Excellent work! I had my staggered wheels accidentally rotated which caused damage to my newly painted rims. After calling numerous places to rotate my tires, they were able to bring me in very closely to closing and were very professional, patient and understanding. Living in Savannah for 5 years and this was the best customer service I have ever had from any auto services! Thank you to Anthony and Rebecca for your attention to detail and hard work!! 10/10 recommend to everyone!

I normally just stop by to have my tire pressure checked at least once a week, sometimes 2 depending on that weeks work schedule, and Mikey is always right there either assisting his team or making sure he knows and acknowledges that Im there and always goes above and beyond, just to take care of a simple unfortunate complication, no telling the lengths of measures his team and him take to get the jobs done and other services. I will get my rim/tire fixed like we discussed last at the place his highly recommended but Ill be back to leave my vehicle in their hands to take care of everything that is needed, I trust them as if theyre my own family.

As someone with anxiety, and who has never done any sort of car matienence on his own, I was really nervous to go to get my oil changed, but it was honestly a really easy process and the guy who handled the oil change was really kind and lighthearted. The wait was shorter than I was told too!My only complaint is that I went in with my tire light on, and then was told before leaving all the lights should be off, and then I realized after having already driven away that the tire light is still on.Just got home and checked my tire pressure and theyre all slightly low, so Im not sure what thats about but considering its an easy fix and its not even what I went into the shop for, Im not too miffed. Anyone else probably would have noticed it sooner than I had and said something, anyways. Ill remember to check in the future. :)

I ONLY trust her to render my car care needs because she delivers efficient customer-centered and customer-focused service on each and every visit for all of her customers. Jiffy Lube of Savannah on Abercorn Street is simply lucky to have her as a Team Member! Because of her I am only patronizing this Jiffy Lube location for all of my car care needs and maintenance!

All the guys were great, took us and got in immediately and back out on the road in less than 30. Best customer service even in the Automotive Industry.

Although they couldnt exactly service my motorcycle, quite yet, they did take care of my truck and myself. The GM even went as far as checking and looking over my hog and checked tire pressure and the oil consistency of it. I left my information with him when he has something set up for 2 to 3 wheel oil changes. Great staff!!

Savannah Car Wash has a Jiffy Lube inside of it which is kind of neat. You can actually get your oil changed or get your car worked on before or after the car gets detailed the staff is friendly. Not very wild about the new ownerships ideas of taking all of the accessories out of the lobby they also eliminated the cashier up front which was really nice because you could get change to tip the guys out front they no longer pull your cars in for you they make you pull it in would be nice if they wouldnt have changed some of these small things because they mean so much to customers other than that its a pretty reasonable deal

I gave only 3 stars because theyre prices were ridiculous, they refused to use the oil I asked them to and only one person that was working on or near my vehicle was polite and spoke to me like a gentleman and I would bet he was the youngest one there. Sorry Jiffy Lube, you can do better!

Theyve always treated me great since I started using this particular Jiffy Lube. Kudos to the staff that worked on Saturday February 6th, 2021. I cant remember their names precisely, my receipt is in my glove box, but theyre all familiar and have been there awhile.

The technicians were helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a returning customer, and the service performed was to my satisfaction. Will return in future when I need to.

Top shop in town! I used to work down the road from this Jiffy Lube and always went to Walmart to have my oil changed cause I thought it was more convenient but since the covid they stopped servicing vehicles so I tried this Jiffy Lube and wont go anywhere else now!!

Everyone wore masks, especially the GM with his super dope Jokester face shield, and wore gloves which was outstanding and made me feel even more comfortable. They even have this new machine that allows you to stay in your car with it off but still have a/c blown into the window!! Im not going anywhere else!!

Fantastic!!! My husband stopped by earlier in the day and when he returned home he told me that I should have my car serviced here as well and that he insisted that I go here!! Let me tell you what and mark this on the calendar but was he right for once. Mrs. Becky, Mr. Anthony, and lastly Mr. Mikey were freaking awesome!! Guys were nice but trying to you charge u on everything! The GM was a total azz hole! Do not recommend them because the GM is a liar. I brought a brand new truck in and they said I needed rear end fluid. Really? On a brand new truck.

Came in yesterday on 6-26 to have my vehicle serviced and then returned on 6-27 in the morning to purchase items I didnt have the money for the day prior and have them check over everything else while I was there before I take off out of town and on both days they treated me the exact same, with respect, high class, and like I was important to them. Ok, so first off many of these five star ratings are due to a promotional of an offered discount on service for giving a review.Next, do not go here if you own a euro. My oil change started with hmmm, Ive never seen an audi before. Followed by me listening to the techs complain about the skid shield openly while I sit in my car for 20 minutes. They could have just said no to the job. After paying $150 for an oil change and a lecture on euro cars, I am on my way. The car sits overnight, and the picture is what I found in my garage the following morning.$150= oil change, vehicle complaints the whole time to customer, and an obviously improper job at that. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give them a higher star rating, I would because they deserve it!! The lady that greeted me, Mrs. Becky I believe, carried herself like shes been doing this for years. The tech in the burgundy shirt, I didnt catch his name, even pointed things out with my vehicle I had no clue about, and the General Manager I believe that runs the service center, younger gentleman with the cool gauges in his ears, Mikey I believe, seems like he knows what hes doing @ such a young age to keep that place tip top!! Best place, in & out, drive-thru service station Ive been to EVA!!!

Plus side, the GM is a huge Joker fanatic like myself so we clicked pretty good, complimented me on my Joker Converse shoes and the conversation went from there!! They are awesome!!!

This place is no joke!!! Quickest oil change Ive literally ever had. I wasnt even there for ten minutes. The manager is great- explains things honestly and well, doesnt talk down to you, likes to joke, and makes sure youre comfortable with your service. I wont go anywhere else if I can help it.

I enjoy coming to jiffy lube for my car service, because they are all very pleasant and have great customer service. The oil changes are quicker than any place Ive ever gone to. I like that there is nice air conditioning space with refreshments and television on the inside while I wait. They take good care of my car, and always recommend services that I may need for my car.

By far the best service I’ve received for an oil change. I go out of my way for this location’s service. It is a great group who are knowledgeable and do not push additional sales/services on customers. I greatly appreciate Ms. Becky’s quality of customer care and service.

They were quick and polite. I didnt know before, but this is also a full service car detailing setup in the same building, but different business. One stop shopping for some car love. There was some typical upselling of air filters and fluid top offs, but they werent pushy. All in all a solid business.

I was looking for a place to get my oil change and afterwards I had planned to take the car to get washed. I happened to pass by here and noticed they do it all at this location. The staff is very helpful, friendly and very welcoming place and they do it all. Theyre waiting area was cleaning and the GM was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back and recommend their services to everyone.

Quick friendly service. Had me in and out within a hour what seemed to be a steady day. Did a full work up on my truck, changed my oil and vaccumed my front area. Ill definitely be back. We travel alot.

The BEST preventative maintenance place in town!!! Brought my vehicle & my dads in for services to be done to keep everything tip top, even with the extended wait time they gave me originally, we both were in and out before the quoted time with everything asked done properly!! Very knowledgeable in everything they do, from the newest General Manager Mikey, to the very sweet LCSA Becky & the other cool LCSA Zak and to even include the quick techs Eric & Matt they made the whole experience worth coming back to every time!! They printed out more Service Recommendations for us with our vehicles that I will be coming back to store # 3144 to get serviced!! This crew is awesome!! Staff is friendly and efficient

Every place had a wait for an oil change so didnt expect much. Ask for full synthetic oil change. I was told it would cost $24 to get two more quarts of oil because I needed 7 quarts. They told me it would be a couple dollars mor because it was a 4x4. Because it needed more oil. they told me my wipers were brittle but they are less than two months old. They asked if my address was still correct even though they asked me 10 minutes before. They wanted to sell me engine cleaner even after I told them that I was going to turn the truck in in 2 months. I asked for 80 psi on all four tires and I got 70. make sure you know what you need and what you want before you go in

Its 5:51 Wednesday 2/19/2020. Website says theyre open until 7pm. Guy yelled at me that they are closed. No problem. Ill go somewhere else.
