Called Mel at 12:30 on a Saturday. Said he would be there in about an hour. Got there at 1:20. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgable. Solved the problem and charged a very reasonable price for a weekend. Would recommend for appliance repairs.

ZERO STARS Project: Repair or Service an ApplianceWe contracted for $200.00 to fix a noisy dryer. We gave a check for $100.00 deposit. Within a short while, we received a call from them asking if we would pay them another $40.00 to have the repair expedited. We have not seen nor heard from them since! We have not received any of our money back! Shorty after my review on Home Advisor, This company responded saying they were mailing a check back and to Have a nice day! I received the check back! It was written for $25.00 and unsigned! He did nothing, didnt even touch the dryer, didnt get that part, did nothing but take one hundred dollars! My husband explained exactly what model it was and what was needed BEFORE he came over. Do not pay in advance! One more thing, the dryer was NOT inoperable, it was only making a noise! Why would he say it was inoperable?

Had Mel come out and repair a freezer years ago. Lost his number in a move but recently got his number again when I was in need of a dryer repair. Fixed a fuse on a gas dryer and the fuse went again a month later. Gave him a call and came back out free of charge! Will never use anyone else to repair any of our appliances. Hard to find knowledgeable and honest services...this ones a keeper!
