Today my visit to the dealership I worked with costumer service Rep Laura she was beyond helpful. My visits are always pleasant I am never there in a long period of time due to the great costumer service.

Came in for a recall notice, and after 3 hours, told one of the parts is out of stock. VERY POOR communication!

Sinceros I moved to California this dealership is the only place that I have purchased and leased all 4 of my vehicles. The sales guy Jesse Broadway is always so courteous and always well knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I like that. Way to go Manly Automotive Group.

HORRIBLE!! We went in and test drove a truck. From the beginning, they were very unprofessional and not helpful. We decided to overlook that because we wanted this particular truck. A couple of days later we reached out about the vehicle and they told us PERSONALLY -not through a website- that the truck was in stock. We wired them the money for the truck and then they told us the truck was no longer available. They now have not sent us back our money. Manly also hasnt told us when we will get it back. They are a horrible business.

Manly Honda has some of the best service staff. My 80 year old mom trusted them for regular service on her car. They always took the time to go over all the charges. If she were still here she would give them 6 stars

Great service department - makes getting car fixed very pleasant and easy. Excellent free shuttle service. If you want to wait for your car to get fixed then u can enjoy the free coffee, clean and neat surrounding and the PD and other reading materials always present or you can enjoy their large screen TV. Most important, their mechanics are the best.

My wife and I bought our first new car here. The service was excellent, they have a great selection and the prices are just right. Michael Warren made the experience an easy and stress free one.

Great customer service. They keep you informed on your car repair every step of the way. Waiting area is clean and comfortable and they offer coffee and tea and cookies. The service manager Luke is a total professional.

The guys here are very pleasant the finance manager nice guy Chris helped us out and even though we didnt buy a car he was very attentive and answered all our questions, if you need to purchase a car I would recommend these stand up folks.

Will not buy another Hyndai because of very expensive maintenance costs. Also, the service people need training in customer service. I never feel welcomed, more like an annoyance.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL. I was very specific about how I did NOT want to be added to their AUTO email campaigns. I wouldnt mind a personal follow-up and some updates about available cars in my range but of course they added me to the AUTO EMAIL... Just unbelievable how people cant respect that.Just another car dealership.

I appreciate the care I get when I take my car in for service at Manly Auto. From check in to check out, the staff is courteous and knowledgable. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and stocked with delicious coffee and other beverages.

If you are looking for a new Hyundai or in the market for a used car, ask for the salesman Tony or Edgar theyre really good guys and Hasan in the Finance department goes over and beyond looking for the best rate.
