First time I got my nails here I loved them but not sure who did them.. the other day I came here when they opened to get a full set gel manicure with whoever was available. I tried to tell her that she put the tips on crooked and that my nails were crooked but she ignored me. Said she would “fix” them. They are not fixed.. they are so noticeabley crooked. For what I paid, and just wanting to get out of there I am very disappointed and have never had my nails done this bad.

My daughter scheduled appointments for manicures for her bridal party. We all arrived on time for our 10 am appointment. They immediately started rushing us to pick our colors and sit down. My daughter commented about being rushed and the woman said we should have arrived early. Our appointment was at 10 and they didn’t open their door until 10. They basically quickly filed our nails and painted them. Not only was it a very disappointing experience for a special day for my daughter, we were treated very rudely and basically run through a quick assembly line. If they did not want to serve a large group, they should not have booked our appointments. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

Asked for regular manicure, got gel manicure. Either the base coat or the LED lights smelt like A$$. Nail tech was extremely rude and was basically yelling at me expecting me to know exactly what to do. Will never come back.

This barber shop is phenomenal. The level of customer service is superior, they’ll take all the time that you require. They’re kind and offer drinks to their customers.

I brought my mom who has Alzheimers to get a pedicure. She became anxious as the setting was new to her. The nail techs, Lina and Meghan could not have been kinder or more concerned about her. They have a genuine respect and affection for their customers the likes of which is very rare today. I highly recommend this salon!

They did an absolutely beautiful job and were so sweet!! They did my design off my phone and made it look just like the photo and it didnt kill my wallet either!! 10/10, would highly recommend!

I was at tropical smoothie cafe and thought to get my nails done next door which was a big mistake. The tech who did my pedicure did not now how to do something as basic as paint nails. How you work as a nail tech and can’t paint nails baffles me. Very sloppy job on my toes she got polish all over my skin, just an overall bad job.

Consistently good Mani and pedi. Been going monthly for more than a year. A few staff (not all) try to upsell on extra services or pressure for cash tip rather than credit card. I personally hate that, so no five stars.

I went in early & they had no problem starting me early. i showed a picture of what i wanted & got suggestions on what they could use, i chose one & they did my nails exactly how the picture was. i am very impressed & more than happy with my graduation nails!!! wish i could post the pictures of my nails.

I went to Cozy Nails for the first time today for a pedicure and dip powder manicure. Ive been driving 20 mins to a salon I love but wanted to find something closer to home. Ive been to some other places in the area that were so-so or even poor experience. Today I got a spa pedicure and dip manicure and was very pleased! The color selection of dip powder, gel and regular polish were great, the staff was friendly and service wonderful. My nails turned so beautiful, I could not be more happy and will definitely be returning!

The lady i had rushed so much resulting in some bleeding, the quality was okay but definitely not worth it due to it hurting, she was kinda a b****, as well as mimicking or persuading other customers to not do dip powder because it’s more work. overall i will not be returning.

I love Cozy Nails. It is clean and beautiful inside. All of the staff are so friendly and just really care about you. My nails are very well taken care of by Jenny!

This salon is absolutely amazing. They are always very welcoming and do an amazing job on your nails. It is always very clean and offers great prices. At other salons, I found my nails becoming extremely thin and frail but cozy nails always offers polishes and services that keep my nails strong and beautiful. I highly recommend.

Jenny is amazing! Both personal and professional, she never tries to uo sell. My gel nails last upwards of 2-3,weeks. Highly recommend!! Owners Chi and Nancy are fantastic as well, I wish all of them much success.

Worst experience I have had anywhere. I was meeting with a friend to get our nails done for an event. We chose this place because it’s half way from our houses, so I’m not a regular here. I feel rushed from the minute I walked in the shop, the technician was very rude and the only question she asked me was to pick the color. She was standing up and not even looking closely at what she was doing the last two steps of the process. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went in wanting a manicure and they insisted I get dipped powder. I agreed, but what a huge mistake! A French manicure with the dipped powder is a terrible idea. She finished my nails and the pink had white “veins” and the white tips are all different widths. They then insisted on fixing it and only made it worse. They painted my entire nail with a pale pink so the pink looks better and the white looks ridiculous. I didn’t have time to sit there all afternoon so I now have to go somewhere else to get this hideous disaster off my nails. She thought she was doing me a favor charging $35 instead of the $45. I shouldn’t have paid anything for this mess. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I really like this nail salon, the inside is very relaxing and nice. I like the selection of dip colors they have, it was more than other salons I have been to.I gave the salon 4 starts instead of 5 because, I like the nail dip instead of the UV gel mainly because they dont use the UV lamp. However, they use a UV gel top coat and than have to use the UV lamp anyway which I am not a fan of. The whole point of using the Dip powder is so that you dont have to use the UV lamp. Plus you pay more for a dip instead of gel.Other than the gel top coat on a dip color manicure I really liked this salon and will continue to go back.

First visit to coZy was a great experience but since then, my experience has been sub-par. During my last 2 pedicures, my toes have been repeatedly cut from the scrubber meant for caluses.

I went in to get a gel overlay on my natural nails and it was over $60 not even including the tip. The workers are very friendly but it seems like everytime I go in, they change the prices on me. My friend decided to call them to check what the prices would be for a gel overlay on natural nails and the lady told her it was $43. I also recommend that you bring cash for the tip because everytime I told them I would add the tip on my card, they refuse and process the transaction with a tip included.

Below is what I had sent to the owner at Cozy Nails and it has been ignored, which shows how little they care about their customers and business. I will definitely NOT be going back after giving them 3 chances and the pictures are when they charged me more.I had originally tried your salon on June 13th due to issues with the one I had been having and the dipping powder not lasting more than 2 weeks. I had to go back to your salon on June 26th because I had a nail break less than 2 weeks after having them done. Again, not even two weeks later I had multiple nails break and went in on July 15th explaining the issue. The gal said she could do dip and gel polish on top of it, which I agreed being it is supposed to be your area of expertise. Once again, within a couple days I had multiple nails breaking and polish coming off as well as nails snagging clothes. I also realized that she charged me $78 for nails and a basic pedicure, which is listed as $26. That would mean my nails cost $52.00! That is absurd especially when I have been there 3 times and not once have, they lasted! In the past the dipping powder had lasted me a minimum of 3 weeks and usually longer, however, I don’t like my nails long so I couldn’t go more than 4. She also did NOT inform me that she would be charging me more money. I also get ingrown toe nails and she is not able to get them out and I had an ingrown toe nail on another toe since I went there, which I NEVER had before. That only tells me that she cut it incorrectly causing it. I was really looking forward to finding a new salon, however, after 3 tries and being charged enormous amounts of money, as well as my tips, which are extremely good I will have to look somewhere else.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any salon, they are very rude!!!!Two young girls walked out mad just ahead of me too!!They did a terrible job, there was red polish stains on several toes and she couldn’t get the stain off and would not give me a refund and I had to pay $58.00 and I didn’t even get Gels, don’t go it’s not worth it!!!
