I went in and the place was empty. I asked if I could get a pedicure and my nails done. I didn’t have an appointment but the sign said walk-ins welcome. They said come in and pick out your color. Hannah started on my pedicure and a family walked in who I assume had a appointment Hanna then started to hurry and kept looking back at the bunch that were waiting for her. Not only did she do a horrible job she was rude, didnt file my nails, left sharp edges, only gave my nails one coat and didn’t give me a foot massage. She treated me like dirt. On top of everything she had the nerve to charge me $30!!!!!!! I am horrified and will get my money back

Literally so good! we went about an hour before they closed and they were cleaned up for the night, so we almost didnt go inside, but the ladies told us that it was all good. my mother got a lovely pedicure and I got a set of acrylics. the nails turned out so beautiful and the ladies were so so nice. they also offer a student discount so that is pretty awesome too!

These ladies are so great they know exactly what I want when I walk thru the door right down to the colors and the art work I get done. Cant wait til they are able to start waxing again. This girl needs it. Absolutely love this place

Was Googling nail salons to try a new one from my regular one as I was looking for a change and tried Solar nails. Walked in and everyone was super friendly from the start. Tracy did my pedicure and manicure and was not only professional but friendly and always smiling! She listened to what I wanted for the style of nail and followed thru. Was extremely happy with her and will continue to come back here.

Got my nails done here about a week ago, gel, full-set. They still look amazing. This place is better than Luckys nails and Bellas nails which was horrible. I tried them all and I will most definitely be going back to Solar nails. I always look to reviews. I think its important for new customers to have an idea about the salon. Im happy I finally found a salon near me that can do a nice job and I left satisfied. I will be going back for a pedicure next.

Lee is simply amazing. Ive been to dozens of nail salons and by far-- this has been the most exceptional place. They do an amazing job with mani, pedi and eyebrow waxing. They take the time to actually listen and understand what you want and they are reasonably priced too! Their gel polish lasts me up to 3-4 weeks which has never been the case for me in the past. They go the extra 10 miles for customers. Im loyal for life.

Not many people know how to do male eyebrows without making us look like girls. Im glad to say Lee knows how to do it right! I will be coming here again. I was a walk in with only a three minute wait. A+ customer service and affordable.

I would like to give a zero. 3/3/19 My husband went inside and told the technician not to put acrylic nails on my daughter, but the almighty dollar of a 12 year old is more important. Not OK and bad business practice.

Lee, the owner, gave me a mani/pedi today, and it was a great experience. The shop is very clean, and everyone there is friendly and helpful. The massage chairs were comfortable and the music was relaxing. I especially liked the fact that she did not try to upsell at all. Oftentimes, when you say you don’t want the more expensive services, they have a bad attitude and then rush you through. That did NOT happen here. I have found my new local nail salon, and I’ll be back.

They were a little overpriced for their pedicures and did a slightly below average job. We had a reservation and they kept taking walk-ins and gave us very little attention.

The service is fast and good quality if someone is available. The place has alot of clutter. The back and sink area is messy.

Amazing nail salon!. I’ve been thru almost every single nail salon in the Burnsville and around the Savage area and it’s always a let down. Other nail salons they don’t listen to what you want, only what they want to do, to do the job faster. Not Solar Nails. I got my nails done by Lee and she was amazing!I got my nails done a week ago at a different nail salon and a few days after my nails looked like they needed a fill and I noticed my cuticles weren’t trim, not to mention they were too long and uneven. To the point that I tried fixing them at home to push thru a week or two, but I couldn’t take it and I didn’t want to go back to that other nail salon.I’m very glad I went to Solar Nails, Lee trimmed my cuticles and she cut them down to the length I wanted them, she pays really close attention to detail, which I like!I would definitely go back to Solar Nails.

I called to get the hours of the salon and I was told they opened at 9:30 a.m. So I was there a few minutes early, waiting with my one year old. I timed it out so he would sleep most of the appointment. But the doors didnt open until 9:45, and T the woman that helped me was awesome! She started my pedi, and then Jenny came in at 10 and started my mani. They both did a great job! They distracted my little guy while I finished. And were so nice.Come to find out they dont open until 10 am, so that really would have been nice to know from the get go. But the service was excellant

Today was one of the WORST experiences at Solar Nails I have EVER had! Lee wasnt in a good mood as soon as I walked in so I should have known to try a different salon. My nails look HORRIBLE and as I was telling her what I wanted her husband jumped in the conversation. I will never go back ever

New owners are friendly. Good work, only draw back is they are a bit over the top on suggestive sales (add ons).

The ladies that were there were rude and looked upset that we were there when we had an appointment. Could not do an easy design that I had asked. Every time I was looking at my phone to find a new design she could do she would pull my hand away and then get mad that I had not picked a new one and some of my nails are a different shape. Will not be going back.
