Jon is a life savor. I have taken my cars to Jon of decades. An employee of mine had his breaks fail suddenly, dramatically (near head on with Semi) but fortunately no wreck.Towed the SUV to Jon and it was fixed the same day. Quick diagnosis and quick repair and reasonably priced.Over the years I see over and over how tremendously honest and skilled Jon is. His shop is immaculate and he takes pride in what he does and it shows throughout.

Brake masters on Cerrillos referred me to Jon as they were concerned that they could not make the necessary adjustments to align the tires. Jon was very courteous and friendly when I called for directions to his shop. Jon had me in and out in 15 minutes with no problem at all. Highly recommend

I feel fortunate to have found Jons Alignment as a shop that is both professional and offers good value for alignment on my 2016 4x4 Sprinter Van. Not only did Jon align my 4x4 Sprinter van, but during a later service appointment he was able to replace the rear driveshaft and change the differential oil. All at a fraction of a cost that the Mercedes-Benz dealer had quoted. But, just as important as good value and service; Jon is personable, takes the time to explain the technical and mechanical issues and I am happy to support the local, independent shop. Jon takes pride in his shop and his work and it shows. Five stars from me.

I had a bad experience earlier today with an Albuquerque shop I use to send a lot of business. Trying to sell me a set of tires before I can get an alignment. I think when people sell their businesses, they should not sell ones good name with the business.Jon just happened to have an opening and I grabbed it. Fast service, and he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need!I couldnt help but notice he has the latest equipment to perform a professional job. I have a few more vehicles that will be needing to see him.

Im very happy with the service at Jons Alignment. I went there after another shop, Brake Masters, told me they couldnt align my car because my control arms were shot and proceeded to hand me an $800 estimate. Skeptical of them and their diagnosis, I called Jon and made an appointment. He got my car in right on time, aligned 4 wheels and told me everything was tight and in good shape. I was good to go for $80. The shop is very clean, Jon is personable and seems very knowledgable and trustworthy. Just go there...youll be happy!!

Doesnt get any better than this, clean shop, state of the art alignment machine, fair price and a nice guy who knows what he is doing. First time doing business with him today, pulled in at 3:00pm for alignment and we were back on the road at 3:23 all squared away, unbelievable.

Called Jon and asked him if he can install pads and rotor on my 16 Audi. He said sure no problem. So I scheduled a time and brought it in first thing in the morning 9:08 AM. By 1:30 I called to check in. He said he did not have the equipment for my break pads and rotors. I asked him why he didnt tell me that before I took the day off and brought my car in? No answer. Now I have to take it to another shop and do another alignment. Such a irritating situation to be in. If you have a newer model car. I suggest you save the day and go somewhere else.

I had my struts or shocks done by Jon. He duct taped my coils which my personal mechanic who usually I go to for vehicle service said, that maybe the reason for the noise my vehicle has been making. My vehicle did not make the noise it did when I turned my wheel until after I went to Jon for this service. I wasnt thrilled about seeing duct tape too around my coils. Its probably going to cost me more to fix it. Also, I made it clear to Jon about not doing alignment because I have lifetime alignment somewhere else. I didnt want to pay additional when I could get it free at a other location. When got there he was about to do my alignment. Luckily got there when I did. He probably would have charged me for that even though specified didnt want him to do alignment. Oh, when I spoke to him over the phone about if it was ready felt he wasnt as nice as should have been & seemed irritated with me because the extra work he had to do because the strut or shock piece I purchased without coil & what not. He told me about a 4 hour job which ended up taking longer but I showed him what I purchased so he should have known that it may have taken longer. I didnt know, was a first time to do shocks or struts. I felt he should have went over & asked questions so knew what I was getting into & what he was getting into. I am not the professional with vehicles to know what I am doing. Would have been nice to have suggestions/input before he went forward with working in it when he saw part I did get. I would of then tried to get the parts needed that was not suggested by bone head Auto Zone Guy & done a later date.
