Ray and Toby came to do a Bed Bug inspection after my apartment had been sprayed by another company. I wasnt fully convinced the bed bugs were gone. Toby doing a thorough check and finding no bugs, let me finally relax after a long and challenging battle with beg bugs. It also helped that Toby is super cute. If I ever get beg bugs again (and I REALLY hope I dont). Ill call Ray and Toby first.

I had a problem with crickets and round the clock services came out and within a short period of time, I saw insects coming out from the grass because the couldn’t handle the extermination solution. The guy told me that they’re all going to die soon in a joking way but he was right. I saw a couple of dead crickets and some other bugs I didn’t know I had. I now feel relaxed in my home and glad to be free of crickets and other insects. They said if I had any issues to call them again because it’s included in my recurring plan but he didn’t anticipate any further issues. The stuff they use is plant based and it lasts 3 months! I like these people! They are very professional, informative, reasonably priced and they get the job done!

They fumigation my house Tuesday to Thursday. Tent came off and we came home with our cat. They left one window open and cat escaped. Then they left my key outside on a chair. House was not secured. Do not use these people. Looks like they picked up workers that were standing outside home depot.

Very disappointed in RTCs business practices. Honesty and integrity vary between technicians. The technicians at RTC rendered service at their own discretion by unwritten rules. We never asked for special treatment but on a latest occasion RTC nickel and dimed us for a fairly routine job and greedily did not disclose instructions to us. An absolute shame and great thing they are a month to month commercial vendor. We will be looking elsewhere.
