After getting the feeling that the dealership constantly had their hand in my pocket with every visit, I decided to try local.They have the friendliest staff and Dave is a real pleasure to interact with. Went to these guys when I first moved to LA, and they really make you feel at home. They are genuine, honest, and very personable - plus they really know their stuff. I ordered a part for my vehicle, and they installed it for almost nothing, just because they knew that the part itself from the dealer was ridiculously overpriced. Plus, theyre hilarious, if youre into that sort of thing.

Ive gone to Morgan Auto for over a year now (2002 Lexus ES 300) for both oil changes and major service. The quality of their work is excellent! They want to do the best job possible to keep your car running great, not just suggest the highest price services like some.

I cant say enough good things about Dave, Greg, and the rest of the staff at MAS, theyre simply the best.These guys are simultaneously supremely talented and immaculately professional. In a city full of shifty auto-shops trying to scam or fleece you out of your money, they are a beacon of hope for all mankind. I would trust these guys with my first born child. Theyre happy to explain any part of your service to you, call before making any unexpected repairs, and wont do anything you dont want them to.My girlfriend happened to stop by while I was getting my car worked on, complaining that her car was still having some issues despite having just taken it in for a checkup. Dave popped open the hood and immediately diagnosed the issue with the hack-job repairs the other repairmen had made. For free. Where else can you get that kind of service?Take your car here and rest easy, youll never regret it.

Went to Morgans for general auto advice when I bought a used car. Kept it at his shop over the weekend while they did some minor work. Even called me a few weeks after to see how things were with the car.. The customer service was great and Greg knows his cars!

I almost hate leaving a review for these guys as it could lead to more business for them. Because that means it may be harder for me to get my beater of car in there for service! But in an industry where its SO hard to find quality people doing quality work, this place deserves to be reviewed. These are car loving guys who love to work on cars. Maybe they charge a bit more than Schmep Boys, but youre getting guys who stand behind their work and will treat you well. I trust them implicitly with my cars and you should too.

Dave is such a trustworthy man. I cant believe my husband and I took our 2003 lexus car to other mechanics who were awful to our car!I took our lexus here and lord and behold our car was a total loss! And Dave was upfront and said that it wasnt worth fixing our car which realisticly I wouldnt let my husband pay an extent of money just to fix it and later break down. Dave encouraged me to talk to my husband and possibly finance a car which our money can go to better use! After speaking to my husband we decided to take the advice and now we have bought a Honda! (better to maintain) and we are very happy as well as our son! Thank you Dave! Now off to junk our lexus, ha!

Exceeded my every expectation. Although the quote for an alignment and oil change was more expensive than their competition, in just a few hours without charging extra, the guys at Morgan auto fixed cosmetic damage on my car, tightened creaky bolts in the door, and even reattached my bumper - which would have cost me an arm and a leg at the body shop. All for the price of an oil change. They also gave my car a full inspection and were able to reassure me on my concerns. Theyve made a me customer for life with just one visit.Updated: Second visit even better than the first! I brought my car back for a routine oil change and was greeted warmly and with familiarity despite my only having been here once, months ago. In less than 2 hours not only was my oil change done but they found a nail in my tire and patched it at no charge, and cleaned up more cosmetic damage on my car from having been recently sideswiped on the freeway, again at no additional charge. They really take care of your whole vehicle at this place, absolutely worth it.

They truly went the extra mile...the customer service is what hooked me. From staying at the shop a little late so i could pick up my car, to putting my bike back in the truck while i was finishing paperwork, to fixing things that were not even on the work order (for free) Morgans is highly recommended!

Dave and Greg really know their stuff. I rely on them to keep my 68 Mustang running. The guys are fast and fair, and not afraid to give helpful advice on the work they can’t take (eg my wife’s Volvo). After some poor experiences elsewhere on the Westside, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
