I am typically the one that plans all of our company events and I will say this is one event that I was able to sit back and enjoy. Event Solutions literally took care of EVERYTHING. 10/10 recommend working with Event solutions (ES). We hired ES to manage a countywide virtual event. Typically we host a live event every year, but this year we had to go virtual. My team was not sure how to start planning for a virtual event, but ES helped guide my team and hosted a great event for us. ES was responsive, attentive, and always kept the event moving forward. ES made serval accommodations for our many many requests. We were more than satisfied with their services. Nikki and Josh with ES are rockstars! Awesome company to team up with.

Ive been working with Event Solutions for the last couple of years and they always have outstanding service. Their attention to detail makes the job that much easier. From booking the venue to bringing in delicious BBQ and entertainment, they took care of me from day one. Year after year, I am at ease the day of the event and happy to see friendly servers and staff. The Pork Ribs are to die for and their MC Tim is amazing! Event Solutions planned a corporate event at the Petersen Museum I was an attendant at and the entire event from catering to the DJ to the decor was amazing! Our company attends a lot of events and have worked with many event planning companies, and Event Solutions definitely take their events a step above to really blow away any expectations out of the water! I am a huge fan of Event Solutions!! I attended a picnic they produced, and it completely blew me away. From the awesome barbecue and macaroni and cheese (I went back for seconds), to the fun games and craft tents all over the picnic grounds, I was never NOT having fun. The setup crew was 100% on time and flawless… I never felt like I was missing out on anything or needing more food, drinks, etc. If you are planning an event in SoCal, I highly recommend this company! You won’t be disappointed. Five stars!

Had a company event at the Aquarium of the Pacific. It was Under the Sea themed. We hired Event Solutions to organize crafts booths, a fortune teller, and a photo booth. Everything went smoothly and the space was transformed.Nikki was great at organizing my event and answered all my questions before the day of. She was very personable and even made sure each guest was enjoying themselves.I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of event planning.

If you live anywhere in Southern California and are in need of a professional to plan your companys events, look no further than Event Solutions! The team here is amazing and go beyond to make your day really special. I went to one of their company picnics - it was a treat and something Ill never forget. On top of the food (which you really have to try), the thing that really struck me was their willingness to serve guests and go above and beyond the regular call of duty. I noticed that a younger guest wanted to visit the airbrushing booth toward the end of the day - instead of packing up and closing shop, the airbrush artist was so sweet and painted her face without even batting an eye. Talk about customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone!
