[I got my nails done 9/11/21 im writing this review 9/13/21]If you are looking for a new nail place.... This is not it. Im new in the location.Already broke a nail, I felt slightly rushed and she didnt grind my natural nail down. She said I had tips I do not, I have forms and its my natural nail underneath. Limited selection for gel and asked for coffin shape which seemed OK in the store once I got home it looked like basic nail shape.Less than 2 weeks I broke 2 more. My last set of nails lasted 2 months. Spoke to the lady who did my nails and she would only fix my nail on one specific day that I had to work so unfortunately I couldnt make it. Also was told I abuse my nails, Ive had acrylics for over a year I know how to use my hands and not damage my nails. Dont take new clients if you dont care. Im so disappointed that I paid $56 for this.

Called in the morning and was given my choice of appointment time in the afternoon. Complicated manicure done well. Nail techs work as a team. Well-behaved dog was present with a client. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Would come here regularly if I resided in Santa Fe.

Perhaps the BEST service I have experienced in my 15 years! These ladies are the true definition of professionalism. The enviornment was inviting, clean, and homey. Their personalities were joyous with positive vibes that tell you they enjoy what they do. I also love that it is family owned and local. This is the go to place for any beauty services!

I came by as a walk-in in desperate need for a manicure. They were super friendly and accommodating. I did have to wait about 20 min because they had regular appointments. They sent me to the Travel Bug next door to browse while waiting (which looks like a great store/coffee shop combo). Overall Creative Nails met my needs very nicely.

Clean shop with nice people, it is tucked away off the main street so you can miss it. My manicure was done well without any pain or tugging that you sometimes get. The staff was happy to chat with me about the things in the city. What I also found was the staff is ver accommodating to their clients, they know who is coming and if they will need extra room or time due to specific equipment they may have. They seem to have a lot of regulars.I would recommend this place if you are in town.

The lady filed my nail so hard my cuticle started bleeding. My nail came off within 2 days with a full set of acrylic nails that costed $65. The lady was NOT. AT. ALL. happy to do them. NOT friendly. I would be happy if this had costed less or I got a full refund. My nails have never fallen off with any other nail salon and usually last 2-3 weeks.

$115 for gel mani/pedi. Other shops so just as good of a job and charge $80 for both. If I wasnt in a rush, I would have gone elsewhere.
