We moved into Avalon about a week or so ago. From touring to the move in process Andrew has been absolutely amazing!! He made the move in process easy and was so genuine and helpful with any questions we had.On top of that the apartment community is beautiful and is in a great location super close to the beach. We have had absolutely no complaints.Today we came home from a walk with our puppy and there was a box at a door. Andrew had delivered a gift and a card welcoming us to the community and letting us know he is here to help with anything we need. The gift was cute toys for our pup! He went above and beyond and it truly left us all speechless.We are so happy with our move!!Thank you again Andrew, you a truly the best!

This property is very amazing, clean, and it is located in a beautiful area. I really adore the features in the apartment. Their maintenance are always on time, they provide an incredible job on their work performance. Everybody is neighbor friendly which keeps the property environment in a positive aspect. Also, Covid rules are being followed tremendously by every resident that is living and staffs, which gives everybody including myself to feel extremely safe. Overall, I recommend this stunning property to the resident in Santa Monica.

I moved into the Avalon two weeks ago and couldnt be happier. The building is modern and clean. The townhouse style apartment is very cool. The location in Santa Monica is perfect — a few minutes walk to the beach plus tons of restaurants and shops right on Main. Andrew has been extremely diligent and professional throughout the process. He went above and beyond in many ways including brining packages into my place before I even arrived (including a big TV!). Mike and the maintenance crew are first rate and immediately addressed a few minor things on Day 1. Thanks Avalon for the warm welcome and smooth transition to Santa Monica!

This is a beautiful property and right by the beach! The property itself is clean and in a safe neighborhood, close to convenience stores, cute restaurants. Best of all, some of the rooftop views are amazing from the privacy of your own apartment. I’ve been a fan of Avalon properties for years, and this property is no different!

The maintenance staff, Roger and Anthony, are fantastic. They fix our issues promptly and with professionalism. Theyre very friendly, competent, prompt, and eager to help. I lived at 2000 main st for 2 years and had terrible experience there - the building itself rapidly falling apart - leaks from pool, constant repairs and construction in the complex, the appliances in the units are dated - my A/C and washer had to be repaired handful of times and eventually replaced. Cockroaches everywhere! The staff is incompetent, careless, unavailable and rude. It’s a rip off for the rent you pay - the only nice thing about this place is location. Everything is disorganized with this place - even my security deposit arrived 10 days late.

Great place to live, safe, quiet and clean, friendly and professional staff. If you like to live near the beach this is a fabulous place👍🏻

Awesome location! Walking distance to beach and local restaurants; plenty of parking. Storage and parking, units are great in size. Love the rooftop decks and the pool area!

Delightful building by the ocean. There’s also a small rooftop pool if you decide not to take the 2 minute walk to the beach. A great location with plenty of walkable restaurants and easy access to the freeway.

I have lived at Avalon in Main for several years. My experience with most of the staff has been very positive. Specifically, Alex and Solomon keep the premises spotless. Everyday I see them cleaning the floors, the elevators, and anything that needs touching up or deep cleaning. Juan keeps everything working well. If I put in a request for something in my apartment to be fixed, he is usually knocking on my door that day! And if I’m not home, I give him permission to go in anyway and everything is done perfectly. Z just joined the staff, but so far, he is very helpful and knowledgeable! Then there is Anasha Grady; the smiling face that always greets me when I enter the leasing office!! She is very knowledgeable about anything and everything. She makes my stay at Avalon easy and enjoyable!I really appreciate the above staff at Avalon on Main!

The Maintenance Staff at the Avalon Main are always very professional and always helpful no matter how small or big the job is. Juan the maintenance tech cares about the Avalon residents, he is always smiling and nice. Anasha the Avalon community manager is also caring and helpful. Love living here for more than 4 years :)

We recently moved into Avalon SM. Heather was the one who gave us the tour of the community, she was friendly and extremely informative. We love living near the beach and can’t wait to to ride our bikes down Main Street.

I have been living here for 14 months. The community, the property management, and, the staff are amazing. Every detail of their service is amazing. Number 1 place to live in Santa Monica, CA! My first place to live in CA and enjoyed every minute of it. The place is brand new - units and amenities and the location and neighborhood are priceless. The beach is just a few steps away and the living arrangement at Avalon on Main is dreamy. The staff are excellent and definitely make this place to live just like home. Have lived here for a month and think this place is fantastic. Other than the obvious fact that being located 2 blocks from the beach in a quieter part of SaMo is ideal, the people in the leasing office and maintenance are on top of everything, and actually seem to care that residents are happy. Maintenance service is prompt, with personal follow ups, and any reasonable requests are dealt with smoothly. Hope to be here for a very long time!

Every interaction Ive had with the good peeps at Avalon Bay has been stellar. Ive had very few problems with my apartment, but just recently when one came up it was address immediately and with the utmost professionalism. We recently moved here and it has been an amazing experience so far! Anasha helped us with the move in and Heather recently reached out to ensure our move in was a success.The property is kept very clean and well maintained. Its very convenient to the Santa Monica area as well.We had a few maintenance requests upon move in which were quickly addressed by the awesome team including Juan.I have really bad sinuses and we noticed after moving in that one of the rooms smelled like an air freshener a bit. Avalon offered to repaint the whole room for us to mask the smell, really going above and beyond to accomodate our needs. Im very thankful for this and it spurred me to make sure I left a public review.Weve only been here a week, but so far I can tell we made a great decision moving here. Definitely recommended if youre looking to move to the Santa Monica area!

Phenomenal location - just 2 blocks from the beach, on Main Street with blocks upon blocks of restaurants and shops, and just a 10-minute walk to the pier & 3rd street promenade. The units themselves are beautiful, modern, updated, relatively spacious, great appliances. Having 2 floors makes the units feel more homey. Most apartmenrs have some kind of outdoor space. Courtyard is charming. Pool & its view are pretty fantastic. Really nice, large gym with on-demand fitness classes, a barre, and TRX. Really the only downside is the price. Its very, very expensive. But within range of a lot of other apartment buildings with not nearly as good a location and amenities.

We just signed a lease here, and it was a great on boarding. Jamarr from the leasing office was patient, professional and organized. We definitely recommend the community.

Avalon Santa Monica on Main is my favorite place to live. Its located 2 blocks from the beach on Main Street with many dining and shopping options with M Street Cafe and Stella Barra just downstairs, and you can walk to Downtown SM and Expo Station in 15 minutes without living in busy downtown. On weekends, I never have to drive because everything is walking distance. The apts were recently renovated and I lived in a quiet townhome with a private rooftop for BBQ and hosting. If I move back to Santa Monica, I will definitely be back.

Miriam, the person who showed me the apartment and facilitated my move in, was wonderful, as was the maintenance staff.
