Friendly women and great service. Loved my manicure

I got a gel mani here yesterday and my friend got a pedicure and they did an excellent job on both. Very reasonable prices and great attention to detail, plus tons of options for gel mani-pedis! Would definitely return!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the technicians did a great job, but I am so angry at how robbed I was on the price! I went in for the weekly happy hour special thats $27 for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I told them upfront that I wanted the weekly special. They asked me if I wanted regular or gel polish. I asked if it would be possible to get regular polish on my toes and gel on my nails. They said that wouldnt be a problem. At this point, Im thinking that I would still get the happy hour price with probably an extra $5-$10 tapped on for the gel (like an up-charge) and I was fine with that. When I went to the counter to pay, I was told my total was $55. I almost had a heart-attack. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that its because I got the gel polish. They ended up charging me full-price for a gel manicure and full-price for a pedicure (she took $5 off for the pedicure, but still). If I had known that I would be paying full price, I wouldnt have gotten the gel polish! The whole reason I went to this place was for the happy hour special. I ended up just accepting the price and leaving because I had to get back to work. But ladies: BEWARE. They will try to pull a fast one on you.

I get my nails done here monthly at least. Its a good inexpensive place to visit. They are friendly and offer lots of services. Usually no wait. I enjoy my mail day at nail elite.

Amazing clean place! I have been a customer since 2012. They are always clean and professional. Everyone is nice at this place but ofcourse my all time favorite is Kathy! She is so professional and nice. Awesome customer service and I will forever be your loyal customer.

I want to give a shout out to Lannie at Nail Elite Spa. Not only is she a lovely person, but she is excellent at what she does. I have had waxing done many times at many places. She is the most thorough, and provides a relatively pain-free experience. She also gives an excellent manicure. I highly recommend this place, and Lannie!

I just visited Nail Elite & Spa. I read all the good reviews about the salon. They were fully truth. I noticed a lovely fragments when walking into in this salon. This made me feel relaxed from beginning. My nail technician was amazing. I had Relax Pedicure with Clean dead skin and sugar scrub. She helped me massage with lotion. She was really talent in her job.

Well, this place was amazing. They had great service with modern equipment. The nail salon had simple decoration but the service was the best. Moreover, they had really comfortable chairs. I almost felt asleep on those chairs last time. Definitely this place was underrated, their service and prices were so good. Definitely, I will be back.

This place is OK at best. The nail technician did a great job on my nails, but only after mocking the condition my nails were in when I came in. The prices online are not reliable and they decided to charge me more just because my nails were 1/4 of an inch longer LOL a joke. Then the lady refused to do the color I asked for because it was too light. If you want to get a great manicure/pedicure ... go here! Just be ready to get some attitude as well

Ive been a few times for a mani & pedi as its under $30 Monday to Thursday untill 1pm. The decor is pretty basic but they do have massage chairs. Some technicians are better than others (as expected) but generally the standard is pretty good. Minimal chat but always polite. Hygiene also seem good.

I wish I could put 0 stars but I cant. The man who did my nails was extremely rude. I asked him to cut my nails first and he told me to go wash my hands instead because I had to pay separately. When he was shaving my nails down before putting the acrylics on it was painful and the rims of my nails were bleeding. I also asked for coffin shape and the man made them uneven and crooked. They go upwards and are sore when I press them down. I was charged extra for the WRONG shape. He also collected his tip before he was even done. I paid $40 for awful acrylics, and they werent even gel. Overpriced, and rude, dont come to this place.

My nails look so natural! I got acrylic and almond shape. The older gentleman that did my set was so nice and friendly and gentle. He didnt cut me and was amazing at shaping my nails.

Came in for a manicure and while the woman did a great job on my cuticles the experience was uncomfortable and underwhelming. The staff was screaming at each other and fighting. What looked like a manager had to keep telling the person doing my nails to turn around and stop yelling. She seemed flustered and didn’t file my nails until I asked, only buffed one hand, and wiped some lotion on my arms as a massage. Additionally, when I pointed out that the polish was bubbling she just kept adding layers - I’ll be shocked if it lasts.

Took my daughter in to get her tips off. Asked to sit in a pedi chair while I waited for her. I wasnt allowed in case they were needed for pedicures. I assured them Id move if clients arrived. When I got there - there were 7 open pedi chairs. When I left - there were 7. Just not very accommodating on a pretty simple request.

The workers here are incredibly rude. I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to nail salons so long they are clean and somewhat reasonably priced, but the people that work here are not nice. They literally wouldnt let me stay in the massage chair when no one else was in the entire salon and I was just waiting for my nails to dry. They also just kept trying to upsell me instead of giving me good customer service.... never coming back !

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst service I have ever had. Absolutely horrible acrylic set. The lady that owns the place (who also did my nails) was extremely rude when I politely asked her to correct major inconsistencies. My nails were extremely thick, crooked, and had uneven lengths. “I know what I am doing” was her response. When I came back and provided pictures of the terrible nail set, she was extremely rude after trying to push me to not receive a refund and finally snatched the card out of my hand. I do not usually write reviews for bad experiences, but I have never been so upset over a service. Will never come here again.

Nice ladies, but I have to fix my nails since the woman doing my nails couldn’t handle it. Never getting my nails done here, I’m going to just stick with my nail tech in ATL

Decent service. Better than avg work. Nothing special but gets the job done in between your favorite places.

Popped in 15 minutes before closing on Friday night. They were so accommodating and took their time with my manicure. I was kind of desperate and would have settled for a polish change but they said no problem on actual manicure - I didnt feel she was rushing at all. I am so appreciative as I had a charity event the next day and was flying out early in the morning. I will definitely go back this week and get a pedicure this time too! Very clean and the chairs are spaced apart nicely which is a commodity having lived in NYC for years.

The worst nail salon ever!I just wanted to get a manicure with no color yesterday. I work in the area and usually go to a place couple of blocks away. The lady who did my nails looked like the manager because she always greeted the guests, made sure to find the right employee for a customer, talking to her employees - all while doing my nails.The result - my nails are all different shape and sizeStill have a lot of skin and cuticles around.She even failed to clean under my nails so I had to it myself while she gave me dissatisfactiry lookAnd the last price - $15 for a manicure with no color?! Really! I asked why is the price the same and she just shrugged her shoulders.I guess they are busy because of the location, but there are so many other salons around who charges much less, have an excellent customer service and do a much better job.That was my first and the last time at the salon. I had to redo my nails again. Waisted $17 for nothing.

I love being able to relax and feel pampered, but as a tourist i felt it was my worst visit to the any nail salon. I honestly couldnt wait for my manicurist to be done. He was so mad I still had nail polish from last time and sucked his teeth whole time. And would also be mad I couldnt keep my hand up as high as he wanted me too.

I have been in many nail salons all over the U.S. and I was surprised with This nail salon. This is the best service ever for a pedicure,manicure & massage.Ivy was an amazing talented lady. Thank you for the VIP treatment! You will be totally satisfied with Nail Elite & Spa.

I found this here on google and what a find! Im visiting from NY and would come back here anytime Im in town. An amazing place with great prices and service.

This shop did a half ass job and when it was pointed out the correction needed to smooth out the acrylic they got mad and said this is the best we can do. It was less than sub par. The nails looked worse after the fill. Unacceptable!! Go elesewhere They told me I was too picky. Im paying, do it correctly or not at all.

My GF asked me to accompany her to this salon, and frankly I wont be returning. While most of the nail salons are alike in terms of upselling service and demanding BIG tips, this place does it with disgrace and with more than average pushing. This is RUDE!

Said they had French power color. They did not. I waited 1 hour for them to do the worse full set ever. Nails are crooked and lumpy. Shape is bad and broke 2! Nails on my second day. I never break my nails. She asked my to shape my own nails and then complained that I wanted a French tip. Well i came in for a french powder ombre so since i was lied to i ended up just wanting a Frenchie. Wont be coming back. 2 stars for pleasant atittudr but i dont appreciate being lied to.

This place is great! My new favorite nail salon!! I made an appointment last minute and they were able to fit me in for a mani/pedi. Customer service was the best Ive experienced at a nail place. I will be coming back for sure!!!

Really poor service. Their spa pedicure and manicure are nothing of that sort. The staff is rude and they ask for payment and tips before they even complete the 10-minute combined service! Ive never had a worse experience at a nail salon.

Rude staff. Left having spent over $100 on treatments and although my hands are fine, my feet are still very rough and left with lots of dead skin that should have been rubbed off.

Pleasant experience; fast turn-around for regular pedi/mani (about 40minutes to complete).

Great place. If you go in the morning until 1pm mani+pedí costs 27.

Quoted 25 for a pedicure, charged me 30 with no explanation as to why the price whether up. Pushed very hard to sell me massages or a deluxe pedi. Found it hard to relax

What a rip off! My sisters and I came here for a gel mani-pedi. We were quoted $55 at the door then somehow it went up to $80 as it was time to pay. We didnt even get a good hand or foot massage with it. I do not suggest this place. The most expensive and the worst mani-pedi I have ever received.

Disgruntled employees, the service reflects it. They also keep pressuring to add on services. Uncomfortable experience.

I came back to the salon an hour later for a nail that jumped when I was doing nothing .. $ 70 for sloppy work and misshapen nails .. very disappointed !! The normal time to put the capsules is about 2 hours, except 1 hour is enough ... I absolutely do not recommend this place!But the staff remains pleasant (thankfully) ....
