I want to thank the wonderful team at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry. I brought my elderly parent to a denture consultation. From the initial phone call I felt they really wanted to help my mother. They were so kind and gentle with her! After our consultation, we went with another practice recommended by them and my mother is being given great care. Being new to this area, we did not know where to turn and Beyond helped guide us. I cant express how thankful we are for their help. They truly will go above and beyond to do what is best for the patent.

Extremely disappointed with this place ! Waste of my time, thankfully did not waste any money. They don’t want to focus on your problem they want to make you believe you have more problems than you can imagine. Yes take care of my current issue I came for and then try to sell me your future services. Their new patient coordinator is a bad sales person that actually need some work done on her teeth before trying to convince patients to do anything with their teeth. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

I rarely write reviews but Im honestly appalled at the way this business is running. At my consultation, I was led to believe that you all were confident that I would be a good candidate. At my second appointment, I met with Jenni who immediately talked down on my place of work and proceeded to violate HIPAA by name dropping one of your patients and also talking down on her. Completely unprofessional. She called me the next morning leaving me feeling unsure and weird about the whole thing. She didnt seem confident at all and I felt as if she was telling me to go to another office. She also told me that it would be $9000 for just the Invisalign treatment. Ive already been quoted for that elsewhere and this seems ridiculously high for the amount of time that I would need it. Theres obviously no issue with funding this type of treatment but when I asked to see a detailed quote I was questioned a few days later via text message by Jordan on why I wanted to see a quote. This seemed bizarre to me. I want to make sure that what Im getting is fair. I have received a detailed quote at every other office I consulted with. That is the only way I can know exactly what Im getting and for how much. Seems like a no-brainer to me. That would be the correct way of going about this type of business. Im very disappointed in the way this entire experience has gone. They will also push how you may not be the right fit but I think the individuals working here need to take a look in the mirror. Overall, they are unprofessional and sketchy. After texting back and fourth and expressing my concerns, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this place! Its a very warm welcome every time I come here...feels like home!Dr. Reeves is very nice and helpful. He is very informative and will answer every question you have as many times as you ask it! Jenny and Erica are the best! They take the time to help you make decisions about what to do and all your financial needs, if that is something that you would need... Love this Office!!

My partner, a young denture wearer for the past 25 years, had been told that implants were not an option for her. We had been to several dentists all across the South East, only to be told that she would never be a candidate for implants because of the bone loss she experienced over the years. She found Beyond Exceptional Dentistry online and we made the 5 1/2 hour drive to see them. We were met with open arms. The staff was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. They put her fears to rest. After X-Rays, photos and long consultation, she was told that she COULD in fact get implants. My partner and I highly recommend Beyond Exceptional Dentistry. If you want and experience unlike any other, or if you have been told that implants aren’t an option, you must come here. Dr. Strickland and his staff are absolutely amazing.

Everytime I walk in the door I am greeted like family and always given my morning coffee! They strive for excellence and always make you the priority. They map out each visit and tell you exactly how long you’ll be here and they always bring you back on time, this is very helpful for me as my days are typically always very busy!!

This the best dentist office anywhere. They are always on time- my time is treated just as importantly as theirs. Everyone is professional and accommodating. They instantly make sure your are comfortable from the waiting area to the dental chair. Dr. Reeves is beyond superb in his knowledge and expertise. The entire staff is always positive, smiling and genuinely happy to see you at each visit. If you have any hang ups about going to the dentist- this is the place for you. I have been a patient for about 6 years now, having first sought help for TMJ and severe vertigo. The course of treatment has been very successful in clearing up these issues, and I have remained a general-care patient. I am happy to drive 60 miles for my appointments because everyone-- from patient relations to the dentists-- are professional and welcoming. They see me as a full partner in my own care and work with me to make decisions that I feel are best for me, in my own time.

They’re so friendly and helpful. I was always very insecure about my teeth, and didn’t like talking to anyone much less dentist about my teeth. While I might have felt shamed else where, they worked with me to have a healthy and proud smile.

When I first came in, I was so nervous and embarrassed. From the moment I called and spoke with the ladies at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry my walls came down. I called 4 different places and Beyond Exceptional was the only one that made me feel like they cared. From the moment I walked in it felt like all they wanted was to make me as happy as possible. I am 24 hours post op right now, and I feel amazing! It was so shocking to wake up and feel totally normal after surgery. They truly are beyond exceptional at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry.

I waited for years to have anything done to my teeth because I was so afraid. I lived with pain and problems chewing. And just adjusted to it.. Because I was so afraid. From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and at ease which was exactly what I needed. I wish I had not waited so.

At 55, the thought of losing all of my upper teeth was very difficult to accept but after having 3 different opinions, it was clear that it was my only course of action. With that decision made, I then had to decide who was going to perform this life altering procedure. The procedure(s) is the removal of all of my upper teeth, a sinus lift, bone grafting-just to start. I am to wear a denture during the healing process of 4-6 month before the screws are implanted, then wait again to heal several more moths before the final prosthetic is attached, This is going to be a very long haul! I decided to work with Dr. Strickland and his team at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry for several reasons-the customer focused service, their expertise in the procedures I was about to undertake and also quite frankly their ability to really listen to my concerns and explain everything in layman terms to put me at ease.I am now three weeks past the initial surgery-teeth removal, sinus lift, bone grafting. The procedure went well and I was sent home with medications. But, the most difficult part was trying to adjust to a denture. It was causing some pain around the gums and roof of my mouth. I called a left a message on a Sunday evening (surgery was on Wednesday) asking to come in for an adjustment. Jordan call me at 8am Monday morning and I was back in the office at 8:30. Dr. Strickland took the time to address my concerns, explained that this was common as the swelling beings to reduce. He made the necessary adjustment to the denture so it was more comfortable. It made a world of difference.This is just the start of my journey but I am very pleased that I made the decision to go with Dr. Strickland and his team.

Dr. Reeves and the team at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry have been nothing but a pleasure. I love coming to this office, it’s like a trip to the spa every time I come. They have relaxing music to put you at ease, warm blankets, and fresh baked cookies. I can now eat anything I want to eat without pain! Can’t say enough good things about this office and my experience there. I put off going to the dentist for years because of bad experiences at other dentist offices, and the situation got so bad with my teeth that I had gotten used to only chewing with one side of my mouth because the other side hurt so bad. Amazing, after my third visit I had the most unexpected but wonderful experience. I had gone out to lunch to the same restaurant that I go to each week and ordered my seared tuna appetizer. I have been blessed to be able to work with many wonderful doctors and this office is truly beyond exceptional. I am so impressed at the structure, the attention to detail, and the practice as a whole that Dr Durham has built. It is truly meant to be beyond exceptional for his patients. All the doctors are the best at what they do, without a doubt. Dr Durham and his crew are the most ETHICAL men I have worked with. Their work is beyond compare and their team is Loving and attentive to each other and their patients. This is the place to be if you want to be treated with respect, more than just a number and a long term whole health plan that is truly your benefit and not the offices.

My mom first came to Beyond Exceptional Dentistry seeking help to get out of severe jaw pain. She was in so much pain she could hardly eat, talk, and function. Before coming to Dr. Strickland at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry she thought there was no hope in getting the help she needed to have a productive pain free life. I knew something had to be done and I also knew something could be done to help her get her life back. After her first treatment with Dr. Strickland my mom walked out of that building a different person. She could open her mouth to smile, laugh, and was even talking again ( I could not even talk to her on the phone if I wanted)!!!! It’s a year later and she has had the most functional year she has had in years. I would recommend anyone having pain to at least come have a consultation to explore their options. I was impressed that Kristin, the office coordinator, and Danielle, the coordinator knew my name when I walked in for my second visit! In addition, Jenny had an assistant, Bri, who gave me the CAT scan and take x-rays. She also was very influential in making me comfortable. I am also impressed that I was able to talk to Dr. Durham, who was open to spending time to explain what needed to be done and why.

Although I am not the patient, I am very, very impressed with the dental care my husband has received from Dr. Reeves. He and everyone in the office are so professional and so nice! I can’t stress that enough. Moreover, they do everything in their power to put the patient at ease. Dr. Reeves gave my husband a very thorough dental exam. Dental problems were discussed, and a plan was made to correct my husband’s dental problems. All costs were discussed in detail before any work began. We both liked that very much. The work began and is now all finished. The result: Now my husband has beautiful white teeth to go along with his beautiful smile! I can hardly believe he’s the same person! Bottom line, Dr. Reeves is a miracle worker. And I’m not kidding. All work is guaranteed, too.

I have been to offices in the past that it feels as if they’re trying to “sell” you services or pressure you into procedures that you don’t know if they’re entirely necessary. I’ve never felt anything but confident and comfortable in this office. The staff are nothing less than amazing and while there are other offices well closer to my house, I don’t feel like I’m going out of my way because of the value of their service.

You are not treated like a bad person if you have not been to the dentist in a long time or admit to neglecting your dental care--you are treated like family.I had multiple cavities and a crown completed by Dr. Strickland and his team--one sitting for the temporary fillings (as these were porcelain--and they match my teeth flawlessly), and one for the permanents. By using their prescribed pre-care steps and sedation dentistry the night before and the morning of the procedures, I was perfectly relaxed throughout both procedures and can hardly remember either of them. After the procedures were completed, I was still experiencing some pain and soreness, but not at the fault of the office--through multiple visits slipped in on very short notices, we did small, harmless grinding to fix bite adjustments and eventually diagnosed a tooth that needed a root canal. Dr. Strickland is very discerning about the offices he refers work to and asks you to let him and his office know if you do not experience the same level of comfort and respect that you received at his office.Dr. Reeves and his team worked with me to design a perfect-fitting sleep appliance, urging me to come in immediately after the mildest fit issue occurred. Dr. Reeves will not rest knowing that you are not having a flawless experience. This sleep appliance now stays snug throughout the night and has alleviated my grinding and clenching issues, also helping with my moderate sleep apnea and giving me a much better nights sleep than Id had in years.Even your regular check-ups with your dental hygienist will be a joy. I originally used laughing gas during my cleanings with Erika, but her calm and kind demeanor helped me regain the peace of mind that I had as a teenager, and I no longer use laughing gas--though it is always available if you change your mind or experience any changes.Youre reading this because you want to know about the best--stop reading this and book your appointment today. When I began seeing Durham & his staff they truly strategize and perform a thorough assessment to develop the best plan. They are addressing the actual source of my problems and fixing my bite before we fix my teeth so I can live pain free---eventually no jaw clenching, grinding, or popping!! My experience with Beyond Exceptional Dentistry was phenomenal! I needed a cleaning at the time and I was also looking for a new dentist so I decided to try them out. The receptionist Lauren was extremely capable and got me set up for my first appointment. She then followed up with me by contacting me and reminding me of my appointment date and time. When I arrived, I noticed that the building was clean and tranquil. The staff greeted me and was professional, organized, and very nice. The waiting room was well appointed and comfortable with a variety of beverages and snacks to treat myself to. The staff created a profile for me as a patient and my hygienist Jennifer performed a comfortable cleaning. After, I met with Dr. Durham who asked me how everything had been thus far as a first time patient. I told him that I was a little weary about trying a new dentist and that so far the visit had gone really well. All the equipment and staff seemed top notch, and that accompanied with a knowledgeable staff really took the edge off my first visit. Already satisfied at that point, Dr. Durham offered to fix a small chip in my front tooth that had been bothering me for years. He did it in less than fifteen minutes and it looks like nothing had ever happened. That chip made me feel slightly self-conscious over the years, but now I feel even more confident in showing off my smile! To top things off they sent me home with a fresh baked cookie. I left very satisfied and feeling like a new man. If anyone is looking for a new dentist or even just a change in pace, I would highly recommend Beyond Exception Dentistry.

Ive been coming to Dr. Durhams practice since 2007. I couldnt be happier with my entire collective experience here. From the kind staff to the knowledgeable hygienists and the extremely compentent dentists, this is a wonderful practice. Basic teeth cleanings are gentle. Dr. Durham did an outstanding job on my jaw issues, correcting them and improving the damage caused by clenching to my teeth. The beautiful facility is a welcoming place for any dental needs.

I have extensive work by Dr. Durham and also quite a bit of dentistry from Dr. Strickland. They are very different than any other dentist I have ever been to....and I have had a lot of dental work. Dr. Durham has the technology and skill to do amazing work with outstanding results. For me, it was 14 upper crowns in one procedure for preparation and one to install the crowns. I have had an additional 4 crowns replacing 30 year old crowns with similarly great result.I have seen Dr. Strickland for other dental work including 2 root canals and I have been pleased with everything. I came to Beyond Exceptional Dentistry two weeks ago hoping I could fix my smile before my wedding in March of 2019. I have always been insecure about my smile and just thinking about not being confident enough to smile ear to ear on my wedding day was pretty heartbreaking. Overall this is been a truly amazing experience. Most of my life I’ve always Avoided going to the dentist because I don’t tolerate pain well. There was virtually no pain at all with such a dramatic procedure. The day after I received my temporaries I felt perfectly normal.

Exceptional treatment. The staff spent over 2 1/2 hours with me to help discuss my issues on my first visit. From that point on everyone knew my name and attended to all my concerns.
