Given I’m quite a picky human (unfortunately) I found my perfect tech. She is wonderful. Vivian. My kind of woman. Humble, kind, professional not to mention patient with my demands. Every time I visit I get treated with open arms and love. 10000% recommend to visit and show some love.

Not worth the price: Im getting married and went in and got my toes done I stood up and the string from the flip flops fell on the toe. The lady took it off and I asked if the polish smudged and she told me no it looks fine. After I left I looked at my feet and they were definitely smudged. Also my finger nails are ok, but theyre crooked and the nail tech had to keep redoing them. Everything was very rushed.

Just recently got my first set of acrylics done by Hana and I absolutely love them! I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted and they look identical. She even offered to add some gems to add more pizazz! A friend of mine who is in cosmetology school was looking at my nails and she could tell they were done meticulously with skill. If youre looking for acrylics, Hana is your gal!

The experience was so fun and I had such a great time there. They did an impressive job with my nails and I LOVE how they came out. Made for a great day. The place is so professional and clean! The staff were super super nice and I will be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I should have realized from my first visit the red flags, first of all I showed them a reference photo the very first time I got a full set of acrylics and without asking any questions they just did my nails and at checkout they told me the total would be $65 and we had to leave a tip too then every time I would break a nail in the future they charged $4 a broken nail and I was fine with that until I found out this is the only E nails location that charges you for that all the other ones don’t, the reason why I’m writing a review today though is because I just left after an hour of waiting for only a fill, yes I did chose a bad day hence it being Friday and I was a walk in but I ended up leaving after about 20-30 people being seated before me half of which were also a walk in, even the people that did have an appointment waited about 30 minutes before Actually getting seated, I don’t have much of a problem with the employees they are very sweet but the manager who takes the phone calls he just makes everything more confusing and the one time I got my nails done by him he didn’t do a very good job and left everything a little sloppy. I highly recommend going to the other location in shakopee if you really want to go here. Today was just my last straw.

I love this place but one of the technicians is very rough, her name is Linda and every time I go to her, my fingernails are very sore after wards. Gentle is good Linda!

My daughter got acrylic nails here and I wasn’t very impressed. All the workers had poor English and were hard to understand. They advertised that children (17 & under) got a discount, but they made us pay the adult price. We paid $75 for sloppy nails. She was very disappointed. She showed him a picture of very basic nails and they ended up looking nothing like it. A positive is that they still require face masks. Most tools looked like they never get washed. Hygiene there is poor. The man doing her nails took 2 hours for basic acrylics and was stopping every 5 minutes to answer the phone. Don’t waste your money here.

I had the best experience with Vi. She did a great job doing an ombré dip manicure.

I could not really get a good enough photo to capture the ABSOLUTE FABULOUSNESS of my nails .. These photos do not even begin to do these nail justice…They are A-MAZE-ING… STUNNING & GORGEOUS!!! …. VIV U ARE THE BEST…Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and taking the extra time for me … I know sometimes I can be eccentric and ask a lot…  But your talent is beyond words… you always make me look & feel BEAUTIFUL …. My nails were done with great haste, and also not well. My nail tech was very rude. My nails are wonky and they use the same instruments on everyone then toss it back into the dirty drawer. I was told I had to use cash (I did not) which seemed sketchy...she made me try the ATM which did not work. The hand towels are hidden. I came back with wet hands and she became more upset. She told someone who came with to go away because I was busy.Despite all of the above these employees are clearly being rushed and way overworked. I can see that it is a very high stress environment.

Got my nails done 3 times in a span of 4 weeks. First time, the gel polish chipped after 2 days. I thought it was me. Went back again after 2 weeks, gel chipped again. Called and told the manager, he told me i can come to get it fixed. Nail tech was not happy to help, had an attitude, and kept accusing me that it was my fault for washing my hands too much. I have been doing gel my whole life and never experienced this. Product quality is very effy and I called and told him that I very much doubt that its gel. Manager is a nice guy but if your nails keep getting chipped then it is not worth the high price. Wont be going back.

Linda was fantastic! Conscious of health requirements and contentious of my preferences. I wasnt able to do color because of upcoming surgery... She buffed my nails to a glossy shine. Awesome! Highly recommend!

I have been in Minnesota a whole year and have tried so many salons trying to find someone good...THIS is the place ask for Vivian she is amazing at what she does and the conversation was so comfortable and easy going..I finally found the place to go and will always go

Waited 55 mins for an appt. Definitely not returning.

I had my nails done and he was not paying attention to what he was doing they look aweful. I was going on vacation and did not have time to go back and sit there all day.I had called and they wanted me to come in right away to fix, but with being in vacation and then back to work, I could not.She asked when would you like to come in, I told her I can first come in on Monday and she told me I would have to pay for a fill then. I told he that that was the first time that I could come there and sit while they fix it. Needless to say, I wont be going going back.

Had an appointment for reasons unknown. Had to wait. Too long. Left without having a pedi. I schedule an appointment because there is more to do on a weekend day than sit crammed into a 3 x 6 space with 5 others waiting for service. Wont be back.

Went to get my nails done for vacation... nails looked good however I paid for a manicure and didn’t get a manicure. Just my nails painted didn’t clip my cuticles or ANYTHING. which is ridiculous because it’s so over priced. Will not be back

Gave this place so many tries. Gel manicure keeps on chipping away and the light gel colors keep changing colors to dark brown spots. They say it’s my fault because of the lotions/shampoos I’m using. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else.Quality of products not great.

My Go-To Nail Salon for years! Never was compelled to try different places as very happy with ENails. Kim is my Nail Boss and everyone feels like Family. Kudos to Lee and Ann!

This place was busy, but worth the wait. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I got a pedi and left feeling so relaxed!

I make appointments but still have to wait. Not sure the purpose of making an appointment is, it’s frustrating. And bring cash for tip because they don’t allow you to tip on a credit card or debit card. If you don’t have cash they have an ATM in store but then you pay ATM fees. It’s so annoying!!

Rarely do I ever have a bad experience at a nail salon. Maybe I’m just lucky but I have been here previously with no problems. Today was 100% a different story. I called and specified I wanted 3 manicures together at 5:45 and I asked we be sat together and was informed that is not a problem. They said that was fine. We got there at 5:40 and had to sit and wait. They finally decided to help one of us at 6:00 across the salon. There was 3 workers talking to each other and just sitting around. They had helped 4 other customers that had just walked in at this point. Than at 6:15 they decided to help another one of us and made me move so they could assist another customer that had just walked in. At 6:35 they finally decided to do my nails and had me move again to a different spot in the salon. The common courtesy of saying “we are a little busy” or “we aren’t able to promise that you guys will be together” apparently means nothing to this place. I will never come back and I refused to tip them. There was even other customers that had said to one of the workers chatting that she could be helping us and the woman responded “no I’m fine”. With poor service and not being told information that was actually accurate has made me decide that my money is better spent at one of the other many salons where I have never had these issues with.

I live 20 minutes from this salon but it’s where I go even though there are three nail salons 5 to 10 minutes from my home. The best pedicures. Period. No other salon compares. Worth the drive.

Absolutely the best place to get your nails (hands or feet) done! I have been going there for 15 years and have never been disappointed. The owners are always personable and are always on time for my appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have been going to Enails since they opened. I can’t say enough about Linda. I have referred several friends to her. She gives a phenomenal pedicure! I always have the full spa pedicure. In the past I had acrylic nails, however decided to discontinue and simply have a regular manicure. I’m very pleased with her manicures. I highly suggest you make an appointment with Linda.Over the years Lee and Ann continue to update the salon and have made it feel more like a spa. Lovetaking this time enjoying the pedicure & soft music.....very discouraging when the person next to you needs to catch up with her calls! 🤫Take this time for YOURSELF and simply enjoy!😌

On recommendation of my niece and great niece I tried the salon today after visiting a few other ones since February. This was by far my favorite. Hannah did my nails which hadnt been done since May 20; they were in horrible shape. I have sensitive skin/cuticles and Hannah was awesome, taking so much time to be careful! Best experience of my time here. Found my new salon and look forward to, rather than dreading, the next fill and will add the pedicure with her!

I read the reviews and thought my experience would be a delight. It wasnt. The decor was awesome as was my pedicure. Initially I thought there were only 2 tiny negatives in my opinion. No refreshments offered, and no Parrafin wax. Once I went to get my nails done I encountered real issues. They were out of sparkle powder, and wouldnt have any more in for 2 more weeks. So I settled for a gel manicure which under normal circumstances I would never get. I asked for pricing 3 times to confirm. Then at the end she gives me my total, and its $6 higher. Why I ask? She said for glitter top coat. Very unprofessional to not explain pricing and to charge for a glitter top coat!

I got a gel manicure and pedicure done and it looks like I did it myself. The application was inconsistent and the texture was so uneven. I’ve heard good things about this place, but unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. My nails look like a kid did them with their left hand. Unfortunate.

I moved to Minneapolis about 3 months ago and found this gem. If you are picky about your nails and have a certain style they can accommodate! I go to Nina and she is absolutely phenomenal. I’m really lucky to have found this place and I always get a lot of compliments on my nails.

Kim is great takes her time and hag pride in her work. They are a little high in price, but havent found a better place than this.

Terrible customer service. I’m in the beauty industry so I kept giving them chances, but they’re just rude. The lady once told me that if I wanted them to not rush and do a bad job, then I should’ve came earlier.(they of course rushed and did a sloppy job) The last and final time I went, the lady that was doing my pedicure told me that if I wanted a foot massage then I needed to go to the massage place next door.

The constant up selling takes away from the experience. I got a pedicure and a gel polish change. The girl doing my pedicure- I told her 3 different times that I wanted regular polish on my toes that I didn’t want gel. She kept pushing. Then I got a gel polish change on my hands again- prob 3 different times that I wanted just a polish change with no manicure. They can ask- however I don’t feel the need to keep saying no and feeling uncomfortable doing so. They do good work but it’s awkward. I’d rather go elsewhere where the techs are not so pushy.

Probably one of the worst place i’ve gotten my nails done at. Please don’t waste your time or money. Paid too much for nails that are not what i wanted/asked for. Didn’t clean my cuticles or do a whole manicure like other nail salons i’ve gone too have done. Cried in my car and ended up fixing them myself at home.

Even if you have an appointment, they do not hold true to your scheduled time, which is frustrating. They run 20-30 minutes late, sometimes even longer. They need a better system for scheduling- a new program, software, or something that will help them. It has been an issue I have overlooked in the past, but I simply cant look past this anymore, I used to give them a 5 star rating but now I give them a 1 for wasting so much of my time.

I wasnt going to leave a bad review but at this point I dont want anyone else to waste their money on this place. This is my second time here. The first time I came to them for a basic square nail & the nails were fine I like them . This second time I cant even explain how thin my acrylic nails were...they bent before I even left the shop so I asked nina to put more acrylic on them because when I tell you there was literally NONE on the tip of the nails Im not kidding. She gave me excuses after excuses before fixing the nail. The very next day my nail Folded -_- please tell me HOW AN ACRYLIC NAIL DONE PROPERLY CAN FOLD like a thin piece of plastic? ... so I had to catch a Lyft to go back the next day for her to give me excuses then once I showed her she apologized and then fixed the problem, now this is day 2 of having the nails & guess what my thumb nail just broke in half. I am so dissatisfied in this place for the simple fact that I payed $50 for the full set & tipped her $20 both times I came. It was in my interest continue to go there as it is close by my home. However Id pay my 10 year old niece to simply glue press on nails before Id ever go back to e nails . Waist of over $80 in total & still end up with broken nail 2 days later. NO THANKS! BEWARE

It was ok the lady that did my nails was Anh Dao Thi Nguyen. She was nice but she cut my skin twice and kept still filing even though I kept saying it was hurting me. Several of my nails were lumpy, some to thick and some to thin. The prices they have listed are not it at all supposedly fills 25 I was charged 45. My daughter got a full set gel and was charged 55 and shes 15. It said youth was 28 how did it go from 28 to 55. I dont think I will be going back there

Really great manicure and pedicure! They take their time and do the job right. There are pleasant and it is a very comfortable atmosphere.

Ive lived all over the country and have had pedicures all over the world. My parents live here in Prior Lake and these guys still are my favorite pedicure of anywhere Ive ever been. The staff are clean, the pedicures last a long time, and they just have great artists.

Horrible customer service by guy who runs the salon. We had an apt scheduled for 230 for two adults and two kids for full pedicures. He wanted to have the kids be paint only and thats not what we were scheduled for. After waiting for 20m behind walk-ins we were finally seated. My feet sat in water that got cold for 45 m before my pedicure finally started. We were then given a menu that no longer carried two of the services we picked. To top things off my 35$ delux pedicure was 50$ The best was when we got back my sister showed my her toes and she had polish all over the place! Hands down worst salon!

So I got a manicure an pedicure...first off my toe nails look...alright but my actual feet look like they weren’t even touched and I even got one of the more expensive packages...then I move to my hands and this lady dosnt listen to save her life or maybe she just isn’t that good, either way it’s not that hard to make a SHARP narrow coffin nail! One ends up almost sideways and I need to keep explaining to her how it is literally not straight at all cause some how she didn’t notice but then I had to tell her to stop cause there would be no nail left! Next I said I want chrome over the top ( the only reason I chose the blue) then she wants to say only do the tips and I say fine then she says $15!!! Are you serious? My nails would have ended up to be $70? I said no I’m use to getting my nails all blinged out for $70! Needless to say after 2 hours in the nail shop am having to repeat myself multiple times just for the same outcome I am very unsatisfied with my $100 “mani & pedi”Side note: after getting home I realized the some of the nails were different lengths...seriously?-from a woman that’s been getting her nails don’t for years!!!

We were walk ins and got us in right away, had an ok shade range of colors and had some cool designs. prices were ok as well. However my nail lady cut 5 of my cuticles on my nails too far and made them bleed. Also didnt paint to the bottom and sides of my nails far enough so I have some white space (not filled in all the way) and it makes my nails look too small. I got gel powder and after it set she didnt shave the drips off my nails so I had to do that myself. Overall not too sloppy of a job but not really worth the price.

Seriously if you cant get to a customer in a timely manner then LET THEM KNOW!! DONT WASTE THEIR TIME!!

2 stars because the salin itself is decent. Chairs are new, ventilation is good..other than that... theres not much to say. I have gone here off and on for almost 3 years. There are 2-3 girls that do an honest good job. The rest are not worth it. I usually have a 50/50 experience here..either good or terrible. I wont go into detail much, but a few things I noticed much too often is: they have a hard time taking you in when you call in for an appointment..Its easier to say no we are busy but they book you anyway then cant take you. Tip is almost forced, each time I had a card payment they told me to use the atm. Some ladies cut your time significantly. Last time I went I got a 3-4 minutes massage time total. (included both legs)Anyway that is me ranting already. I will stop before I run out of word space. The past few times Ive had bad experiences so Im done with going there. The only reason I kept going back is because its just minutes from my house, so convenient. After today that was my last. Its like a gamble going in...good luck!

This is by far my favorite nail salon. Its very well decorated, clean and modern. You feel like youre in an expensive salon. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make the customers happy. The price is great, and they do an awesome job. They offer several pedicure options too. They are so good, I trusted them to do my mani/pedi for my wedding.

Ive been to this location 3 times now. My first experience went fine and my nails looked okay. My second time, the nail tech cut my nails way shorter than I wanted (as I was trying to grow out my nails), and she gave me the wrong shape without even asking me! I told her I wanted the same shape and length, just a fill and color change, and she completely changed the shape from square to oval, and she shortened them too much. I didnt have time to let her fix them so I just dealt with it and had nails which I hated for a few weeks. I came back in to give them one last chance. I asked to speak to the manager and she was to busy on her cell phone to talk to me. When she finally put her phone down, I told her what had happened and asked her if I could get a new full set for the price of a fill due to how much I hated my nails. She was very rude and contradicted everything I said, blaming it all on me and saying I should have told the nail tech exactly what I wanted, which I did repeatedly. She then ignored me and when back to being on her phone. The nail tech I got this time was very nice and understanding, but I could tell that they were talking about me and laughing at me back and forth while she was doing my nails. The manager would answer the phone after many rings because she was too busy on her cell, and customers would ask her questions like prices in which she didnt know the answers to and would tell a customer the wrong information! When I chose a color, my nail tech told me I couldnt get that color because it wasnt a winter color and that it would look bad. I repeatedly asked for it and she finally gave in, still saying it wouldnt look good. My nails are also very bumpy and odd shaped because instead of giving me a full set, the lady used acrylic powder to reshape my nail from oval to square. All of my nails literally have a huge dip in the center of them, and it looks absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never go back here and I wish I could get my money and time back. There are a few places close, I would very much recommend Exquisite Nails!!!

Expect Major Up Sales! My daughter and her friend went in today, they both got asked for upgraded services. I knew this, as I had gone there one time and the girl said something that I could not understand, so I just smiled. She took that to mean a yes, to whatever the sentence was, and instead of getting a regular fill, I got a service that cost double the money. I thought they will leave teenagers alone. Instead, she insulted my daughters eyebrows and talked her into a eyebrow wax in additional to her pedicure. Place is nice, but the pushy upgrades and insults are not very professional.

It is nicely decorated, and the woman who did my pedicure did a nice job. However, be prepared for constant attempts to sell more services, which might just be typical for these places. The man who appears to be the manager is an awful person - terrible customer service! I wont get into specifics, but what a jerk! I read the reviews online before I went, and I figured I would try it even though I was skeptical. I definitely believe the bad reviews now. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of a business, but I so regret the money I spent there, and hope maybe this will save someone else the same experience.

Everytime I go there I thought I was paying extra to get REAL gel nails. I just found out there is no such thing as gel powder (which is what they claim to be gel nails) real gel nails are made with using a clear gel, not powder. Super pissed. Ive been going there over 10 yrs.

I dont typically get my nails done but i walked into Enails today and was blown away by how modern, tranquil and nice the people are. The place looks like its been fully remodeled. Super super nice! Prices are competitve but i felt it was money well spent. I thoroughly enjoyed the fancy massage chairs and sea salt bath. If your looking for a luxerious place yet affordable, Enails is the place to go. 5 stars!! I plan on bringing all my friends here!
