Dr. Reeves and the team at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry have been nothing but a pleasure. I love coming to this office, it’s like a trip to the spa every time I come. They have relaxing music to put you at ease, warm blankets, and fresh baked cookies. I can now eat anything I want to eat without pain! I also could never look left and right before making a turn while driving. I am now fixed thanks Dr. Reeves. The best part is I am NOW PAIN FREE ❤️

I came to Beyond Exceptional Dentistry for their expertise and help with my missing tooth. I knew they specialized in complex comprehensive cases and could truly help. I felt like I finally found a place that I could trust and have confidence in what they were telling me. They explained the process so completely and clearly and gave me alternative options that allowed for me to choose what was best for me. They are not just out to make a quick buck and were willing to let me walk away if I didnt want to do something. They have such compassion for their patients, that I felt completely taken care of through the whole process. Down to what flavor of coffee I love best. I was so confident with this office and doctor reeves that I was willing to leave without a tooth in my mouth because I knew the end game was going to be worth it.

My experience here has been amazing! Erika my hygienist is the best in assisting in keeping my oral health beyond excepcional. Dr. Reeves and Dr. Strickland gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me if I ever needed anything to call them personally and they would help!! Just call them to see how they can help.

My experience here at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry has been AMAZING!! I didn’t really like the way my smile looked because of previous treatment and discoloration of my teeth. Dr. Reeves and Dr. Strickland came up with a great plan for me to feel confident in smiling. They have been amazing. I finally feel confident in smiling at school and at home with my family. If I could give any advice to anyone that was in my situation I would say come here and at least learn about your options to give you what you really want! I had TMJ and the pressure of my bite was making my teeth crack and I was in pain. I didn’t want to live like that anymore. Dr. Reeves is the best dentist! He is super thorough and provides superior care! He changed my life! I suffered from daily migraines and facial pain. I went through TMJ treatment with Dr. Reeves, and now I only get a few migraines a year! I’ve saved money not having to pay out-of-pocket for migraine meds. Please! If you are a chronic migraine sufferer, go see Dr. Reeves! It will change your life.

I was concerned about the state of my dental health in 2018 and went to visit Beyond Exceptional for an opinion. I was told that my teeth and mouth looked like I was a meth addict and that I needed a full set of veneers on both my top and bottom set of teeth. The procedure for just my top set of veneers alone cost upwards of $25,000. Immediately after my procedure was finished (I was obviously on relaxers/mild anesthesia) one of the receptionists kept pushing for me to write a five star review for my new smile and after multiple times refusing to do it right in that moment, the receptionist insisted that she write the review and post it herself. The five star review I had on google for almost two years is not my formal statement or review, and was written by one of the receptionists while I was still under anesthesia.I recently (two years later) got a second opinion from another cosmetic dentist in Maryland and was told that I did not need veneers in the first place and the original state of my teeth were not bad to begin with. I feel violated and uncomfortable by Dr. Reeves and Beyond Exceptional.

Dr. Reeves worked with me to alleviate my clenching and grinding issues related to my sleep apnea by prescribing me a sleep appliance. He and his associates take great care in making sure every step of the appliance creation process, gently reminding me to put my phone down to allow the muscle-relaxing therapy (TENSing) to be as effective as possible and offering pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort and relaxation during the process. Dr. Reeves explains every step with enough detail to make you feel perfectly comfortable--it is not too much in a way that it overwhelms or passes through one ear and out the other, and it is not enough to make you feel like this is just a paycheck for him. He will reshoot the bite mold if he is not content with it, and he and his team will walk you through the fitting and cleaning process while consistently letting you know that they are open to questions and concerns at any time. Even when I needed the bottom half of the appliance to be refitted (not an uncommon occurrence because of the snugness required of the device), the team worked tirelessly with me to get me in as soon as possible with a time that I was comfortable with, and I was in and out in half an hour with the same calm and comforting air as I had experienced months prior as he went through different steps to tighten the device.All of this takes place in one of the most beautiful offices in downtown Savannah with the most heartwarming and welcoming staff Ive ever experienced in a medical office in any field. If youre looking for the best, stop reading and book your appointment.

I brought my son logan and daughter immi to Dr. Reeves at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry because of my mother in law and her experience. When my mother in law finished treatment her smile was naturally beautiful and I knew there was no other place I would trust with my childrens dental health. My daughter herself always says how beyond exceptional her experience is everytime she leaves the office.
