Susannah is awesome. Not only is she great at her job, she is such a lovely person. She continues to learn new skills so that she is current on the latest technology to give her clients the best services available. She is honest about what would benefit her clients needs rather than just making a sale. I recently had Profhilo done and I am excited to get my next treatment. She has also purchased new machines which I am excited to try. If you havent been to Trove, you are missing out.

THEY DO NOT DO HAIR EXTENSIONS! And they rarely answer the phone. Even though their website says they do, Yelp says they do and Google says they do, they say they do NOT so don’t waste your time trying to call them because if you try for days to call them and continuously get no answer from open to close, when they finally do answer you’ll get a no to the hair extensions. I recently moved here from Georgia and thought I had found my future hair salon before we even moved but then when I got here it was very frustrating trying to get them to answer the phone and then find out they don’t even do what they advertise. I did however find 2 places that does it and it’s very EASY to reach them. Hair by Pilar and Chrome Salon. Just trying to help my fellow new comers to this area out!

Zuhey did an amazing job on my hair. I ended up cutting off about 10 inches which as you can imagine is a little nerve racking, but I’m very happy with the results. I made the appointment very last minute and Zuhey was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend

Love this place ! Susannah the owner is so sweet and warm right from the beginning! I’ve been interested in eyelash extensions for years but was always hesitant to try them she made it such an easy process, and when she was done I felt so beautiful! She has truly created a space where people can come and feel good about themselves! I tend to get meetings last minute at work and recently had to reschedule my appointment and was able to text her and reschedule easily. I so appreciate her professionalism and her absolute sweetness! I cannot recommend them enough!

Gabbi Valdez was my hair stylist at Trove. I needed a root touch up. She did an excellent job. I wish I lived in Santa Fe so I could go to her all the time. Shes very professional and knowledgeable.She recommended a couple hair treatments to make my hair healthier. She wasnt trying to push services but just giving great advice. The owner, Suzanne, stopped in to welcome me. I intend to go back for other services. I travel a lot and this was my best out of town experience ever.

I get my haircut here from Dove and so does my partner. She has been doing my hair for years and at one point she was cutting m.j y whole familys hair lol. Point being she is FANTASTIC at what she does and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving her an opportunity to cut, style, and color your hair! You wont be disappointed 😉

Trove beauty bar is a piece of heaven in Santa Fe. I had an exceptional pedicure with a fabulous technician named Dove. She was so experienced and a pleasure in every way. Dove informed me she also is a hairdresser, and informed me of the many services offered at Trove. I definitely found my shop! The salon is adorable and the service was superb. Went in for a face wax and I’ve never been so happy! I used to get threading on my face and it was awful, not to mention painful. It would leave me with stubble that grew back right away. But with the waxing I got here at Trove my face has never been so soft! Sabrina took care of me and she is so sweet, I loved her! I will absolutely make this my #1 beauty salon. Excited to try other services they offer! Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing. Highly recommend.

I went in for a microdermabrasion Susanna the owner was very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She explained what Would be happening before and also step-by-step as we went through my facial. My skin looks so much better and she spoke to me about a skin routine. I will definitely go back as soon as I can.

What an amazing salon! Trove Beauty Bar/Alpha Bar, Salon/Day Spa in Santa Fe. I just had a lash lift and very light tint done on my upper lashes. The less make up I can wear, all the better. Susanna and her staff are so wonderful. I was treated like family the minute I walked in. Hair, nails, the works. I highly recommend this place.

Save your money. paid over $200 for clumps of glue of “cashmere” lashes. my eyes lids were in pain and my lashes were glued together. They acted like they knew what they were doing but they really do not know what they are talking about. (so before the owner can comment back trying to blame me for their bad lash job because i have seen them do it on other reviews) let me just say this, I have been getting my lashes done for 4 years and hands down this is one of my worst lash jobs i have ever had. they then tried to give me money off to write a good review for them after they basically glued my eyelids shut. i tried to message them back to schedule and appointment hoping they would fix the mess they created and NO REPLY. messaged three times and they don’t even have the audacity to message back and own up to their mistakes as business owners. tacky. i have pictures of the lashes they applied (removed by another lash tech) and picture of bald spots on my eyelash line. i would like to say thank you to Trove and Sabrina for the lash damage. You honestly and truthfully should not be in the lashing business.

This salon is a joke. I made a 1030a.m. appointment for eyelash extensions with the OWNER of the salon. I arrived at 1020. Sat in the salon until 1050 before walking out. No one was at the front desk, I’m not even sure they were aware that I had walked in? I called the owners cell phone and she didn’t answer. I called the front desk hoping someone would hear the phone ringing and come to the front. I’ve never been stood up for a salon appointment ha! Guess there’s a first for everything. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I LOVE her.Heres why:6 months ago, I convinced my very skeptical brother to try ear candling. With frequent ear pain, he uncomfortably wore hearing aides. What the heck? Why not try ear candling?Unexpectedly, Bobby has NOT WORN HIS HEARING AIDES since that day, saying, Well, I dont need them anymore. I hear the same with and without my hearing aides now. I just dont need them since ear candling.So, $30 for ear candling? or $4000 for hearing aides. You do the math....2 days ago, Bobbys ears were popping while flying, causing him pain again. This time, ear candling cleared even more yuck as Susanna had said it would.Were going to TROVE Beauty Bar/Alpha Bar again in a month. I dont have hearing loss; dont notice as dramatic a difference. Yet my hearing and balanced are definitely improved...Susanna delivers a lovely experience. I love when women like this succeed in business.
