By far the least stressful and easiest experience I have ever had with a dealership. Purchased my car and had it delivered to me without even having to go to the dealership! Came to me exactly as described and didnt charge me a dime for the 250 mile delivery drive. Everyone from my salesman, to the wonderful financing lady (Robin I believe?), and the two gentlemen that delivered my car was great. Props to my salesman Tim Talley for making the process go smoothly and answering my tech questions and making sure I was happy after my car arrived. Would 100% buy from them again!

They kept switching through cars we were trying to look at, as soon as we (me and my partner) decided on a car it would somehow be switched and we can no longer get the car. Then we found one we liked signed paperwork and everything then the next day were told something went wrong or someone made a mistake and we could no longer get that car had to wait the entire day (unpaid called out from work) for them to figure something else out. Finally settled on one and they didnt even clean the seats they just sprayed something black on it to appear clean,and gave us a car with one of the back tail lights are out when we brought this to their attention they acted like they couldnt see what the issue was eventhough we had day and night evidence. Pretty much after we got the car they didnt want anything else to do with it. The smiles and jokes went right out the window.

Don’t bother going to this dealership, at least for services. I went in 20,000 miles ago and they supposedly did a service on my vehicle’s front/rear differentials and transfer case. Went to a another Ford dealership today for regular maintenance and the technician said I needed the same transfer case and differential service done. Typically these are done every 50k miles. The technician stated that the fluid hadn’t been changed for at least 50,000 miles. This isn’t the first time I’ve run into issues with JC Lewis. They’ll lie to you by telling you that you need some type of service done, and then take advantage by not actually performing that service they’re billing you for.

Terrible Experience! I worked with a sales rep by the name of Tom at JC Lewis Ford in Savannah GA. I was getting into a new 2021 F-150. It was the perfect truck. I had put a deposit down on the truck to hold it. After getting everything squared away, I tried to schedule a time to purchase the vehicle but the sales rep kept calling in sick. Once I finally got a time scheduled to purchase the truck, after confirming with my sales rep the truck was still held and was mine, I received a phone call a HALF HOUR before my appointment time telling me they sold my truck. I was half way to the dealer. Over an hour drive! HUGE disappointment! My sales rep never actually took the money out of my account to hold the truck, lying to me that it was secured for me. Never relayed that an appointment was scheduled to sell the truck. He also got very rude with me on the phone when he told me it was sold blaming me for taking too long when he called out of work multiple days when I was trying to schedule with him. I would NEVER recommend this dealer and they have done nothing to get me into a truck since then. They have only offered vehicles with less features and even into a vehicle the was wrecked stating they would sign a waiver for me. Absolutely Not! Would NEVER recommend to anyone until they do something to resolve the issue! Especially when they sold my truck out from under me with a hold on it. Unprofessional, Terrible communication and lack of attention to detail.

Recently traded in my vehicle for something a little more affordable.
