I had a swarm of bees above my front door, bees were getting into the house and they had an inspector out to me within the hour. Ended up being a temporary swarm, but they checked it out, explained everything and all was good. Would totally recommend them.

The hive turned out to be larger than thought, but was removed through the bedroom ceiling. The ceiling and part of wall were repaired expertly. I was very satisfied with the work done and will recommend this company to anyone with the same bee issue.

I initially started my search for gopher control places which run extremely high! I stumbled on Unipest on Yelp and thank goodness I did. Not only do they offer monthly or bi-monthly services for gopher control, but it also includes ants, spiders, roaches, etc... Its a one stop shop for a reasonable price! The response time is quick and everyone Ive spoken to is always knowledgeable and pleasant. So far Ive seen a huge improvement with ants, spiders and gophers since those were my issues and Im on a bi-monthly plan. Two thumbs up to Unipest!

Unipest is quite simply the best pest/rodent control around the SCV. I had a roof rat issue that they handled quickly and professionally at a very reasonable rate. Theyre also very quick to respond and will try and work with you to solve any pest/rodent issue. They really are the best. (I have this great/gross video of a rat in my attic but I cant seem to post videos here).

Like a lot of people who back up to an open space we’re used to critters roaming around the yard. When they make their way to the house however they’ve overstayed their welcome. After researching local companies for an ant problem we had, I called Unipest. They came out the same day, got me on a regular program, no contracts, and did it all over the phone! My ants were gone virtually instantly! Since we’ve been on a regular maintenance program we’ve had no bug issues and it’s been fantastic! We had no idea what we had been missing!Recently we had some critters that made their way into the attic. After calling Unipest they quickly came out, inspected, and were able to address quickly. Their customer service is fantastic, and they’re a family owned company! We would highly recommend them to anybody needing pest control issues addressed!

Excellent customer service!!!!! I felt very comfortable having them in my home & giving them access to the situation they quickly detected the problem, they worked fast and made the environment healthy & happy while fumigating. One of the best parts was that the fumes were non toxic and the tech explained everything as he went along. The problem was resolved within the first visit and they even came back to make sure that second traps for rodents & roaches were set in place just in case. After being concerned with a rodent we saw on our property, we called UniPest (after multiple people recommended them!). Cardon came out to our home the very next day. He is well versed and educated on the area and the many pests/rodents that live here among us. After looking around, he was able to tell us which affordable pest control plan would work best for for our property. Being new to the area, this helped us a TON. UniPest will always be our go-to!

Cardon, the business owner, is very responsive and knowledgeable. The beehive that had formed within my walls is gone, the drywall is patched. All work was done quickly by his team, Amir and Bruce. If needed they will return to remedy a minor water situation, a thing that may resolve itself.

When they have come they are very cool. The last one that came (last name Crookston) was incredible and loved his job. Super enthusiastic and friendly/professional and very thorough. Oddly, I called for a mid-service respray (—I was on the quarterly plan that included a free mid-service re-spray, if needed) and the woman who answered the phone reprimanded me and said I shouldn’t be on that plan. She was short and seemed upset. They did come out, but I never heard from them again. They never returned. No mail. No bills. No calls. Nothing. I think I must have been black-listed? 🙁 I’m going to say they’re awesome when they’re in front of you, they definitely get the job done, but they are NOT friendly over the phone. I’ve been getting mailers from Terminix wanting me back (I left them for Unipest), so I guess I’ll go that direction. I hope Unipest does well. I’m sorry they didn’t want me. I still don’t understand what I did wrong. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im having issues with rats. Based on reviews I called Unipest. Spoke to a very helpful person who scheduled an inspection the next day. Cardon came out, showed up on time. Went over my options...no hard sale and based on his honest opinion suggested the cheapest option which was cheaper then I expected. So we will see and I signed up for monthly maintenance. Will post another review in a month or so but anticipate that it will also be very good. Thanks you guys!

Cardon was the first to respond to my Yelp request for a quote, after hours! He was enthusiastic, friendly, and didnt talk down to me as a woman. BIG points there. After inspection, he agreed with me that fumigation was the way to go for our infestation of dry wood termites. He worked with me on pricing, (no hard sell) and was patient with us regarding scheduling. Both his office and the fumigation company stayed in touch with me throughout the process. We were thoroughly informed of what would be happening, and when. The fumigation company showed up on time, worked efficiently, and removed everything afterward. Everything went very smoothly, without pressure from Unipest, and we have options for a followup. Friendly, very reasonably-priced, and no pain. Thank you so much, Cardon! I heard back within 20 minutes and had someone doing a free inspection a couple hours later.We unfortunately found bed bugs and I scheduled Unipest to come back a few days later. To prevent bites until that date, they sprayed a chemical treatment as a temp. fix which allowed my bites to heal up.Treatment day they arrived on time and were well staffed, organized, and friendly.Overall a good experience and I would recommend Unipest to a friend.

The worst customer service I have ever experience with this company. The sales guy promised something and when the service people show up, they refuse to do certain things. Also when they show up, no explain to us where they have sprayed or do we need them to spray any where else in the house. Totally waste of money. I wish I can rate them negative.

Great experience from the first phone call, to Cardon doing a site visit, to Amir completing our service. Cardon was very knowledgeable of the industry and the area (we are in Simi Valley) and recommended that we do a preventative attic spray for termites based on our needs and concerns. He even referred us to two other companies to paint the exterior of our home (something weve been meaning to do since we bought the house). Amir was very professional. The only negative was that he left some residue on the piece of ceiling that goes to our attic which we had to clean off. It cleaned up just fine with some water and a rag, but it would have been nice if he had noticed and cleaned it himself. Still believe they are worthy of a 5-star review though.
