These guys are super nice, they let me use their bike pump even tho I wasnt a customer. 5 stars for helping to restore my faith in humanity.

The bikes are in bad shape. I called and asked if they had adult trikes. I was told yes. It was not true and I wasted my time going to this location.

Quick and easy allways a great time

Rented 2 bikes. Straight foward bike rental place. $8/hour with $50 deposit. Must have an ID of some sort. They take Costco cards in place of your drivers id. The process took 5 minutes or less. The bikes we got were in great shape. Had no problem peddling to Venice and back.

This place could be where I take my clients to ride bikes. Its easy access as it is right on the bike path. The staff that work there are wonderful and the prices are pretty good. $10.00 an hour for a trike bike (3 wheels), slightly less for a 2 wheeled bike. Weve been about 9 times and we have rarely had problem with the bikes or the staff.

A Latin employee of about 40 years treated us aggressively, then I realized that it was to move us while his colleague confronted us with sympathy. He asked us for a credit card for the deposit and a drivers license, on the way back he charged us 50 dollars for the two bicycles in cash, the surprise was that arriving home and looking at the bank account of the card charged us 50 dollars too. a scam a robbery, be careful, I could not do anything because I left the los angeles the next day

We did this over the holidays with friends who are here from San Francisco. This is the first time weve ever been here because we usually take our own bikes. But the kids loved the low to the ground bikes and they do provide helmets free of charge. The guy who was at the desk was very nice and polite.

Very convenient - 24/7 ATM, bikes, gym chalk, snacks and drinks, etc.!

This place was so cool, I took the in-laws that were flying in from Toronto. They arent used the nice year round weather that we are blessed with so we decided what better way to enjoy than go for nice bike ride

The bikes were ok, they look old but do their job. The guy at the counter seemed to be in a bad mood, he needs to smile more. Great prices though and easy to find.

Friendly staff, standard rates for area. Bikes were a bit care-worn - especially compared to other bike rental shops inventories that we passed during the course of the afternoon. We rented 1 tandem & 2 hybrids for 2 hours: $60. Tandem pedals were out of sync, making take off more challenging than it should have been. Will probably try another shop next time.

Once they have your info the whole vibe changes they got mad because we rented a bike from a mobile bike shop that was parked on the side street because they did not have enough bikes to fit the riders in stock at the moment we wanted to rent so we rented all the bikes from them instead these ppl are cop callers for no reason STAY AWAY

The staff was friendly when we first got the bikes, but when we returned back they were so rude, trying to find anything to charge us extra money, like you crossed the sand there is $20 cleaning fees, you are late we have to charge another hour, however they told us about at the beginning there is 15 min grace period which they denied and said there is none, then they said its 10 minutes, the staff were very rude and ignorant.

They have a easy rental process, with a huge range of bicycles and most other forms of transport. I was able to hire a longboard which I never saw anywhere else.

ATTENTION! Swindler. I paid the deposit and the rent payment, with a prepaid VISA card (I see the movements with the app). Once finished, he said he would charge me $ 20 and the rest would be refunded. But he never paid me the difference. The owner speaks Spanish like me and there was no confusion at any time. More than a month ago from this.

Rent a bike for a day and the service was very good. The bike worked very well and the employees were very friendly !! Recommendable!!
