Had my KitchenAid Pro 5 serviced at Newmans and they were amazing! No its not the cheapest place, but they called when they said they would, price was fair, and basically did what a service shop should do. I highly recommend.

I have taken to Cuisinart espresso makers to them to evaluate repairing them. They looked at them for free and they decided that neither one of them were worth repairing and there was no charge for this service. Very thankful. Parking in the back behind the building for free. Great staff.

My jack lalanne juicer suddenly stopped working so took it into newmans. He said the motor had broken and hed recycle it for me. Didnt seem right that it would just suddenly stop so I googled it. Turns out that theres a switch underneath the jug that collects the pulp and all I had to do was tape it down.So if the same thing has happened to yours just google it...or sell the parts...they sell for quite alot

I was unsure if my vacuum could be fixed, but got it fixed by the very next day. Great price and great service! P.S. they fix other electronics too ;)

Been doing business there for over 25 years getting my replacement parts and repairing my appliances on my own. Just went there this Saturday an this guy name Primo helped me out, at least he thought he had I explained to him about my blender the size that it was glasse that Ive had it for sometime so when he showed me what he had it looked different he assured me that it would fit an that its standard so I was sold. So when I got home the top didnt fit, I live an work in Costa Mesa so when I called and left a message he called me back we talked about the mistake he mad and told me to come back for the top that fits. Now like I said I live in Costa Mesa, so I asked if he wound give me a discount and he said No !!!!! Now Ive been doing business with this place for over 25 years for me to drive 60 miles again this was just a little to much right after I just spent $ 30.00 two days ago. If this is the way he does a loyal customer, well IM DONE !!!!!!
