Go see Annie!!! I called first thing this morning to ask if there were any openings for a nail dip powder appointment, knowing there was a high chance the salon was fully booked. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly, and she worked with Tom to squeeze me in. The salon is clean, bright, and relaxing and I love their set up! Tom is really welcoming and wants to make sure every guests’ experience is pleasing. Annie was my manicurist and she did beautiful work on my nail dip powder! It was my first experience trying dip and I couldn’t be more pleased. Exactly what I was hoping for between color, outcome and best of all - my manicurist. Annie works carefully, gently & she is so sweet & easy going. We chatted the entire time. Tom checked in while my nails were drying and commended Annie’s work adding “She’s the best!” I will certainly return and most definitely will ask for Annie. She’s wonderful!

I love the way my nails turned out!! Tyler did my acrylics to perfection and Anna did an amazing job on my pedicure. And she gave a nice massage as well. It is a bit expensive depending on the services you are wanting. All organic service is available and costs extra. Temperature check at the door and hand sanitizer provided, plastic dividers in front of every station, open front door. I wore a double mask to be safe since it is inside. So worth it, I will go back for sure! Thank you Natura!!

Wow I left this place with a huge smile on my face! I found this place through yelp and I am thoroughly impressed. First off, they are taking many precautions to make their space as Covid safe as possible. They dont let anyone inside before checking their temperature. They sanitize the seats and the glass divider between each customer and every seat is spaced 6 ft apart. They have a hanging glass divider between the customer and the manicurist, so you feel extra safe. On top of that, everyone is wearing a mask.To the nails: Lan did my nails and she did an absolute incredible job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted thinking that it may be too difficult to get right, but she insisted she could do it. I am so incredibly happy with how they turned out and have received so many compliments since! She did them perfectly! I absolutely cannot wait to come back :)

Just had my nails done yesterday. The atmosphere was great and the manager is friendly however the person that did my nails could not see! She continued to create bubbles in the base coat, the polish and the top coat. She kept painting over and over! Bottom line - I have at least 10 or 11 coats on some nails, I still have bubbles and the polish is not even straight around the edges. I’m on my way now to have my nails done some place else, because yesterday I could not spend any more time there. Such a waste of time and $50!!

UPDATE TO CRITICAL REVIEW:Today 9/9/21 I received a note and partial refund to my Venmo from the owner. (Image below). As much as I wasnt happy with the quality of the service and lack of relaxation during my treatment, mistakes happen. The follow up attention and gesture to make it right and salvage customer service is admittedly pretty great. Most owners arent this hands on or caring of negative reviews.. gotta give respect here!Over priced, not relaxing, not a good experience. Maybe its because Im a guy but I take exceptional care of my feet and had high hopes for this place as it was suggested by a dear friend who has been a customer for a few months..I scheduled a time a day before and still it started 20-mins late. Ok, its the Friday before a holiday, I was actually really cool about that...Got a regular pedicure but added on paraffin wax and shiny buff. So, not too cheap. I was done in > 25 mins, and went home to clip my nails more, file them back, and finish my own buff . The massage was just ok, and the price was way too expensive for a 20-min treatment. The owner was nice but overall, just not a good experience... this is what I get for trying to find a place closer to home instead of driving to my preferred salon in Venice.. I understand we are in a beach city and just coming out of a pandemic, so prices are slightly elevated, something I expect and except, but I do expect good service and quality work. For $53 and 25 mins, this is far from a value I would ever consider going back for again.

For my ladies who do acrylic, GO TO TYLER!! He listens to what you want, works with you to achieve it, and does a great job. A true professional with great customer service. Your first appointment with him is like a consultation where hell take his time to understand your style. Your next appointments... hell have you in and out!When you call the business, Tom will most likely be the one you speak to. He runs the place in a very professional manner and his goal is making sure his customers are satisfied. If youre looking for a nail place, look no further. Definitely give this place a shot.

I would say okay, the man who greeted was pleasant with a positive attitude. The ladies have bad mannerisms in terms of speaking their language while giving a service I am paying for. I went there to have a relaxed experience, all I asked for is to get my nails and toes painted, the girl who did my pedicure had really bad attitude, I still tipped her. That said, I am never coming back to this place. When I go to a spa i expect a relaxed experience.

Love this place! Got a gel manicure and it still looks like new, even a week after I got it done! They wore masks the whole time, had plexiglass between you and everyone, and kept everything sanitized while I was there!

I have been coming to Natura Nail Spa for a few weeks now and I love it. The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, and their high quality gel lasts me 2 weeks without any chipping. They also have tons of color to choose from! Would definitely recommend this place.

A group of friends and I came here on a last minute decision, and yet they were extremely sweet and accommodating of all of us! The place is extremely clean and Covid cautious - they have plexiglass between everyone, everyone is wearing masks, and they use UV light to clean the nail color options between customers viewings. Overall, the nail services were really great and gentle, and we all had amazing outcomes with our nails!!! I highly recommend Natura Nail Spa, and I will definitely be coming back :)

Wonderful service. Expert nail techs. They were able to accommodate me even at late notice at the end of the day. I had a full set of nails put on and they look thin and natural. I also had a pedicure with their own blend of lavender salts. It’s been over two weeks and my polish has not worn or chipped!! This is now my “go to” 💅🏻 Nail salon!! 🙌🏼

I cannot recommend enough! Beautiful renewed and CLEAN Nail Spa. I was greeted with a great big smile by the owner, Tom and Le, they are so welcoming and accommodating, my Rockstar Gel Manicure turned out amazing. This salon uses high end gel, which is non toxic and lasts for 2 weeks. My nails still look great ten days later! Thank you so much Le!

I got a powder dip manicure and regular pedicure. The spa was clean and able to accommodate my friend and I for appointments quickly. The reason for 4 stars is because of the price. The cost for my dip was about $15 more expensive than I’ve had elsewhere. They also charge $15 for removal, which is about $10 more than everywhere else I’ve gone.

Ed to go to this location when it had a different name and owner, but it wasnt very impressive in terms of customer service. Everything about this location now is different (in a good way!). I work in infection control in healthcare and am very cautious of where I get my nails done and this is by far, the most sanitary nail place I have been to in this area. Also, the ventilation is great. This place does NOT smell like cancer-causing chemicals, as do many other nails salons. The customer service is excellent...the owner walks around making sure that everyone is comfortable and satisfied. I appreciate how there is no loud obnoxious music or conversations between the employees and everything is centered around the customer. I will continue to come here, as other nail salons within a 5 mile radius of this place do not compare in terms of cleanliness and service.

My home away from home. I decided to cheat on my nail tech I’ve had for 2 years to give this place a try because it is a little closer. Im glad I took the leap. They not only have a ten day chip guarantee... you will also literally never need to use it. My nail techs Anna and Lynn are amazing. Be sure to ask for these ladies as they go above and beyond constantly and always do the most amazing job. The comfortability and the decor of this shop are outstanding. Thomas, the owner makes sure to grant your every wish. With complimentary beverages and amazing personal this place is a stand out in the santa monica area. Nice staff, clean and decent paint job, but there is nothing natural about this spa except the organic polish. The pedi tub was barely filled up and lukewarm, the low chairs were uncomfortable, lack luster massage and they used the same chemical cuticle gel and mystery pink lotion you find at any nail spa. When I asked for the organic sugar scrub pedi the staff didnt know what I was talking about.
