I have been looking for a reputable coffee machine repair shop ever since my Delonghi machine stopped working. This place is it! I drove an hour from Tampa and it was worth every mile. I was treated kindly and the service was top notch. I waited a few weeks while parts arrived and my patience paid off. I picked up my machine and fired it up. My machine is working like new. I am so grateful to have found this place.

The constantly kept me in the loop while they were repairing our machine and returned it better than when we sent it in! I would definitely recommend them and Dianne was super helpful as well!

Another great service experience from The Beanz Man! I love my old trusty Saeco (now Phillips) espresso coffee machine. In fact, I cant imagine life without it... I purchased it in 2009 and have only needed two repairs in that time frame and The Beanz Man got it working both times! From the moment you contact them, their customer service is excellent, their technicians always get my machine running again, and return it so clean that I have wondered if it was really mine :-) You will not be disappointed!

The best place to get your espresso machine fixed. The best place to find a good used one that coul lat you many years. Bought my first machine 20 years ago and bought my 9th one 2 weeks ago. Gave one to ex-wife, to ex-girlfriend, one to her mother, one for their summer house, one to my ex secretary, one to a friend, one after 20 years was discarded, two for were for me.

So I actually called them for service and they walked me through some alternative things to try and it worked!!!! How many companies do that anymore. Would definitely give them my business! Hard to find honest people!

You will never find a location like this. Some complain they have to wait for their machine to be repaired. Well sometimes you have to wait for the best. I have been dealing with them for many years. I think you would be hard pressed to find any better/nicer. While you are there try their beans.

My wife sent our espresso machine down here to the Beanz Man ) after a local small appliance repair attempted to repair it but ultimately told us that they were not able to repair it and we would have to find a specialist. We were told by Mr. Beanz (couldnt help myself :) sometimes turn around takes 3 weeks. We got it back in just over a week with expedited return shipping that we didnt even request. It was cleaned up so nicely that it could have passed for new. Being in a service business, I really appreciated the detail and the great communication. This was a great experience.

They appear to be able to fix most coffee processors. We took in our trusty Seaco Odea that was acting up after 10 years. A couple weeks at the Beans Man and were back to the perfect cup of Java.

First I have never written any bad review to anyone or any business.But this business has earned that.I dont want to tell all of the detailes why you never should deal with them, but if you wnat to have you coffee machine repaired within two month, and get charged for $ 1200 instead of $120. Very poor cutomer service for a very long time to have the job done, and very bad experience. All what I can say is save the time and headache for your self, and dont deal with them.
