I am a repeat customer and highly recommend them!I had them do several rooms and the difference is night and day. Tucson Reps Jesse & Isaac did a thorough job and were courteous, informative and friendly. Carpets get dull from wear and tear and high traffic areas looked renewed.

Very knowledgeable. We used to get the carpets cleaned quarterly but their system keeps them cleaner longer and without the nasty musty odor.

I have been trying to get my carpet cleaned, all week, with COIT. They’ve promised to come out twice. Both days were no shows. No calls, nada.I called zero Rez. They were out the next day ON TIME!! And the technician couldn’t have been nicer, or more respectful! :)Also, my carpet looks awesome. It’s had a very tough life. 😳. Lol. It was dirty and matted down. Now, it’s clean and fluffy!! I’m Thank goodness for zero res!!

I will never use any other carpet cleaning service again for my wool carpet. Ask to see your job half way through, and you’ll see what I mean. Amazing!
