Very charming remodel in Santa Monica. Next to Bay Cities and the market - cant beat the location!!

The leasing gallery and its staff are super cool. I love the Tesla they take you to their buildings with. Very fun.

We went to the leasing gallery this past weekend to see a few apartments. What a treat going around in a brand new tesla to see some cool apartments!

Moved here in June. Super clean apt with well maintained facilities. Only had one issue moving in and it was swiftly resolved the Manager . She is the one to talk to with any issues. I was so impressed with her, I actually decided to sign in just to write this review. I love my new apartment. Just close enough to work that I am not stuck in crazy traffic everyday.

Ive lived here for over a year. This place has everything you need. Good unit layout, amenities, services, location! Management is very responsive, staff is friendly,

The management teams office is below our apartment and they are always available for walk-ins to discuss any issues. Theyve provided reference letters for us and are always quick to respond. They are also a reasonably priced property with very nice apartments 5 blocks from the beach. Strongly recommend.

Great management company i was looking for an apartment in Santa Monica and ended up in one of their buildings in West Los Angeles. Easy application process, and the one time i called for maintenance they were at my door within the hour! Choose NMS Residential you wont regret it.

I was happy to find such a nice apartment that allowed dogs in Santa Monica. I had been looking for quite a while but the no dogs allowed policy at most nicer buildings had been quite an obstacle. The manager is very nice and accommodating.

Such a hip, beautiful community! The staff and management were wonderful to work with. Great client service!!
