On my fourth Mini personally all due to my love of the build and brand. I leased/bought two Mini Cooper Ss then bumped up to a JCW and loved it! I ended up turning in my 2017 JCW and bought a 2019 Knights Edition JCW from Mini of Santa Monica due to it being a limited edition car. The sales experience was second to none! Go see Mike Latkin, he is incredible!Now, lets talk about the service department. Dont get me wrong, the staff are extremely friendly and always make me feel like I made a good choice in purchase. Bryan Neville always welcomes me and treats me like family. I mean, I have leased/owned 4 Minis but here I am less than a year and a half later, just passed 14.5K miles and Im being told my Mini needs ALL FOUR BRAKE PADS replaced. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed. Of course not covered under warranty and there is nothing I can do but pay to replace them. After some discussion the service team, they made it right by offering to take care of the replacement break pads in recognition of my loyalty to the brand. I greatly appreciate them being understanding of the situation. This is what customer service is all about, what makes me loyal to Mini and keeps going back to Mini of Santa Monica for all my cars needs.
