I ordered a bouquet of balloons for a work happy hour and they were gorgeous! I had a vision of what I wanted and they turned out even better than I expected. When I placed the order over the phone Darren was very consultative and helped me decide on an exact order. The confetti filled balloons were my favorite--so pretty! Any vision you have in your head, that can make it come to life. I wish I had a better photo, I had to crop some faces out of this one. These balloons deserved their own portrait but I ran out of time!

Best Customer Service! I cannot recommend this place more if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion. They went above and beyond to help ensure our party had the perfect balloons. Great prices and great service. Do not go to a big box store over this place

The balloon bouquets I ordered from Balloon Concepts were the perfect finishing touch for my daughter’s 1st birthday party last weekend! At first, I tried to complete the order via phone & email but I ended up visiting the shop in person to select the colors & styles I wanted & they turned out beautifully!

We’ve used them for years for many occasions - and they always come through with flying colors! Can’t say enough about the services or the results!

LOVED the energy in this place. Darin & Nancy were very friendly and extremely helpful. If youre in the area and you dont have time to grab balloons, a card or gift on the way to work or home, this place is the perfect shop to pop into. They have tons of cool cards, lots of balloons and party supplies and the price points arent bad either.Dont try to enter from the Santa Monica side, walk around back on Lincoln to enter.

Mom and pop store across the street from an organic furniture place. Pretty much sums up Santa Monica. You should know these two are a little salty but they are extra nice too. They helped me get helium when all the other stores were out. Their price was reasonable and they even gave me some tips on types of balloons to use.

I do not write posts often, but I felt compelled to do so after my experience here. I was visiting out of town and went here to purchase ballons for my husband’s birthday. While searching, my 7 year old picked up a squishy toy to show his brother. One of the employees (an older white gentleman) approached my son and asked “are you going to buy that toy and if not, do not touch it.” I told the gentleman that his approach was inappropriate and left the store. After walking out of the store, the same gentleman followed me outside and continued to make comments. Needles to say, I took my business elsewhere as the customer service was terrible!

Super nice people

The owner was a crabby curmudgeon, selling $11 Mylar balloons and giving crappy service. Today more than ever it is important to patronize local businesses. However, this guy needs to take a course in customer service 101. He was very rude. Just because you are the only game in town does not give you the right to give poor service. My experience may have been a miscommunication, but I felt that telling the truth is better than being silenced.
