I was hesitant about going to Britts repair because of the other reviews I read but I am so happy I went with them. I had contacted multiple other companies who said they were backed up 8 weeks minimum and Britts came out much quicker. They sent their master technician who knew exactly what was wrong with my oven, I wasnt able to cook anything and it was driving me insane. The cost wasnt bad either it was actually much cheaper than the other companies I talked to which all in all it was a very good experience.

Ice maker was broken and Britts came to repair it quickly compared to the other quotes I received first. I had one other company come prior to britts who took months and did not fix it or have a clue what they were doing. The technician kirk from Britts knew what he was doing and was able to know what was wrong immediately and fixed it with ease. Ill stick with them from now on.

Didnt have a warranty on my dryer and was afraid of having to replace the whole thing. Instead they came out once, figured out what was wrong, ordered the right parts, (which came relatively quickly) and they got someone back out right away who fixed it no problem. They did a great job.

Could never reach anyone, left messages I was not called back. After weeks technician showed up, he looked at the washer for 2 minutes filled the tub up a few inches said he didnt see a problem. I asked him to check further and he became irritated and said he would order a part. After that they just dropped the ball and said I would need to work with LG. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRITTS.

Absolutely one of the WORST companies Ive EVER dealt with! From the lack of communication from day 1, the tech incorrectly diagnosing the problem, the excuses why a part wasnt available for over TWO MONTHS, to the sheer lack of concern or care for any thing or anyone, this company is the EPITOMY of how NOT to do business!!!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! If I could give them a ZERO Star review I would!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF COMPANY!They took the work order from LG to fix my refrigerator. When I was scheduling a appointment I told the Girl in office a diagnosis was made already by a different company but they can’t change R600 compressor yet and asked her if they can just order the part and com fix it when they get it.,she said they have to do their on diagnosis so she scheduled Kirk to come on Marc 8th.2 week later on the day of my appointment I he’d a call from their technician, Kirk who said he doesn’t have to come out he can do the diagnosis over the phone( girl in office said differently)I explain everything to him and giving all the information he was asking also mentioning the R 600 compressor .Kirk said he will order the part and when they get it will call me and schedule a date for repair.16 day later today was the day when finally Kirk came with wrong part and letting me know he isn’t authorized to change R600 compressor.Don’t let them waist your time,clearly they have known idea what they doing.

Refrigerator section not cool enough. I keep a refrigerator thermometer in my refrigerator, so when I noticed the temp was not in the proper range I scheduled a service call. The tech noticed ice inside the fridge walls, explained what it meant. He ordered a part, which took over a month to get. (I did not think to insist or even ask if it would be a new part rather than a refurbished used part.) the replacement part was installed and within a week was making a lot of noise. After another week went by, no more noise and same problem occurring—ice buildup inside walls. Apparently the new part quit working altogether. I made several calls to Britts but was not successful in reaching a human. It was around Christmas and between then and New Years their voice mail seemed out of order, I was unsure if my messages were saving on their service, but I never got called back. I was very despondent as my fridge was less than a year old. It was barely staying cool enough to keep milk and cheese useable for a few days, and fruits. Fortunately the freezer did not seem to be affected. Finally in Feb. I was able to connect with a human in the office but she claimed since I did not call sooner I would be charged $75 for a service call again and have to go through the same routine. I explained over and over how their phone service was not working correctly when I made multiple calls and she said they had no record of my attempted calls (which of course proves it was their system which was not working) and I offered to provide my cell phone records showing the times I called them. She said she would check with management and call me back. So I’m waiting.

WORST customer service ever. Filed a claim with my warranty company and was assigned to this location for repair. I emailed the office on Sunday from the website and called the office at 8am and 12pm and left messages--and they didnt bother to return my call until 4:30pm. The warranty company gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 8-12 and received a call at 4:30pm the night before before stating they cant come till Thursday. When I explained I worked on Thursday which is why I set up for Tuesday the guy was VERY RUDE and said oh well find someone else and hung up on me. NEVER USE THEM... He was short, rude and didnt even bother to listen--just oh well call someone else lady--its not my problem and he hung up. As you can see they responded to my review with LIES and obviously still they dont understand the point is CUSTOMER SERVICE and how you treat people. I understand scheduling constraints but the attitude, unprofessionalism, and lack of follow up is the problem with this company. If they dont care about your time--I can only imagine the service they provide would be just as horrible--and must be according to the other reviews I have read. Please call me if you have more questions regarding my review I would love to discuss your quality of staff. And the companies pattern of attacking people for writing reviews is clear... NOTE--DO RIGHT BY PEOPLE AND YOU WOULDNT HAVE THESE ISSUES--SHOW SOME COMPASSION...

We have had several issues with different. Appliances, Kurt is a great repair person and great at follow up. We tried other places, and disappointed. We just now call and ask for Kurt. We have high end. Appliances and he is familiar with all.

I was sent here by Samsung for my warrantied Refrigerator. I had a tech come out to check it, and he fixed it same day! He was very kind, and helped me understand exactly what he was doing. Will be going through Britts for more help if needed.

We were referred to this company through our warranty service. Early on this company was difficult to work with. It took 7 days before someone would evaluate our dryer who spent 5 minutes with us before determining that belt was broken. We were told that because it was a warranty claim, they have to submit the claim to warranty before they could get the parts to repair the machine, which would be about 2 weeks from that point. After about 10 days, we called to inquire about the status of our claim and repair. While they advertise hours of 8-4, the phone message states that they do not open until 9 am. Furthermore, the receptionist never returned multiple phone calls in spite of messages left with appropriate contact information. After numerous attempts to call, we finally got a hold of someone. We inquired about the status of our warranty to which she replied We never give out that information to customers. My husband works in the service industry for a/c and scoffed at this response and asked no one has ever asked for an estimate on when a repair would be performed or parts arrived? That is one of the first things customers ask - how much, and when. This girl replied no, never. When asked to speak to the manager, her response was oh hes not here, he has weird hours, I dont know when he will be in. Very poor customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

Do NOT call this company for repairs. They are a scam. I gave them 75.00 to give me an estimate on fixing my Samsung dryer. I told the receptionist it was not the heater that needed to be replaced.. the technician show up two hours late, through a tissue in the dryer and told me it was the heater. I reluctantly gave them a 150.00 deposit to order the part. Yesterday the technician came to my home to install the heater... of course it did not solve the problem. He was nasty and informed me, I would not be getting my 75.00 service fee returned. He was rude and obnoxious. I called the office and the receptionist Chelsea laughed and hung up on me. Avoid these scam artists at all costs !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Listen to the reviews on all the sites. Called for a dryer repair. The Service guy came out put his hand on the dryer and diagnosed it and said this is what it needs and requested a deposit. I called the office and expressed my concern with the dryer whisperer not doing a full diagnoses she assured me that the technician has been doing this a while and everything will be fine. We gave the deposit and 1 week later came back out with the part that was ordered. Put the part in and the dryer was doing the same thing. Then the technician states we need a motor asks me can you hear that I said yes it is the same noise it made the last time you where here. Well that is the motor you need a new one and I will need another deposit. Then he proceeds to tell me the reason the motor is because someone put the drum in wrong. I told him that is impossible because the drum never came out. Then it took me 3 days to get a return call. I spoke to a young lady and she was going to have a service manager call back. When the service manager called back I informed him I was not happy it could be fixed if we did not relay on just the touching the dryer and turning it on. He proceeded to tell me it is very time consuming to take apart a dryer well that is why I paid a $75 service fee. Well all said and done with this company I requested my money back for the parts that where not needed. I have yet to receive it. I called another company and they came and did a diagnostic and not surprisingly the dryer is fixed without needing a motor go figure. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My Samsung refrigerator ice maker quit working. I contacted and paid Britts Repair to look at it. Based upon the price quoted to repair it, I was instructed to double check if I had paid for an extended warranty. Once I confirmed I did indeed have an extended warranty (after locating the receipts for this appliance) I contacted the warranty company and completed all items necessary so that Brits could get the parts needed to repair the ice maker. Britts then ordered the parts on 8/13/18....the parts took several weeks to come in and finally they were able to come back out and replace the Ice Maker and Motor Module.....this occurred on 9/20/18. My ice maker quit working again 1/10/19. I contacted Britts Repair on 1/18/19 and they do NOT warranty the parts they installed AND since my warranty with the company I was using has now expired, the will come out for a $75 service fee and re-diagnose the problem. The problem is EXACTLY what the problem was to begin with....so basically they want me to have the same repairs done for an approximate charge of $440 + an estimated labor charge of $125. NOT even 4 solid months since the repair and the parts they installed are not working. It is terrible that a company would not warranty a product they installed and furthermore lack any care for their customer.

Was on the list of service people so I called. The woman who took my call was very pleasant. I gave her the part number of the item I needed and was told I would receive a call back. Next day, no call back. I called again and got voice mail. Left message... Next day no call back. After reading the comments this is a hit or miss opperation. BTW, did you notice that all negative reviews were ALAWAS false? I wonder how they will put the blame on their failure to call back on me? Maybe I gave them the wrong phone number...

I havent had any problems with this servicer. The technician Kirk came out, and fixed my washer in less than 30 minutes! The lady on the phone was very helpful with scheduling me in an early date. I can finally wash my clothes thanks to Britts!

They got paid from the insurance company to fix my microwave. But so far they are a no call no show over a week ago. I have called and left multiple messages for them to please call me back to no avail. Going back to the insurance company to file multiple dissatisfied customer complaints against Britts repair and going to get another contractor. Unprofessional not dependable Cheats corrupt liars

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My Perlick refrigerator broke while under warranty. Perlick sent this company out to repair the refrigerator. The service technician (if you can call him that) spent about 30 seconds looking at the refrigerator and decided it needed a new compressor. When my wife asked how he came to that conclusion he said its always the compressor. From that point on it took about 3 months for them to complete the repair. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. The few times I was able to speak with them they were extremely rude. John (apparently the manager) was the worst - he actually started yelling at my wife over the phone. I will never use this company again.

They were contracted through Fridgedaire to fix my ice maker. Stopped answering phone calls and cancelled the order thru the manufacturer for the parts without telling us.They DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE!!!
