Very lovely manicure and pedicure. I had to ask a client to pull up her mask. Her daughter 8 years old and not wearing a mask. What is with noncompliance? I am vaccinated and trying to well. Help!

40 bucks for a gel manicure ????? Never going there again. Much nicer and cheaper places in Santa Monica. I should have known better then to go there but I was in a hurry and it was close.

The worst service Ive ever received at a nail salon. I brought two friends with me and mistakenly went here without checking the reviews. The only reason I went here is because my eyebrow place is next door. HUGE mistake. I shouldve known when I asked if we could walk in on a Sunday afternoon, but whatever.Friend #1 - had acrylics on and wanted them off. She then wanted to get gel. They did not listen and instead of taking off the actual acrylic, she just filed it down and cut it really short (the literal opposite of what she asked for) then when the second lady stepped in she was completely rude about it.Friend #2 - got a pedicure and met with so much attitude. Then when she asked if the nail tech to help put her slippers on so she wouldnt smudge the nail polish, (the nail tech) she threw a fit about it and said she doesnt do that stuff. Welp, every nail salon has always offered to put slippers on to preserve their work, clearly they dont care here.Me - she forgot base coat, did an ok job but was rude to me when I politely declined the extra services. Then when I went to go tip her she huffed at me. WTF? She really didnt deserve that 20% tip and then to be so rude when I gave it to her? Insane!STAY AWAY!!!

Cash only but they do not tell you before a service is rendered. $40 for a gel manicure? Seems high. I waited five minutes before anyone gave me attention/said hello, And the salon was completely empty. I realize I was the only customer in the salon, but I find it rude to speak in a language that the customer does not speak.

My favorite nail salon! Everyone who works at Tracy Nails has been there for many years. They are skilled, kind, And they are clearly love their work!

VERY displeased with my experience there. i got a french tip gel manicure and asked the woman doing them to make the white tip smaller because i didnt like them as big as she was making them (i have smaller nails and the big white tips just look plain stupid on my fingers). she said she would fix it, and i reminded her again about 5 minutes later as she had not done so. then she told me it was too late and that she would not fix it. i told her i didnt even like how it looked and she said it was too late again. still had to pay $50 for something i hated, then went next door to Artistic Nails where they immediately removed it FOR FREE because they felt so bad. the lady here was just too lazy to start over because she messed up. never will go there again.

This was my 1st time here. Kim does a mean foot massage along with the pedi. Everyone was very friendly. Will be going back.

Staff is nice enough but it annoyed me that my nail lady didn’t bring me my change and assumed the rest was for her tip which came out to more than 20%. Didn’t bother asking for it as it was only a few dollars but it irritates me out of the principle bc what you too should be your choice.

Not what I expected on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica. Terrible service, they don’t seem to be concerned with tub liners, sterilized tools and using new nail files. I stopped my service and left, it’s not worth the risk!! Won’t go back here again.

These guys do hard gel nails! If youre from Sweden, like me, this is what youll want for your long nails! All places do gel nail polish, this one does what I normally get gel förlängning/förstärkning.Mimi helped me with mine and she was very nice! The staff does speak Vietnamese to each other during your visit, which doesnt bother me, but Ive noticed others commenting on it.The nails (hard gel fill) was $45 which is in the upper price range, but really, once I found a place that does hard gel extensions I didnt even ask the price :)The do pedicures too and Ill try that next. They are $20 for a basic one and then add-ons are extra.

It sanitary @ all. No disposable liner in foot tub, clippers, nail files not sterilized, should be in an u open package from sterilizer.To,top it off for,some reason very unfriendly!!!!!WILL NEVER RETURN EVERWas very surprised in such a classy neighborhood!!!!!!!

Bad customer service..did not want to fix broken nails and lied about time closing. TERRIBLE

Its said it closes at 7 pm on friday but when i get there at 6 pm its closed
