I just got my haircut today for the first time in a year and I love it! Tina did an amazing job and she was so nice! She listened to exactly what I wanted and it looks beautiful. My mom also got her eyebrows waxed by Chi and she did such a great job! We will definitely be coming back here!

They always do a great job on my fade. Dont know if people know this but the same employees have been there for over 10 years. Awesome people. Also very honest when you have questions about dying your hair. Theyll let you know if its going to work or not.

Chi was amazing. I botched my own hair color and we had to cut off alot of damage but she took good care of me and I love the color that came out of all that mess. Nevermind the frizz. Thats normal for me lol.

Ive been growing my unruly mop of hair since just before the pandemic, and I finally decided to deal with it today. Im entirely pleased with the look I got after visiting this salon. Im quite grateful that they are open again after all of the shut downs they and other salons have had to endure.

My hair was long, with long layers and I was ready for a new look. I brought a professional picture in to Tina and the outcome was AMAZING! She cut my hair into shorter layers, and did a blonde highlight with another color. I love, love, love it!!! Thank you Tina, my hubby loved it too😁I will be back soon😘

I wanted layers. Thats it. I specifically asked if they knew how to cut natural curly hair since I had just cut my hair the previous week somewhere else and they messed up on it too. So I knew what to ask to make sure a second cut wont get messed up too, but of course, just my luck, they screwed up too. The girl made TWO layers on my hair. Bottom half, and Top half. Cut straight across. Smh. Never again!

I just walked in and she set me down right away and gave me a pretty good haircut. I think theyre inside of a Dying Mall but its okay for now

I have been here a few times and had my husbands hair cut, they do okay on mens hair. No complaints there but, on my hair that is kind of course and wavy, which is challenging hair anyway, they didnt do so good. (normally I pay 50.00 at a salon in downtown Santa Rosa called the Chandelier Salon and I LOVE Bridgett there, she is amazing!) but I was trying to save some money and I am not pleased. The woman that cut my hair took very large sections and did not blend hardly at all. In some sections when I blow dry now it feels like they were not even cut ( I have many layers). I am not happy.

The staff here was bothered over children being loud in the park area. Kids will be kids and i was amazed that they called security on kids playing in the park area ranging age 6,7 and 8 years of age. I dont recommend this place of biz
