughter do but get in the car and drive to Savannah. #5 hours one way.

Lets face it, no one loves going to the dentist, but I must say that I love this dental practice! From Lindss great help navigating my insurance, Dees awesome chairside manner to Dr. Smiths skill and accommodating approach, I had the best extraction experience possible. Thank you guys so much.

Had a great appointment at Great Expressions this morning. Ajita, dental hygenist, not only did a thorough job explaining all procedures she provided better insights for me to practice better preventitive oral habits. The whole staff was wonderful even re-set my appointment earlier for my convenience.

This is such a good dentist office, now. It hasnt always been so. But the staff working there now are all top-notch. From the dentist to the front desk to the hygienist, they put the patient 1st. Ive been using this group for over 20 years, through various names, locations and staff changes. So Ive seen them get better over time...

I highly recommend this office for any dental care. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, May 2021, which included an emergency visit with the dentist due to a broken crown. The temporary crown was very well done as I waited 2 weeks for the new permanent crown. Also, they accepted my dental insurance which was through my Medicare Advantage Plan.

The service was great and the staff is very friendly definitely worth my hour commute to my appointments I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Nice people but not a competent billing staff, do not use them for Invisalign unless you have only minor cosmetic expectations, routine, simple work, they are good at.

They have been so nice and helpful, and the smile protection plan really helps. Its nice that they do that. They do a great job and Ive never had a problem getting an appointment.

Dr. Smith is an absolute professional!! Had severe pain from an abscess tooth, he returned my call on a Saturday, contacted my pharmacy and ordered an antibiotic and pain meds to get me thru the weekend. He managed to work me in on a jam packed Monday to perform a root canal. I recommend him and his staff to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

They work together to make appointments convenient. They know me by name. They are friendly yet professional. Any time I feel worried about something, I can get an appointment within a week.

This place provided me with very poor service when i was initially scheduled they didnt schedule me in for a time slot that the doctor could properly do my procedure in one day. The procedure was done in a rushed manner because they scheduled me before closing the doctor was more worried about closing on time instead of properly treating my tooth. They knew what i was coming in for prior to me arriving so thats poor customer service on the office behalf. My root canal cost 1200 over for me to still be in pain months later Im still in pain and they want to charge me to fix negligence on their part. Ive been told by another dentist that there are three nerves in that tooth they neglected to find the third nerve because its hard to find. I would not recommend and when I called after getting the root canal and complained of pain i was told to give it time and i could have sensitivity and pain up to 6 months later. Now Im being told i should have come in within 30 days which i tried to do and they told me to give it time to heal. I called back and again was told the samething. I wouldnt trust this office with my dogs teeth going forward and I dont even have a dog. Beware of this dentist if youre in pain dont let them fix it unless you want to waste money.

The staff is really friendly, comfortable atmosphere. I will miss Sonja the last hygienist, she was amazing and knew her job well. They’ve recently gotten a new Hygienist, AJ.... She has to be a little more relaxed and get comfortable with patients. She rushed my cleaning and also acted as if she was scared to actually clean my teeth. Especially needs more practice with Patients who has wired braces. I could tell she had little experience just by the first encounter with her. That’s the only reason for the 2 stars because of the service with the Hygienist. I am thinking about going with another Dentist at this point.

The office staff is very friendly but don’t tell you the truth about what your charges are and will’nt call you back after saying they will then when you get there you find out there’s a charge... but Ms. Sonja was an excellent hygienist... the new hygienist is not she didn’t clean my teeth very good bc of her rushing and also she acts like she don’t know what she’s doing she really needs to get more training with being with patients bc she’s not comfortable with her patients.. also the staff will tell other patients that’s back there that other patients are in the lobby .... That the reason I gave them the rating I did..

The worst experience in a Dentist office; we went with my wife for cleaning ; the Hygienist was very unpleasant and rough to say the list ; they claim that we need it a deep cleaning with a bill close to $1300 each ; I run as quickly as I can was like a horror movie; Just got my new Dentist in habersham dental group what a diferent !!

There weren’t a lot of options for me to use my insurance, and I was wary to try somewhere new- but I was pleasantly surprised. My crowns are beautiful. Dr. Smith was kind and funny. There was an issue with one and they fit me in right away and corrected the issue. Most everyone was so kind to me, I’ll forever be grateful

This was hands down, the best dental experience of my life! I was a new patient when I went in for my appointment on 1/6/16. The entire process was very simple, I requested an appointment via the website (during the holidays) and within a day or two I received an email about setting up my appointment. After only a few more emails my appointment was made.When I got to the office, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Brianna), the waiting room was comfy although unnecessary, as i was almost immediately called to the back.I feel bad that I dont remember the names of the dental assistant and hygienist that assisted with my visit, but I will say that those two ladies were amazing!And last, but most certainly not least, Dr. Katie is by far the best dentist I have ever dealt with. She was able to save a tooth that I thought for sure needed a crown, effectively saving me a ton of money. And the best part, I cant even tell where the tooth stops and the filling starts!!I would like to thank all of the ladies that worked with me from start to finish, you were all very friendly, professional, and courteous! I have an appointment scheduled for the beginning of Feb and for the first time ever, I am actually looking forward to my next dentist visit.Thank You all very much!!!

First time taking my son and had a great visit. The staff are all friendly. The dental hygienist, Sonja and the dental assistant were super nice to my son and patient with him. They made him feel comfortable and talked to him the whole time to help keep him at ease. Would definitely take him back there.

I have horrible anxiety. The staff took such good care of me and made sure I was okay with every step of the process. My teeth are healthier and prettier than they’ve ever been and it was affordable with no surprises! 10/10 will always be my dentist.

Watch your bills! They add stuff after you sign your trearment plan and try to bill your insurance. Then of course it comes back for you to pay. Christie Lawerence who gave a 5 star review is the office manager. She will claim she will send you what invoices you want to see but never does because its all a cover up and they know they have been caught! Guess all the employee have to give fake reviews to counter-act the true bad reviews!

Was the most useless dentists appointment I have ever been to. Staff was friendly but me and my husband went there for our first visit thinking we where getting out teeth cleaned for them not to. All they did was xray and a checkup like what most dentists do after they clean your teeth and quote. I feel like all this place cares about is money and to top it off there was no one there and it took 3 and a half hour . We will never go back to this place again.

This is the first dentist out of four Ive had recently that Ive liked. Theyre very professional and friendly while giving excellent service. The staff and main dentist are incredibly thorough and gentle with your teeth. When my root canal and crown were done they completed the process very quickly and I had no issues afterwards regarding their measures. I recommend this place as the best to go in the Savannah area!

This was my first visit to Great Expressions. Holly, Quan, and Sonia were amazing. The ladies were very kind, extremely professional, and went out of their way to answer my questions.

Worst experience ever. They were more worried about money and prices than customer service. The whole time I was there they talk about prices. I left there with ten different papers with different estimates on them. I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned . They even gave me a estimate for my teeth getting clean ... as if I didn’t have insurance. Then I had to reschedule a time to come back and get my teeth clean ... but the “dentist “ was book for the month . Only cared about what they had to sale me . Even made me brush my own teeth in the public bathroom, then tried to sell me the tooth brush but the tooth paste was on the house .

My husband recently came in & had high blood pressure before his visit. An associate recommended that he check it for a week. After checking for a week we went to the doctor, turns out he has high blood pressure.I highly recommend this office!

The only reason Great Expressions is getting a one star is because of the nice gentleman and nice young lady (the one with glasses) that greets you when you arrive and schedules your appointments. They were very polite and friendly. According to Great Expressions, I have a cavity, needed a full mouth debridement, and needed a special mouth wash. I went to another dentist, and did not require any of that treatment. Great Expressions is exactly what is wrong with modern dentistry. All they care about is upselling unnecessary services. I would almost bet the dentist in this office gets a commission for selling these services that they push onto you. I do not feel like they have the patients best interest at heart. They are only concerned with making money. This is why I will never go to a corporate dentist again. I am so happy that I canceled my appointment for the unnecessary procedures and found a new dentist. I do not recommend anyone go to this office.
