I absolutely love this place! Very professional EXTREMELY clean. I’ve been to many nail salons around Savannah and pooler and this is by far my favorite. Vivian and Mary have both done my nails and I love them every time! They so wonderfully accommodated for my wedding party the day before my wedding. I will definitely keep coming back!

The girl who did my pedicure hurt me at every step. She filed off the old gel polish cutting my skin with the file. Then poured alcohol over my toes. The cuticle pushing thing hurt. It has NEVER in my life hurt to do this part. She cut me deep to bleeding with the clippers on the sides of my toenails. Then again, poured alcohol on them. Then more filing gave me papercuts on my skin. She then repeatedly put the uv lamp ON my toes.... and the side of my pinky toe got burned. She used her fingernails to exfoliate my legs...? Then the minty lotion burned my skin so bad they turned red. The other people in the shop noticed. I couldnt wait to leave. I was so upset because it was more like torture than a relaxing spa experience. I dont know if she was new but she never apologized. I know English wasnt her first language but everybody knows that if youre bleeding it probably hurt! Im never going back there. I shouldve got a refund. 5 days later you can still see where she cut me in the pic.

Mary is very patient and she made sure that I was comfortable.The environment itself is amazing. Mary is awesome, I highly recommend her! It was my first time there and I will be going back.

All of the people who work at Viva Nails are very nice and professional. I always leave happy and love my nails every time! I initially only went to get my nails done because of my wedding, but the staff was so awesome and I fell in love with getting my nails done on a regular basis. Its a smaller shop but they are professional, clean, and very flexible with appointments. They even offer walk-ins if one of their nail technicians is available. I highly recommend this place - make an appointment, you wont regret getting your nails done here!

Viva is the best nail spa you will find in the Savannah area! The owner, Linh and his wife, run a top-notch business where they truly care about pleasing their clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the technicians are so professional. Their prices are certainly fair for the high quality service.Mary is wonderful! On my last visit I had a French manicure and pedicure. She was extremely accurate with drawing the tips to where they were perfectly even and all matched. She was kind and gentle throughout the visit and I could tell she really enjoys her profession.

ASK FOR MIMI 😍 She is amazing, very knowledgeable and she actually cares about your real nails (if you wear acrylics). I love the fact that she takes appointments only now, so you never have to wait. She’s super creative to the point that if you take a photo of nails you’d like, she can make it happen! Pink and white is my thing and she can still switch it up to make me happy. MiMi introduced me to dip powder and I haven’t had acrylic since. I have been a loyal client of MiMi’s for almost 8 years now and I will follow her to the end of the earth!

Every nail tech does beautiful work! I bounced from place to place for a loooong time. Unable to find one I loved until Viva! Must have an appointment to be seen. They stay booked! (A good sign) You may be disappointed if you just walk in. However, you wont be disappointed with the work.

In the past, when I get a new set, I am not super happy with them because I have small nail beds and they are usually too thick. I did not have that problem here. Mary listened to me and did an excellent job. She is very pleasant and takes her time. I didnt feel rushed at all. I am so glad I found this salon, it is only 5 minutes from my house(was driving 30 mins to get my nails done). I made an appointment for 2 weeks.

Honestly, this was my 1st visit and I can already tell this is my new favorite nail salon! Amanda, the lady who did my nails, was super nice and helpful!I had previously went to another nail salon and I had gotten coffin shaped acrylic nails; however, I was not happy with them at all: the supposed coffin shape was off, the nails were too thick and they were not matching lengths. It was a mess!Amanda removed and re-did my nails completely; this time, however, i got dip acrylics with the proper coffin shape and Im super happy with the finished look!No more clunky, uneven or misshapen nails for me!

Ana did my pedicure with gel polish and my simple manicure without polish. I can be skidish when touched and Ana was very understanding and my toes look great! Sandal ready!

Today was my first time at viva nails. I am highly impressed! Linh first greeted me and helped me while I waited, super knowledgeable on nails and helped me with questions I had. Vivian did my nails, well fixed my nails from the horrific job a different salon did. Vivian was super wonderful and very people friendly. She made my nails look so nice and pretty.And best of all THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have a nice clean shop, not crowded and best part is they just are so friendly and know everyone by name. Will definitely be going back to them for all my nail work I need and will definitely let people know this is the spot to go!!

I broke my acrylic nail on vacation in Savannah and needed it fixed and decided to get a pedicure too with my sister. Saw the great reviews and decided to go. They made a last minute appointment for us so there was no wait. Super clean and professional and did a great job on our nails!

I just moved to Savannah and had my nails done 3 times at other salons before I found Mimi at Viva Nails and I told her she has a new returning customer. I made an appointment because based on these reviews I saw she works by appointment only and she was booked like 2 weeks in advance. That’s how you know she’s good and let me tell you, she is SO good! I get SNS and HATE when they come out super thick, but I swear you could mistake Mimi’s SNS nails for gel they look so natural! She takes the time to cater to your specific nails and tells you what’s good and bad for them, and even helps you pick out a color based on good power and what will be good for your nail. She did my pedicure too and I was amazed. She barely had to clean up my toes at all! I already made my next appointment and won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you Mimi!!

This nail salon was nice, the employees are all polite and understanding. They are a little on the pricey side though. So if you decide to come here be sure to look at the price sheet ahead a time so that you wont be taken aback by the price(s) of the services youd like to get done.

If I could give Viva Nail and Spa a 10 I absolutely would. Drove from NC to receive the best dip manicure and relaxing gel pedicure I swear I’ve ever received. Also had a fill in on my classic eye lashes and my wonderful Brazilian wax. An all in one stop. The owners and the nail artist are top notch and very knowledgeable about each service that I was provided. It was just my sister and me in the salon at this pandemic time and it was first class all the way and great way to spend Mothers Day. I got my nails done over the holiday in gel polish for My job, I work in retail so I was reluctant because my natural nails always get messed up but it stayed on for over two weeks! I also got my eyebrows done and they looked awesome! Amazing customer service! Definitely stop by here and make it your personal nail salon!

I usually visit Savannah about every month or so and have a difficult time finding a nail salon that caters to my picky needs. I’m happy to say that after today, Viva nail salon is my spot when in town! I’m very particular with how well I need to have my nails/toes done. The friendly, personable, professional, and kind staff at Viva did not disappoint! Best nail salon in Savannah HANDS DOWN! Great nail salon. The 2 people I went with got mani pedis and I just got a manicure. My manicure was super quick, but very well done (I didnt get gel or anything, just a plain manicure). The mani pedis were both gel (fingers and toes) so they both took a bit longer, but they werent busy so it went fairly quick.

Today was my first day at this salon. I went here based on the reviews. I am so glad I did this, I had the best pedicure ever. Beautiful young lady named LAY was the one who worked her magic on my pedicure. Everyone is gentle and kind. I felt welcome, had Vietnamese green 🍵 which was the bomb. And my feet look beautiful. Definitely will be coming back, best way to start my day by coming here. Im so very happy with the service I received here. Such beautiful staff. Thank you until next time. :)

I made an appointment here because I saw they had high ratings..I’m not sure how. I showed Mrs. Mary the length I wanted my acrylics, she cut them way too short. She redid them and didn’t seem happy about it.. They rushed to finish to the point where they were doing my toes and they put the nail lamp in my lap. For medium length nails and a regular pedi just a solid color, NO GEL POLISH, no designs I was charged $87. I’m guessing they charged me for her “repairing” the nails she cut too short. I regularly get my nails done and this was the worst service I’ve experienced. I’m a server and I regret even tipping..

Plus With my jacked up dark toes they made them look fabulous by adding a protective white color to make my selected color be dominant to not show the darkness of my toes! Wow! This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Seriously. The staff is SO nice and they do quality work. Every person I’ve tried has done a great job. And the pricing is VERY reasonable, considering my powder lasts over 3 weeks with no chipping whatsoever. Today I wanted to change up the shape of my nail to a slight claw and I feel really badass right now. Perfect for fall!

When my sister suggested we drive to Savannah to get much needed mani-pedi and waxing I thought she was crazy. Then I thought how fun a sister adventure and a Mothers Day afternoon of pampering would be. It was so worth it!! I ditto everything my sister Cathy said and more. Beware! They only take appointments and no walk-ins

After getting my nails done at another salon and having a horrible experience, I decided to read some google reviews and stumbled across this nail salon. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the salon with smiles. I explained to them that my nails were itching and that I was thinking I was having an allergic reaction to the gel top coat that the precious salon used on top of my sns. I had never had this problem before. The employees were extremely helpful and concerned and explained to me that they could remove the top coat and smooth the nails out for me. I walked away feeling so great and more confident with my nails. The conversation was great and the nail tech took the time to make sure that I liked the nails before leaving. Thank you again for such a great experience and truly caring about the customers and the product that you are putting out. I will be back again :)

Visited Viva Nails for a pedicure with my young daughter. E had an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. The space was beautiful and relaxing. The equipment is new, the space was very clean, and the service was impeccable. We were served refreshments during our pedicure, and very well taken care of. This was also the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I tried the gel for the first time, and absolutely love it. Thank you Viva Nails, for the wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

Today was my first time going. I called before I came to see if they were busy and they asked when I was coming I told them about an hour. About an hour later I arrived and there were three ladies working on three women getting there nails done. The owner asked what I was getting done. I told her manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. She told me to have a seat and she also told me who’d be working on my nails. About five minutes later Amanda started running the water for my pedicure. Long story short this place had been open for four months but when I say I recommend them I really mean that. The place is small and I like it as such. While I was getting my pedicure done simultaneously Van was working on my manicure. I then got my eyebrows done. This place is all about customer satisfaction. They truly made me feel like a queen. There prices are decent and definitely worth it!!!!

She offered to wax my lip but I told her I never have before so I was nervous, so she said next time we could try but wanted me to be prepared.I will definitely be back and be come a regular customer here. Had such a great first experience today getting my mani and nail dip service at Viva! I called ahead and was given the okay for a walk-in (I will add they were so busy with happy customers by the time I sat down that Id still highly recommend settting an appointment). I Loved my time with Ms. Van and she was really nice! The nail dip is awesome too and I will probably start doing it (instead of gel or acrylics) from now on. Very reliable work and quality service. Ive been going exclusively to Vivian, for all my nail needs, for nearly 3 years. Everytime I go she does an impeccable job. I get compliments all the time. Everyone in the salon is very professional; they have so much knowledge about nail care and health. This is also the cleanest salon that Ive been to, in all of Savannah. The supplies are all sterilized and they use new files. I was so happy to see this salon open, they have certainly exceeded my expectations!
