While my first phone call was very helpful and gave me a lot of ideas of what balloons to get, the second follow up call with Cyndy was very annoying for me as she constantly makes dismissive sarcastic remarks over the phone and was not helpful in finalizing my decision. I would still recommend this place for their balloon diversity but avoid speaking to Cyndy at all costs.

Balloon Celebrations is amazing, they do wonderful artwork for parties, movie premieres, pool party or any fun gathering. They are a great go to place for balloons and I highly recommend all their services. I actually loved working here one summer. Great people, great service.

Cindy is NOT a pleasure to deal with. They forgot the most important balloon not once but for two birthdays. Cindy was dismissive and didnt return my calls as promised. Shame on me for doing business with them twice.

I honestly think they are high on helium. When telling people prices for 5 balloons . Party city has way better deals. After all the balloons only last a few hours!!!

This place is amazing, they do wonderful work. They are my go to place for balloons and I highly recommend. After going to their website, I actually thought they would be way more expensive than they are.As of now, I have used them twice for company parties and plan on using them more in the future.

Jasmine was so great to deal with!! The balloons for our wedding looked so much better than we envisioned and added something so special to our wedding pics (yet to come!) Recently, I organized my Fathers 90th birthday, which took place at a country club in the Pacific Palisades. We wanted the occasion to be over the top, so we decorated the entire room to include ordering balloon bouquets from Balloon Celebrations. When our guests arrived, they were so taken with balloons they couldnt say enough about them. The staff at the venue were astonished at the artistry involved in the design and how they completed the room. Very exciting and made for a fun event! If you live in the Los Angeles area and are hosting an upcoming party, I highly recommend checking out Balloon Celebrations in Santa Monica. Balloon Celebrations has been in business for 30 years and they specialize in creating all kinds of insane balloon arrangements from small birthday parties to large corporate events, they do it all. They showed me a portfolio of celebs houses that theyve worked for and it was quite impressive. They just recently made a two story tall shark balloon arrangement for Tommy Lee Jones that spanned the pool in his backyard. After seeing some of the elaborate balloon arrangements theyve made, it gave me a new appreciation for the artistry that goes into what they do.

What a fantastic store, concept and creations. Just amazing! Hats off to Cindy for also being one of the nicest people around. Cant beat this combination.

I spent over $300 for my daughters fourth birthday to order purple willy wonka themed balloon bouquets. They did not have any candy-themed balloons so I had to purchase on my own and bring to the shop. They offered to refill my daughters name balloons from her previous party but then upon receipt refused to fix the small holes in the balloon and wanted me to order and pay for all new ones. On party day, they delivered the most uncreative, lackluster balloon bouquet - and delivered two of the exact same boring balloons that had no representation of Willy Wonka or purple themes. They were basic primary color balloons tied all together. They did not even deliver any weights. I have worked with this shop many times in the past and this was a huge disappointment. I reached out following the party to share my feelings and the service rep had absolutely no care or concern that I was unhappy with the quality and presentation of my order. I asked for refund on one of the bouquets which I didn’t even accept, and the service rep did not even respond to my emails. This shop is not interested in customer service.

The designs here are so creative and really made our party pop. The staff was friendly, helpful and delivered on time. They helped me arrange and rearrange the huge bouquets and Ill be using them again.
