I went to this Walmart for the first time to get my hair cut I asked for a shadow fade. I showed her Exactally what I wanted. I Wanted skin on the sides and back. I noticed she didn’t cut the sides like I wanted. She sat there and told me after she was “done” cutting my hair that we don’t cut hair that short on the sides you’ll have to go to a different barber for that. I was so confused she said we don’t cut it that short here. Great person tho. If you just want to chat.

I normally go here for my haircuts and usually have above average to excellent experience there the stylus are great they’re friendly, sometimes They get a little chatty chatty with each other and distracted but not very often.Today was the first day that I’ve ever walked out on a haircut they have a new gal up front hostess or something like that named Abigail that checked me in and told me go and have a seat it’ll be about 10 minutes so I did. well I sat there for quite a while probably two or three different rotations of the stylus and their clients in total almost 50 minutes I sat there watching everybody else go ahead of me and I got to the point where I just got up and told Abigail to just cancel my appointment it’s been 50 minutes when she told me 10 and she to ask my name because apparently she forgot all about me but I sat there the whole time while she probably saw me and didn’t even seem to care that I was still waiting. I have no problem with the 50 minute wait to get a haircut but at least tell me that and don’t tell me to sit down so I can do something else with my time in the meantime do some shopping inside the store or something but to have me sit and say it’ll be about 10 minutes and sit there as she walks by 50 minutes almost.I will probably try this place again sometime and hope that I don’t get forgotten about but if it happens again I’ll probably just find another place to get my regular haircuts.

Got my hair dyed red. Not as bright as I wanted it but thats fine. What really got me was the fact that they let me walk out of there with red dye all over my forehead. Even on my cheek. As soon as I got in the car I looked in the mirror for a closer look and to see what it looked like in natural light, thats when i saw the mess. Red dye straight across my forehead about half an inch down and dye on my cheek. Unbelievable! I even tipped good. Will not go back!!!

Went to get a haircut and I have come here to get a haircut for a long time, but the lady who cut my hair was yelling across the room to her coworkers and was not paying attention to my haircut at all. I told her to leave my bangs long and they typically could to do a great job at that but I don’t practically have bangs anymore because “long” means to remove them I guess. This place has gone downhill and I won’t ever get my haircut here again.

Alyssa was my stylist and has been for years. She’s super friendly and great with her clients! I took my nephew in for a well over due hair cut and she was absolutely amazing with him even with his fear of hair cuts!

I have been a customer, I always get my hair colored there. I was told today they will not schedule hair colors for after 3pm because of a staffing issue. I usually get grey cover so it’s not that staff intensive. If they are open until 8pm and can’t take a color after 3pm that makes it very difficult for anyone working day shift hours. They lost a customer!

Went there 7/28/19 and the staff was amazing. Im a single father brought both my boys in. My oldest did great by himself. My youngest started off good the freaked out so I sat with him. The staff was amazing in helping watch my other one and distracting him. Could not if asked for better service and want to say thank you.

I been going here for awhile and they give good haircuts. I love that I can do my shopping after getting my haircut. They take walk-ins and sometimes there is a short wait other times there is a 30 minutes wait. The girls there are very nice and friendly. Price for mens haircut isnt to bad neither.

I went there when I first moved here. 1 they dry cut my hair. It was so awful. She didnt layer it she just,straight cut all over. She found the layers that I already had and straight cut them separately. It was so choppy and awful. I could have done a better job for free. I have personally cut someone elses hair by far better. For free even! I would never go back there and would never recommend this place

Unbelievable my daughter who is in college in ft dodge just went to cost cutters for a trim and looked at the wall and pricing says cut and style for 25.00 ... they charged her 45 plus tax because they put a straight iron through it... unbelievable way to screw the college kids who have no money... Extremely poor service as far as i am concerned... Stylist should have said their would be a $27 dollar charge for the flat iron!!!! plus the cut at 16.00

My hair is so thick and will curl the shorter it is. I showed Ashley a few pictures of what I was after and she came up with the best cut. Love love love it!!
