As chief engineer I have to say you cant find anyone in Savannah company like Soap On A Rope. They are not only the best, but surprisingly only one and not spoiled. They clean windows, doors, etc. but also caulk and put protection on any glass doesnt matter how high it is. They are always on time and available. Highly recommend.

So professional and helpful - called, got a quick return call and a detailed estimate - they came on time, pointed out some damage I was unaware of (fixing it saved me from a bad leak!) and did a beautiful job with my windows! I called to get a quote and made an appointment to show them my house the following week at 9am Monday. They didnt show-up, I called at 9:30 and someone arrived closer to 10. I confirmed they had my email address and assumed I would get the quote the same day, like their competitors. I left messages Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and no reply. Ive searched my email program for anything with the word soap or rope and found nothing. I know emails can vanish but it seems to me that if they were really professional they would have followed-up their quote with an old fashioned phone call. I wish they hadnt wasted my time and told me last week that they didnt want my business.

Its not bad

I’m a plastic surgeon, my house I built is under two years old, the third pressure wash performed. Dope on a rope is arguably the worst company I have ever seen. I don’t care about the president being a good guy, or whatever fake reviews posted by his buddies. Proof in the pudding. Horrible results, I mean horrible. Extremely inadequate cleaning. The hardwood porch decking completely stripped of its finish and gouged from whatever the hell equipment used, likely it appears to be a chainsaw. DO NOT HIRE a company that not only is inadequate, but destroys existing structures.
