Really nice people. Returns great. Tailoring. Parking in back!

I did a Curbside pickup of clothes I ordered yesterday online and I also returned an item. It was fast and seamless. After arriving home I realized that I forgot to ask for my usual email receipt for the return. I called the store, they looked into it, called me back within minutes and sent me the receipt. Excellent service.

They are a tiny little powerhouse. So grateful for their help in delivery and returns.

Ive been here for both dropping of returns and mostly for their tailoring services. VERY happy with their tailors here - Azi and Sauda are AWESOME!! Props to these hardworking ladies! Prices are pretty comparable vs other tailors in the area but I really appreciate how they make sure youre happy with the results and otherwise will ensure to make it right til your clothes fit you as you want. Azi has amazing style and even gave me ideas for how to style a coat that I recently brought in (thank you gal!!!)!! DEF plan to come back for tailoring if/when needed and would recommend to others - Nordstroms has always had great customer service (which is what makes me more loyal to this brand) and this local shop is no exception - thank you Nordstroms team!

Best experience! I knew my package would be safe if delivered to Nordstrom Local as opposed to my condo lobby where it would sit for hours while I am at work. It was also delivered there faster than if it was coming to my home. The Nordstrom Local store is conveniently located near Brentwood Market and the service there was wonderful (friendly and helpful). She offered a beverage while I tried on my shoes. I will have all of my Nordstrom orders shipped here from now on!

Beautifully appointed location-with parking in the rear. Very well staffed in the Nordstrom tradition of excellent customer service. I will definitely take advantage of this great location-special features include gift wrapping, alterations and order pick up! Brillant!

I had such a great experience at this store! Brought in pants that needed hemming and another pair that needed the pocket mended. Aze took care of the pocket mending right then and there - my favorite jeans were redeemed! The pants that needed hemming had to be sent to another location so that a hidden hem could be completed. Not a problem - I received a text a few days later my pants were ready for pick up. Plenty of parking in the back and expectional service overall!

Complete waste of time if you are trying to use their stylist!! She got the exact opposite of what I asked for, but the manager was even worst. She asked me for another chance and to return again on a Friday so she can get me what I wanted. Made a second trip on Friday, and she had nothing!!! When I asked her why she did not call to tell me she had nothing, she said sorry and that she had some styles she had prepared on the website to show me. After fidgeting around on her computer for a while, and wasting my time even more, it turns out she had nothing! She was going through the website in the hopes of finding something! Dont waste your time there if you are looking for a stylist!

They are fabulous! The whole staff is friendly and helpful.
