Alexis is wonderful! She was very informative and engaging. Excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to fix a problem that was done by a different company 100 stars across the board. Times like this its very hard to find good customer service.

Waited three hours with an appointment took them two hours to take the car in the back then another hour to replace tires and balance. When i complained person at front got and attitude and got smart as if i was not in the right to complain..mentioning “well you can take the car with lights on or you can wait until we do out last check” no apology, no checking in just plain unprofessional.

Mavis tires and brakes gave me an amazing deal on my tires I got four tires with an alignment and an oil change for $480. I did not have to wait in line my car went on the rack immediately and the staff there was amazing. I was on a budget which I explain to the manager and they were able to work out a deal with me at the price I had for my budget. The manager was very kind and the assistant was very professional. The place was very neat and clean and well organized again I stress I did not have to make an appointment and I did not have to wait in line for two hours like you do at Walmart. Any time I need any repairs on my brakes, tires, oil changes, etc. they are my go-to! Very fair priced, always great customer service and friendly faces. Even when I needed new tires, they gave me a great price on my Michelin Defenders. Even when they are busy, they always seem to get the job done in a very timely manner. Thanks team Mavis!

I called, made an appointment, asked about the price(I was told $19.99 without tax) to fix my tire that I already removed. Once at the garage, I spent 3 hours waiting. When they knew that I was angry and ready to take my tire else where, they decided to start working on it. It didnt take 15 mins and once done, the bill came out almost $10 more with some fees that where not included($28.34 total). When I ask, if they could replace the tire, I was told that they dont have the tools for it(yes, and I recorded it on my dashcam). If I went somewhere else, I couldve got it done for $20 in less than 15 mins. Ill never ever come to such place again.Edit: It seems that a manager saw my phone number in the picture(I removed the picture because I didnt notice that some personal and sensitive info appeared in it) and called me trying to talk about it. You crooks treated me like my $28.34 business isnt worth your time. Now that I made it public, you want to talk? Are you trying to make me to delete this? Shame on you mavis!

Got my car serviced at this location, my first time going here. I don’t really like shops because I feel like they only care about getting your money but this place was different. The young lady kamara I think her name was really looked out for me and made sure I got the right treatment and made me feel like she cared I really appreciate her.

Mr. John is the best! Another mechanic was trying to get me to fix something on my car that didn’t need to be fixed. And Mr John took the time out to look at it for me just to make sure. And I really appreciate that. ❤️

ALEXIS, was the best person at the store. Went in for an inspection for my brakes, and Something happened to my car during my brake check, and ALEXIS made sure it was resolved immediately. The Kindness, Informative, Patient, and Helpful attitude was the best part about the visit. One of the best services I’ve received. Thanks to a young lady named Kamarra my experience was remarkable.

Tire had a slow leak, called Mavis Tires and Brakes, and spoke with Chance,he said bring it in, and they check it. Place is clean, plenty of parking and good sized waiting area, steady flow of customers, most had used them before so that was a good sign. Bays were full, so we had a wait until our turn, walked thru Home depot,went back to Mavis a while later,our car was on the rack, didnt take long to find a screw in the tire, repaired it, and we got out in quick time.. thanks to the crew, and the attention Chance us and all the customers. Well be back.

Fixed my valve stem leak. Re mounted the tire for me. John the general manager, got me in and took great care of me he was very professional and courteous.Chance the service manager reinstalled my tire on my truck. He was a class act and very quick and thorough.This place will get all my business, as a generator technician and former diesel mechanic, I can personally vouch for their knowledge and expertise!

ALEXIS WAS MY CASHIER AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AS FAR AS INFORMING ME EXACTLY WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR ME AND MY CAR

Went in to get my Brakes serviced on a Sunday after being turned away from another business up the street. My car was pulled in within 10 minutes of me arriving and I was made aware of what was needed in less than 30 minutes. The longest wait was for the parts I needed but even that was only about 45 minutes. I went across the street and had lunch at Outback and when I got back my car was ready to go. They also offer a Military Discount.

Chance & Alexis was very nice my first time here at this location got a pretty good deal on my tires and alignment. Chance kept me updated while I wait although I did had to wait a while they had my car sitting but Chance got my car for me and as well put air in my tires to help balance out my tires so far so good. Was going to Savannah on business and had a blow out about 100 miles from my destination on I 26. By the way, AAA did a terrible job in getting me help. Got to Savannah and the next day searched about 3 hours for the right size. One nice dealer found out they had the right size at Mavis so I drove their and the manager John and the technician Mell did an absolutely greatjob and even noticed the other front tire getting ready to go and also noticed that the last tire person put the rear wheels on the wrong side. So he did that also. They had a nice waiting area with coffee, drink machines and clean rest rooms !! What a pleasure !

Manager was great. Techs, not so much. Waited for an hour just to get a tire looked at and asked the estimated time it would be done and got nothing but attitude from the guy covering the managers break.

I can’t possibly recommend this place more. They installed new run flat tires on my BMW, did a front end alignment, and an oil change. In each case, they let me know what promotions they had to save me money, and fully explained the warranties that came with their service. And they’re super nice, knowledgeable people. Got here at 10:55am for an oil change and the cashier was telling me upon arrival that they only have two technicians and the wait would be longer than normal.When I asked would it be over an hour she couldn’t confirm. However, I heard her tell another customer that came after me that she only had two cars ahead of her. Why couldn’t she tell me that?11:34am I’m still waiting and she is complete with the customer that came after me. She offered the customer free lunch as an exchange of the customer completing the survey.Even as the phone rang, she never answered it while on the phone on the phone with someone else.12:15 pm I’m checking out. The technicians didn’t speak to me but I heard them speak to others. The cashier recommended I came back for additional work.The customer service was trash 🗑Update: I just called the headquarters after Mavis left the “sarcastic” message on here thanking me for choosing them without addressing any of my concerns. I will not return to this location and I will let everyone I know not to come here as well. WOW! Talk about a slap in a customers face.

I took my car in around 9 for some suspension work. My mornings are crunched so time is never on my side . I was told I could pick up my car in the afternoon at 2. I was so worried about transportation until then but they blew my mind . I got a call around 11 stating my whip was ready . I thought it was a dream . Not only was timing perfect, but my car has never sounded this great in years. Excellent work and excellent customer service. The store manager and his staff was exceptional.
