Selena was a fantastic tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and took us to some beautiful places including Diablo Canyon. My sister and I enjoyed the entire experience very much!
Andrew was a fantastic driver for our Diablo Canyon tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a safe but fun driver. I highly recommend this tour. The scenery is beautiful and the ride is fun but not too scary. 😉
If you like a BIG MOUTH and BIG ATTITUDE, you will love Santa Fe Jeep Tours. Over the past year, twice, I ran into Santa Fe Jeep Tours in SF. About a year ago, he jumped a JAMBO food line (that I was in) so he could say hello to Chef Ojo. Today he offered driving lessons as I turned into McDonalds’. Dude save your attitude for the tourist, because the locals find you uncool and annoying.
Andrew was great! Very fun and knowledgeable. We didnt get to do the tour we wanted but not the companies fault. There were fires prior and the mountain was off limits. That was a bummer but the excursion was still fun and beautiful.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE “BOOKING AND ADVENTURE SECTION!” I did not when I booked the trip on 8/24/20. 3 weeks later, I called and cancelled due to a COVID situation. I was informed there is a 50% fee on all cancelled orders. I didn’t read the refund policy, so that’s on me. My personal thought is, however, 50% is a lot to keep for processing paperwork! I did get my $261.98 (on a $523.93 bill) back within 48 hours so no complaints there. I just don’t know any major hotel, airline or car rental company out there who charges these types of excessive fees. We can’t tell you if the service is good or not because we never went; just wanted to let people know if you cancel, it will hit your wallet hard.
This was the highlight of our trip to Santa Fe. Went on a daughter/mother trip and I wanted to please my daughter as she is a big fan of Jeeps. Jennifer was our driver and she was just awesome! Very confident and knowledgeable of all the surroundings. She went above and beyond to make sure we have a good time. A must to do if you want to connect with nature and with real people.
Cant thank Andrew enough for a great ride, glorious sunset 😋 great info and conversation! This has been one of the highlights of our stay. Great time. Thanks!
This is a great company. Knowledgeable, educated and relaxed. Thank you Andrew and Santa Fe Jeep tours. See you in the spring.
Canceled the tour in 2 days and they charged me $200.00. No skin off their nose, no loss to them, just a RIP,- off.
I went on the Santa Fe Ski Basin Tour. Andrew was my driver and gave me a ton of information on the area, and answered all my questions. Any time we saw people driving, biking, or walking, he slowed down to basically a crawl so as to not kick up dust in our wake. I really appreciated the safety given to other people on the mountain (no one wants to swallow dust!). I have Multiple Sclerosis and the jeep tour was perfect for me because it didnt involve a lot of walking. Andrew also continuously checked in on me as we reached higher altitudes to make sure I was doing okay (I was). I had an absolutely blast. The courteousness, professionalism, and humour offered on my tour was a really great positive first impression of my first time in the Southwest. If Im ever back in the area Ill check out another tour.
Andrew was the tour guide. The problem was I was not given a choice of tours. Earlier this trip I hiked some trails in Jemez in the Santa Fe forest. I wanted to experience back desert off roads and views of the rock formations and mesas this area is known for. This ski area was a waste of time. I had 0 interest of a photo of a Jeep on a rock, in a puddle or on an incline; that is childish . The ski area is easily accessible by car for hiking. No one gave me a choice, it would have been desert. The views from the Santa Fe Opera are beautiful. The ski area for a Jeep ride to see pine trees and try to do childish stints with the Jeep was a rip off, waste of time and disappointment; my husband and I could have driven our rental car and taken a hike. Luckily, we had time for a museum after. Years ago we did a Jeep ride through the red rocks of Sedona. That was fun with amazing vistas and geological education. Andrew gave none of that. He did explain the root system of Aspen trees and shared his ski accidents. I dont care that he did movie stints. This was not what I expected, and I hurt my shoulder getting into and out of the Jeep for some silly photo with the Jeep on a rock. I should have been offered a different itinerary.
Awesome experience with good people 👍👍
Wow...the negative reviews are from people who dont want to have fun. Too bad for them.Anyways, my husband and I went on a jeep tour back in February and Andrew was our guide. This was on our honeymoon. Andrew was knowledgable, fun, and recommended an amazing restaurant called cowgirls. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of the tour and we are planning on coming back to Santa fe for our 1 year anniversary. We hope to get Andrew again.
Fun desert trip tour the Rio Grande
Andrew was the driver. Very knowledgable and fun. Came and picked us up at the rental home we were staying. Loved the drive.
Andrew was the driver. I had no fun whatsoever. We took forest road 102 into Santa Fe National Forest. Andrew did not know what he was talking about. He couldnt answer any of my questions. He even tried making up history of the area when we stopped at an overlook to get out. He is incredibly arrogant and the prices he charges is outrageous for how little he actually knows. He also wanted to steal someones black and white dog from off the road, claiming nobody actually lives out on forest road 102, but I could see many houses and cars down in the canyon right from the road.
Informative and beautiful four
Great experience
