Had Grays replace the upholstery on my Suzuki Bergman 400. The job was nicely done. The stitching looks great, along with the two different fabrics used to make the seat breath and have durability. The job was completed when he said it would be completed.

I had Gray redo my driver seat, do to rips and moldiness in the cushions and he did a great job. He also fixed the leak in my trunk and driver door. I got a quote from another place and they were 3x more expensive... Im very happy with the work, price and services.  Very friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done at a timely manner. If Gary still owns this place beware! He took a $350 deposit from me to redo a classic chair nothing ever got done and I never got my money back he soon after Stopped taking my phone calls. What a scam. For all of you who had good luck I’m happy for you I surely did not get the same results!

Turning over my car to Gray was one of the worst decisions of my life. While he is knowledgeable about cars, hes an unethical liar. I brought in a classic car 3 months ago, he asked for 2/3 of the money in advance to buy the materials and he said he didnt take credit cards...what a mistake that was.I checked in with him every week for two months and each time, assuming hed answer his phone, he said he needed another week. After two months of no service or updates, i told him i was taking the care back. He then told me he had the materials and needed another week. A week went by and i went to pick up my car.He did not do one thing to my car, although he cashed my check three months earlier. He didnt even have the integrity to be at his shop when i went to pick up the car. When i asked the other mechanics who share some space with him, they started laughing as if i wasnt the only one to be duped by him.Do not use Gray as it will be a big mistake. I have no doubt that any positive reviews posted about Gray are done by Gray...hes an unethical liar. I now am hiring a lawyer to get my money back.

Gray has been over the years come to be my car guy. He is respectful and polite. He is a typical business owner in that if you flash a wad of dough he will bite. I moved to Reno and he drove to Reno to help me with my used car (that I bought on Craigs list) and he fixed it ! What a great guy!

I took my z370 convertable to the dealer they chsrged me $500 and did nothing!! They didnt fix it at all and they wanted to replace the entire top and charge me 16 k!Then I called Grey and he did a great job. He was on time, real nice and he fixed it for a fraction of the price!! I am real happy with his work and his professionalism. He knows what he is doing and is not out to rip anyone off unlike the dealer !!! I recommend him 100%

I bought a car and had work done on an older vehicle i let my son drive, the car was reasonable priced gray held to his word and to the guarentee on parts and labor, delightful sec i think Steff. she was very respectful of my busy schedule ...kudos to grays auto!!
